Walking on air - I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have been looking for several years for a shoe I can wear in the house. (I have tried different expensive booties, but they don't have arch support.) The Merrell's Encore Chill Stitch is extremely comfortable. I bought a pair just before Thanksgiving 2008 and wore them for several days as I fixed meals, entertained, and cleaned up. I was on my feet constantly, and these shoes saved my feet and knees! Also, if you need to run outside to get the newspaper or go to the store, etc, these shoes never have to leave your feet. In terms of fit, I had a hard time deciding between the 7.5 and the 8. Since I don't plan to wear these with socks, I settled on the 7.5. Also, they will "pack out" with time. I LOVE THIS SHOE!

I love them - This is a very comfortable shoe. The shoe size is very true to size. The only thing I don't like is that I'm a size 10 and so the shoe looks a little klunky but that is because of my shoe size. They are my favorite shoes to wear and they are very comfortable.

Great buy! These shoes have EXCELLENT support! I'm on my feet the whole time at work and found that I can't wear any other shoes without having my feet/legs getting sore. I wear these shoes all the time, and they are super comfortable and warm.

Elly - I bought these shoes for my daughter because she has trouble with her feet and has children so she would never spend the price on herself. She loves them and I bet never changes I’ve worn them for 2 years and have a hard time wearing dress shoes well worth the money and Zappos is the place to shop.

Glad I got these! Until recently I thought all Merrells would be too narrow for my wide foot so I overlooked them. Then this summer I tried on a pair of Encore Breeze and loved them. When it was time to get something for winter that would be easy to slip on and off I ordered the Chill Stitch. They fit me very well, offer plenty of support, the fleece is thick and warm, the suede is nice looking, and the tread is aggressive enough to feel secure. I've worn them barefoot in the fall and now with socks. I'm not sure yet how the open back will be when there's snow on the ground, but I'm sure that for all but heavy snowstorms these will be my shoe of choice this winter. As always, Zappos service is incredible....why aren't all companies like Zappos?!

LOVE this shoe! I like my other Merrell shoes, but these are my favorite shoes of all time. Since I rec'd them a few weeks ago (thanks for the super quick delivery, Zappos!) they have rarely been off of my feet. My feet are warm, comfortable - and my knees and back are pain free at day's end. Truly a wonderful, remarkable shoe!

Great shoes! I bought these shoes a half size larger than I normally wear because of other reviews and they fit just perfect! They are warm and so comfortable. I didn't even have to break them in but wore them right away. They are perfect with my casual work clothes and would be great with jeans.

Very Pleased - As most of the other reviewers I have to agree these shoes are phenomenal; so comfortable you slide them on - then forget you are wearing them since they just melt around your foot. Great. That said I have to admit they do make your feet look kind of big.

Walking in the Warmth of Sand - I love ths clog!!!! Sometimes I will run outside for a minute and the wind will be howling, but my feet are "toasty warm" without sweating!!! Perfect must have clog for the winter!!! I have it in blue, am planning on buying the green color too! :-)

Love these shoes! These shoes are so comfortable and look really cute with jeans. The furry lining makes them warm and very soft. I got the blue pair and plan to get a pair in another color also. I have high arches and find this shoe to be very comfortable.

Ultimate comfort! This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I even forget I have a hammertoe when I wear these. In fact it's all I ever wear. I wear a size 7 1/2 and that's what I ordered-fits perfectly. I will definitely be ordering more of these.

Life Savers - The Merrell Chill slides are a life safer because since I've started wearing these I haven't had as many colds since my feet are warm all the time.

Perfectly cozy clogs for winter - I cannot believe how warm these shoes are! Love, love them. I am hoping that they will loosen up a bit on the width. They are pretty snug, so I gave them 4 stars for comfort. But overall I am very happy with them.

These are great clogs. I have problem feet (very high arches, plantar fasciitis) and they fit and feel fabulous. The real sheep fleece lining is cozy and warm with or without socks and does not make your feet sweat. The bottom sheep fleece covered insole can come out if you want to put your own arch in. I got the black suede and sprayed them with a waterproofer - so far, so good. Zappos, you are the best!!!

I have these boots in brown. It's a really dark brown, which I love, and the style is great. I get so many compliments on them. They're very comfortable, and easy to get on and off. Love, love, love these boots.

LOVE THESE!!! I bought the brown ones. I took them out of the box and slipped my foot right into perfection. They are warm & cozy and fit like a glove. I have not worn socks with mine, but probably will as it gets cooler outside. Love them with jeans and they are sturdy.

Merrell Brown clogs - Love these shoes. Very comfy and easy to put on.

Love Love Love these shoes - I bought a pair of these in black from a local store in my town, and loved them. They are so comfortable, they are like slippers. Warm, I can't say enough good about them. I decided I needed a pair of blue ones to go with jeans, so I bought the exact same ones in blue from Zappos. I love Zappos, I order all the time. It's so easy, they almost always have sizes available, and shipping is amazing. Thanks so much.

Let's just say that Zappos is the BEST!! I ordered my boots the same day as I ordered a couple of other items from another website. My boots came with in 2 days (with no shipping cost) while the other items came the following week (I paid over $10 for shipping with them). The boots are so cute. They run a little snug due to the stretchy material so I would get a size bigger if you have a wider foot. Also the color is the same as the picture. I loved them so much I ordered a second pair in a different color and guess what? I received them the very next day!! Zappos is the greatest!!

Shoes and Slippers - I am a big fan of Merrell shoes and boots. I especially like the clog styles. The Encore Chill Stitch is so cozy that I wear them as bedroom slippers. I can also wear them out on the street with no socks. They look great with bootleg jeans.

Great Comfort! These shoes are as comfortable as walking in house slippers. They are warm and have great support.
