Love this shoe! I am an over 200 lb. woman and this is the most comfortable shoe for my tired feet. Finally they do not hurt at the end of the day. I have worn out my current pair and will buy another.

Love these shoes -- I've worn them every day for the past two winters and I think I'll get at least one more season out them. They are very comfortable, very warm and keep your feet dry.

This is my favorite shoe in the whole world. It is super comfortable and warm. I find myself wearing these shoes inside the house, they are as warm and cozy as slippers. I have scuffed them up (but they still hold up great) and my old pair will be for gardening. I plan to buy another pair! Fit true to my 6 1/2 even with the shearling lining. Also, I am a nurse and I own the Encore Groove shoes which I wear to work and I love those too.

Loved these shoes. I had thought I could not wear Merrell shoes as I have wide feet. I took a chance with these and I love them. I bought the red ones in a size 10 (normal size) and they fit perfectly. I love that my feet stay very warm with these shoes on. I do wear them with socks and they keep my feet nice and cozy all day long. I am coming back for another color.

Excellent shoe to quickly slip on and run. Nice and warm with or without thin socks!

This clog shoe is the best for everyday wearing. Once you put them on you will not take them off. It has excellent arch support and are cozy and warm. I have had them now for over a month and find no defects even with everyday wearing. My feet are 8.5 to 9. They look great with jeans. I bought the bug brown which is more like a leather than a suede and the 1st day I dropped rotisserie chicken on them; however, I wiped it off and because of the leather it is the grease kind of blended right in. So there really is no way to ruin them, especially in the bug brown. 5 stars all round!

I love these Merrells and as usual I love the service I get from Zappos. The Encores are incredibly comfortable - I have wide feet and low arches and the heel height is perfect. I live in Florida and want some soft comfortable mules to wear all winter and these are not too hot, perfect! The only reason I'm returning them and ordering a half-size bigger is that they are the tiniest bit tight in the toe box and my wide feet need a little more room. Thank you Zappos for your stellar service. I am thrilled and delighted as always.

I saw these on a QVC presentation but they sold out so quickly that I went to the computer to see if Zappos had them and thank goodness - they did. I showed them to my friend at Nordstroms and she agreed - extremely comfortable. Soft inside, good grip for snowy days, nice appearance. All around a good winter shoe.

This shoe by Merrell is my favorite winter shoe. First of all, it is extremely comfortable. My feet never hurt or feel tired. They are very warm, and the look good. I have them in black, brown, tan, blue and now in raisin.

These shoes are the best ever especially if you live in the mountains and need to go out to walk your dog in pajamas, even with snow these keep your toes toasty warm of course in the summer if I leave them by the door they are a handy switch from slippers to dog walking trips. Well actually I pretty much live in them year round and these are my fifth pair. I wear them as good shoes for almost any event and then as they age I cycle them into the dog walking chores. My only wish is that Merrell would sell inserts so that I could cycle them, however, Dr. Scholl inserts work with them too.

I'm on my feet all day and these shoes are dreamy. I also have difficult feet (wide toe box, narrow heels, high arches). I'm between an 8.5 and 9 and the 9 fits perfectly. I also usually need wide fitting but Merrells in regular width works for me.

These are the best shoes I have ever taken a chance on. They are athletic with great arch support. I love that you can make them slip-on shoes as well. They are like 2 shoes in one! They are so comfortable and look so awesome. I feel like I can do anything in these shoes!

These shoes are great. They fit well, comfortable and so warm. I will buy another pair. I already have two pair.

Second time to buy this brand and style of shoe. I wear it as a house shoe/slipper. Even when it's not cold outside, I enjoy the furry lining to keep me cozy. I have a slightly wide foot and this fits beautifully. Of course, they are easy on and easy off - the reason I like it as a slipper! Smart to wear around the house to save your toes from running into furniture, etc. My last pair lasted for years!

I loved these Merrell's so much. They fit my narrow foot, are warm and very comfortable ... what more could I ask! I bought a pair for my daughter who lives in Kentucky. Zappos got them there in two days ... faster than I could have sent them. Thanks Zappos!

Your service is fantastic! No sooner than I placed an order and my new shoes were at the door! There is ease in ordering and the product shipped is always correct. I wish all companies had such great customer service. By the way, these shoes are just what I wanted. They are my 3rd pair & I love the comfort and warmth. Thank you for carrying all the name brands. DO NOT buy these shoes unless have extra money to spend on replacement insoles. The furry insoles are nice for about a month then they start to shift and fold. They are just a piece of fabric. I have ordered replacement OrthoLite insoles directly from Merrell before but that's not the issue. I shouldn't have to buy them for brand new shoes. Also, the color of the shoes is much lighter than the picture. The picture makes it look like the suede and fur are about the same color. They are not. Otherwise, I love Merrell shoes and boots. These are the only ones I have ever had a problem with.

Love these shoes! This is my second pair. My first pair (the black ones) still look good after a year or wearing every day below 70 degrees. These shoes are so warm and comfortable and the blue ones look great with jeans. The sole provides great traction for New England weather. All in all, these are a must have if you have cold feet! I wear an 8 but find the 7 1/2 fits perfect.

These are absolutely perfect. They fit really well and are super comfortable, while still offering adequate arch support. I bought them to wear around the house as slippers- love the fuzzy insides, and especially love that when I do wear them outside, they have good traction! These are probably my favorite shoes.

Great shoe. I usually wear a size 9. I did get a 9.5 due to I have a high arch and they fit fine. I had tried a size 9 on in stores and none of the stores carried the half size. The 9 did just not fit me right . So I ordered through Zapoos the half and it worked great.

Cute shoe, comfortable initially. I have very low arches and these shoes have too much arch support. It made my feet ache after walking around in my kitchen for 5 minutes. Because it's lined I didn't have the option of removing the insole.

These are great shoes. Easy to slip on and extremely comfortable. I've had foot surgery but these are just so comfortable. They do not flop on your feet and they keep your feet nice and toasty even when it is near zero!

Great shoes for a cold trip to DC and for an unusually chilly winter in Florida. Wear them now without socks and they are super comfy! Fits in my regular size, not to wide or narrow.

Great service. I love these shoes. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I had no problem with sizing. I am on my feet a lot and have back problems. These shoes help tremendously with that. I think the price for these shoes was very reasonable. They are well crafted and I expect them to outlast much cheaper shoes.
