I’m very pleased with my new cute, comfy Merrells. I wanted a good quality slipper with arch support for use in the house, but with a sole that I could wear outside to get the morning paper. These have exceeded my expectations and on top of that, are so cute that I sometimes even wear them with my jeans to run errands. They fit well; because my feet sweat, I wear them with thin socks to keep the inside lining nice. I love them!

I love these shoes!! They are very comfortable and provide great support. I can wear them all day doing chores and my feet never get tired or sore. I ordered a size 9 and it was a perfect fit. I you want to wear socks with this shoe, although you would miss out on the benefit of the fuzzy shearling snuggling your feet, you should probably order a size larger. The color of the light part of the shoe was a bit darker in person than on the website.

Great shoes!! Warm, good support, feel great! Just as comfortable as the Merrell breeze which I wear to work during the warmer months!! I took out the fleece insoles and replaced with extras from another pair of Merrell breeze shoes... good idea if you do not want the fleece insoles and offer more support!!! Best fitting, warmest clog on the market!!!

I have been wearing this pair as well as other Merrel Encore winter clogs for the entire winter season. Nothing is more comfortable, and no winter shoe is cuter. My feet stay dry and warm, even when I trudge through snow. The shearling lining allows the shoe to contour itself to the shape of my foot, making it feel like a comfy bedroom slipper, but with arch support and a little lift. This is my absolute favorite winter shoe/clog/boot.

I absolutely love these shoes. They are true to fit despite what I read from other reviews and are extremely comfortable from the "get go". I wear them outdoors and my feet stay warm in any temperature. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It is such a pleasure to do business with Zappos, not only for the shoes they sell, but for the quality of service they provide.

Absolutely love this shoe! Years ago I picked up a pair of Merrell flip flops on sale at a Ross's and I've been hooked on Merrell ever since. I had a pair of the encore shoes without the shearling lining and they lasted four years and while those had a couple more good years in them, I have been salivating over these for too long. I couldn't wait for my other ones to wear out before they got replaced by these. Just the easiest weekend shoes! Comfy and they look good with jeans or khakis. I like to use them as my "train shoes" on Fridays....and I don't change into my office shoes if I can get away with it.

Love these shoes! This is my 3rd pair (have in 3 colors). Easy on and off, true to size, no pressure points, highly recommend.

These are the most comfortable, warmest shoes I have gotten in a long time. I wear them to work with khakis/cords every day and got them in black, brown, and the green suede. I am a bit concerned about the suede - I had initially ordered the black suede and had to send them back because they got scuffed up in the front on the first day. I will see how the green ones do--hopefully they are more sturdy. The flat black and brown, though, hold up well, are stylish enough for work and comfortable enough to stand all day long. Would love to get the purple color too - just great shoes.

Love these shoes!! I have problems with my feet and these are soo comfortable and look nice too. What more could I ask for? I first ordered too big. I thought with the fur in them they would run small, but not so. Zappos was great at the return! I had the right size the next day. I would recommend Zappos to everyone!! They have some very nice and considerate employees. THANKS ZAPPOS!

The original size 8 that I bought felt tight and so I exchanged for a half size larger. I am guessing that the shoe was tighter probably because of the sheepskin lining. I have been wearing them for over a month now and the lining is still fluffy and they still fit well. They are extremely comfortable, warm even without socks, and cute.

I LOVE these shoes. I could not find these particular shoes in the stores, so I looked to Zappos for help. The size is true and they are extremely comfortable. The soles are high, so even though they are mules, I can still wear them in the snow and rain. Since these shoes are exactly the same as the shoes I am replacing you know that I was extremely satisfied with the Merrell Encore Chill Stitch. There are other Merrell mules that are not quite as expensive, but they do not have the cushy fur on the inside which I like for the cold. They feel like slippers, I love them.

This is by far the most comfortable shoe I've purchased in years. The shoe is supportive enough to be in all day, the lining is warm and comfortable and the style goes with everything. I love Merrells and I love this shoe!

Great in winter and snowy country. My feet stay nice and warm. Have felt very comfortable walking on ice and snow, have not slipped at all. And the shoe is so easy to slip into and off. I might have to buy this shoe in different colors, too.

The minute I put my foot into these shoes I knew I would be wearing them comfortably for a long time. I bought a 1/2 size larger though I can’t for the life of me remember why… so they are a tiny bit on the large size, but as this winter has been sooo cold I can easily wear heavy socks and stay warm & cozy all day. The arch support is superb, as is the style and craftsmanship. The isn’t so flat that you have to worry about getting your shoes wrecked when walking outside after a light snowfall. Overall I can recommend these shoes for us older folk who want a comfortable shoe, but don’t want to give up being fashionable.

I had my mom get me these for Christmas to wear as slippers. My house has a slab foundation, which means concrete. Regular slippers just don’t have the support or cushion needed. I loved these so much after two weeks, I got another pair to wear as regular shoes. It’s between 60 and 65 degrees most of the winter at work and these keep my feet warm. I wear them with cotton socks. My feet are a true 7 and tend to run on the narrow side with high arches.

I've had Merrell's before and love them. I swear that I ordered the above shoes one day and got them the next day. I really think it was a couple of days but it was quick...anyway, I've worn these shoes almost every day since I've gotten them. I think I had them on for at least 5 hours the first day. Warm and cozy shoes. Great for taking the dog out for a quick walk during the winter. I would recommend them to anyone. They are slightly larger then normal size but that way you can wear some thick socks if you want...Thanks

These shoes are awesome! They are so warm and comfortable. Just right for the recent frigid weather we had and for keeping my feet warm while doing outside duty at school. They are true to size, however, you must wear thin socks with them.

Love these Merrills! I wanted something more tailored looking than Uggs, but still shearling lined. I’ve worn them almost every day since they arrived. Feels true to size and roomy enough to wear a slightly thicker sock. Great traction in the midwest snow. Would recommend to a friend and would order again.

Merrell Encore are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I love having a pair of warm easily slipped on shoes. These are the perfect shoe for any walking situation, from walking the dog to an all day mall or museum excursion. This is my second pair and I purchased a pair for my Mom. I normally wear an 8, but in Merrell brand I wear a 7.5.

I LOVE, LOVE these shoes. They are just a tad big at the back of the heel, but not so much that they slip off. I wear them everywhere. We haven’t had any deep snow here in SE Michigan yet this year, so I haven’t needed boots. You can truly wear these shoes even in the house - they are soooo comfortable. When outside in sub zero weather, they are WARM. No cold toes in these shoes and not too hot in the house either. Best shoe investment I’ve made in a very long time. I can wear a 7 - occasionally 7-1/2. I ordered these in a 7. My foot is a little wider than medium and the width is perfect.

Love, love, LOVE these! I’ve had them for a month and wear them all around the house and to work every day. I’ve even been wearing them in the snow! They are some of the most comfy shoes I’ve ever worn. I have noticed that they fit quite a lot looser now than they did at first so if you’re on the fence about a size, I would go down.

I'm on my third pair. Don't worry, they're very durable. I just wear them nearly all the time in the winter/spring, to the point where I need to replace them each year! They are incredibly comfortable and cozy, plus they provide excellent support. I've owned many pairs of Merrell shoes over the years. These might be my all-time favorite.

Wow! My feet are warm! Which is no small feat, especially as this has been an uber-cold winter for us. These shoes feel like comfy slippers. At first, they were too snug to wear with socks, but the fleece has compacted a bit so I can now wear them without socks or with thin-ish socks (gotta keep those ankles cozy, too!). Even without socks, they cling pretty well to my feet. I never feel like I'm going to slip out of the shoes accidentally. The tread is rugged enough for slick grass, so no worries as I feed my horses and goats. And I'm high enough up to stay out of moderate mud. I would definitely buy these shoes again. The green is a yummy color and the X's and contrast suede make the look a bit more classy. Maybe this isn't a high-fashion shoe, but it's warm and does have some style.

These are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes that I have, and I have two pairs! They feel like warm cozy slippers and they support by heel and arch very nicely! I have knee problems, and these are the only shoes besides Birkenstock shoes that keep the pain away!
