these come up very high onto my ankle bones, and that's not a happy feeling. i have two pair of the wonderful jungle mocs, but they are children's sizes since i wear a 5. i wanted to order childrens, but the colors and designs are just plan silly looking. maybe on bigger feet, my problem would not be your problem.

This is one of the best and comfortable shoes I've worn. I have four pair I bought in the years prior to the pandemic. I'm 5'2 and have worn size 6 for 50 years. I would love to buy more, but the quality will not be the same.

The heel is too short so it slides off my heel nearly every step I take which makes me not walk normally to try to keep them from sliding off my heel and coming off!!! I wish I could return them but I've tried to wear them with different type socks trying to see if it would work. But it doesn't matter! They come off my heel on both feet! They are the same size as the ones I have! I'm very disappointed especially since these are not inexpensive shoes!!!

Bought this 1wk ago and don't like em. Really looking for a good slip on shoe, but the arch support in these is way too steep and instantly hurt my feet. Also the website description is off for herbit's actually like a deep olive green not tan. I'd say if your someone who needs a lot of arch these will probably help. Relatable, the siren series women's shoe I LOVE!

The shoes are of solid quality, but the fit was not great on my foot because the top of the shoe extends so far that it dug into my lower leg. They are also a bit more sporty or rugged looking than is best for city wearing.

Regardless of size or width, the opening to slide your foot into the shoe is too small and tight. This needs to be slightly larger. Too hard to get on and too tight to wait for the shoe opening to stretch out.

Even though I ordered these in Wide, they were painful to squeeze my foot in to. If you have a high-volume/high arch foot, these are not for you. I was surprised because I have an older pair of Merrells in a similar slip-on style that I wore for years without issue. These were some of the tightest shoes I've ever tried on. Since they're leather, they might stretch eventually, but I couldn't have kept them on my feet for more than a couple of minutes.
The length did seem true to size though.

I am continuing to purchase the Jungle Mocs because of the soles and the traction they give me. I am quite dissatisfied with the rest of the shoe due to cheaper materials that dont hold up. If you keep ruining the quality of the shoe itself, I will stop buying the Merrill shoes, period. I have been purchasing Merrill shoes since 2002 or 2003.

I have worn Merrill for ever, have many different styles, bought these a couple months ago in the sea moss size 8, as usual. Love the color, tried them on and set them aside, just tried wearing them last week and the sides of the shoes rub under my ankles so bad I can't wear them. I'm going to try them again, since I know it's too late to return, my bad, but I thought they would be like all my other Merrill's. Will donate if can't break them in.

This is my usual go to shoe. I was stoked to get it in a new exciting colour, sea moss. This is my first time ordering these shoes online. I thought it was safe not to try on because I've worn them for years. Unfortunately, the fit is off. Snug in the toes and really loose in the heel. I didn't notice until I wore them out. Disappointing because I've been wearing them in black for years. I'm giving three stars because I've had pairs in the past that fit well. This pair is only receiving two stars.

I have owned pairs before and I just ordered the burgandy same size as prior purchases. For some reason, the heel slips. My other pairs do not do this. Ordered another pair to see if I had a reject shoe. If not, this will be a BIG disappointment that Merrell can't keep the sizing consistent with the new color schemes. I even tried heel inserts and they don't address the problem. (Honestly, nor should I need to!)

Unfortunately, the right and left shoes did not feel the same. The right foot had more arch support and felt like there was more thickness under my foot. I've never had this issue with any footwear before and I have several pair of Merrell shoes of different types. In addition, the left shoe "collar," from the top of the shoe opening to the seam about 1/2" below it, bulged out more than the same part of the right shoe. Were these 2 shoes made in the same place? Otherwise, the shoes were comfortable. I've ordered another pair which hopefully will be more consistent.

I purchased these for my mom for Christmas. They arrived with a one inch blue pen mark on the left shoe. I was disappointed because they were expensive and I didn't have time to return them before Christmas.

Pretty comfortable but the heel is quite big. If you have a fairly wide front foot but a narrow heel, these will probably work for you. I put heel grips in and they still slip. If I wear really thick socks, they don't slip but they're too tight in front. I'm an 8.5-9. I went for the 8.5 and they are a wee bit short because my foot tends to slide forward. There's also not much arch support--better if I put my own insoles in.

Was uncomfortable but then, I am hard to fit. I remember buying a pair about 20 years ago and walking all over Manhattan without a single blister or sore feet. I was hoping for the same experience now but my feet have changed.
