Just received my new Jungle Mocs today and was very disappointed to see that the look of the suede has changed. It now is very smooth and cheap looking. It doesn't even look like real suede leather. This is my 4th pair and I've purchased at least 12 pairs for my family over the years. So sad. End of an era.

i love the shoes, but have developed bunions, and wish you mad all the moc-type shoes, especially in wider widths. I know thet run a little wide anyway, but with bunions you need all the box you can get!! Thanks.

These shoes are very nice. I did have to remove the inner sole because the roof of the shoe was too tight on my foot. This worked out so that I could use my custom orthotics and have plenty of room.

The Merrell Jungle Mocs have great support, which is what I need most. My back and feet never hurt when walking for long periods in these shoes. The only slight problem for me is that I have a narrow foot and these do not come in the narrow width. However, these shoes don't seem to be as wide as the normal med. with Merrell either, so heavier socks make them work for me.

These are essential footwear for wet and sloppy winter days on the farm. They would be great in town too!

These are great boots for when there is snow/slush on the ground! But not really tall enough when going out to shovel when there is a foot or more of snow. The arch support is pretty good and probably comparable to a sneaker. I have worn them while standing up all day and while shopping for most of the day and after all of that, my feet do get a bit sore. These boots are definitely not as comfortable as Birkentocks which I wear most of the time. They are well insulated, very warm, and waterproof. They usually last about two years with moderate usage. After that, they don't seem as waterproof and the insulation doesn't seem to work as well. I couldn't live in Vermont without these shoes!

I like these shoes very much, very functional in the winter weather, good traction on snow and ice. Comfortable for long winter walks. Good foot support.

I bought these shoes after a hip injury. They feel like slippers and are super comfortable. I do wish the arch support were a bit more, but they are the next best thing to having sneakers on. I am a kindergarten teacher so I am able to wear these and still look fairly professional. I am happy with them and would by them again.

This is my first Merrell purchase. I have had these for two months, and find them to be comfortable, but not awesome. And they are not warm. I might try another style in Merrell, but I wouldn't purchase these again.

This shoe was just what I needed for warmth during the winter. It does fit like a glove, not enough room for a thick sock. The fit around the ankle is snug, almost too snug, but now starting to loosen up a bit. Would recommend for the comfort.

Not the most fashionable, but really comfortable, good arch support and plenty of cushion. Good for walking on pavement and good for gripping slippery surfaces.

Warm, comfortable, and doesn't hurt my bunion. Took me a really long time to find a good walking shoe that doesn't hurt my feet. This one is perfect. Not much arch support but it's a fix quick with orthotics.

Although these are far more expensive than my usual shoe selections, these shoes are unparalleled for comfort. I have high arches and fussy feet- somehow, even though I walk well over five miles a day and work in the service industry, these shoes can deal with it. My last pair lasted almost two years- even my Naots weren't able to do that. I am only subtracting one star because the back of one shoe rubbed rather painfully on the back of my heel for a couple of weeks and does still from time to time unless I am careful.

These shoes are great comfort shoes, and good on the legs when on your feet for a long time. Zappos is really great about returns and getting you the right shoe and fit.

Having had issues with plantar fasciitis and an Achilles Tendon surgery, my podiatrist was extremely cautious about the correct footwear for me. #1 shoe on his list was Jungle Moc! They are comfortable, supportive, and available in some good colors. And for all that? The price is reasonable. My 4 star rating rather than 5 is because they're pretty warm for summer wear. I think they run a bit small as I had to order the next half size up, but return/exchange was easy. Thanks.

Preparing for a trip to Italy, I needed a great pair of walking shoes. I tried numerous manufactures, styles, price points and ended up with the Jungle Moc's. I felt like I was walking on air, great to take on/off at airports, good support. I chose the Midnight black as the finish looks more dressy. Yes, the shoes are a bit chunky (I usually wear more tailored shoes) but these shoes provided the best function/looks I could find. Strongly suggest you give them a try.

I bought these shoes for the gym. They are sturdy and seem to be waterproof. I recommend buying one size up so the odor absorbing inserts fit better with gym socks.

When I had to return the first pair, Zappos sent me another and paid postage even on my return. the Merrell jungle moc is the best shoe I have ever had for all day wear.

Cushioning/support is great, but shoe is built quite wide. My shoe was a medium width, but is too loose/wide. Length is accurate, though. It is a very warm shoe, great for Chicago winters, but would be too hot in warmer weather. Love that Merrells come in half sizes-hard to find past a size 10.

These shoes were small on me so I bought them in 1/2 size larger than my usual size. They are comfortable, durable, have good traction, and keep your feet warm in cold weather. The shoe feels slightly wider than it should, and therefore it doesn't fit a snug as I would like.

Great shoes for running errands and when you just want a slip on style. Not the prettiest shoe, but they are comfortable and have adequate arch support and are roomy in the toe box. My only complaint is that they run big. I usually wear a 7. If I were to order these again, I'd consider going a half size smaller. I did put a pair of Smartfeet inserts into these and they fit better now. My husband ordered a pair in his normal size and he returned them because they were too big.

Lug sole is very grippy (a good thing from my point of view). Fit is slightly wobbly since there are no laces. Good for wider feet. I wish the arch were higher; other Merrells I've had in the past had higher arches.

Great shoes. Soft suede, good traction. Needed no breaking in. The only thing I would add is a touch more arch support, but still, these are very comfy and true to size.

My new everyday shoe. I bought these to replace a shoe almost like this from Land's End. These feel better made -- more substantial. They fit better, too. Looks wise, they are nothing fancy, but their plain appearance allows them to blend in anywhere. Not the shoe for you if you want styles that stand out. I've been wearing them for four months and they fit well out of the box and show no signs of falling apart, despite being worn nearly every day.
