I wanted these to work so badly! Slipping Into them was so cushy and comfortable yet sturdy and solid, they promised to be my go to dog walking shoe. Alas, that bliss lasted halfway down the hall when it felt like I was already getting a blister atop my foot. They come up too high on the front of my ankle and cause excruciating pain. I’m sure it’s just the way my foot and tendons are built, but I could cry.

The elastic is just a bit snug for me, but I assume that after wearing for another couple of weeks it will be fine. I love the burlwood color -- not quite taupe and not quite pink. Strangely feminine without being girly.

Too small. I wish they ran a bit bigger. They look really cool and look as if they’d last a long time. Oh well. Back to the drawing board

These are my go to shoes. I always have a pair of Jungle mocs and use them for walking the dog and running errands. They are the best walking shoes!

This a very comfortable shoe. Not a cute shoe, but I can overlook that since they feel good on my feet. The arch support is good, too. My normal shoe size is 8.5 M, which is what I purchased, and the shoes are true to size. I would definitely purchase another pair.

I have a rather high instep and this shoe did not work well for me. I also need a wide width in the toe box and bought a wide shoe. Unfortunately, the heel proved to be too wide for me. So happy the Zappos makes returns easy!

Twenty years ago I was contemplating foot surgery due to the pain I felt from walking My Dr told me to stop wearing heals, and other shoes that did not support my foot. Then I found Merrell Moc Jungle shoes while at a sporting goods store. A fellow customer said she stood on her feet all day and was at the point she could no longer do her job due to her sore feet when she discovered Merrell shoes. So I tried a pair myself and have been buying them ever since! In addition to normal wear, I walk my dogs two miles a day wearing these shoes. I hike trails in these shoes. I cannot say enough good things about how finding these shoes have changed the direction of my life from struggling to thriving! I only wish Merrell had more wide size options available! I also think the soles could be made of a little stronger material as I need to buy a new pair every three months.

I'm a small wimpy bodied person ( 5'3"/100 pounds), with very small ankles and wrists. Usually I have issues with shoes being too loose on my ankles or for higher shoes/boots, they are too loose on my calves. But these in my normal size 8.5 fit my foot just fine, but they were too tight on my ankles. I have never had that experience. They look good, but aren't nearly as comfortable as I'd thought Merrell shoes would be. The tightness on the ankle was so much that I could foresee getting blisters there from rubbing or needing to wear socks, but I'd need to size up to do that. I sent these back, thanks to Zappos free shipping.

an old style, revamped with great colors....great for "in-between" seasons and fits true to size. I take a 9 in the slide, and a 9.5 in the full moc, but have a narrow foot and the 9.5 accomodates with a sock.

This is a follow up to my previous review of the 6.5M I posted yesterday. I ordered a 7M to determine if it’s a better fit than the 6.5M. I normally wear a 6.5M. The 7M is the right size for me. It feels wonderful! FINALLY, A MERRELL THAT FITS AND STILL HAS AN ARCH! I’ll return the 6.5M tomorrow. Thanks Zappos for the quick ship and gracious return policy.

I got the last one in my size in the pink (burlwood) color. It reminds me of the 80s. Apparently, this pink color is very popular this year, as I am seeing it everywhere. I would like the moss, but it is out. Shoe has a lot of good support, but I have yet to wear it with socks. Stiff than athletic shoes, but more comfortable than dressier shoes.

I've worn Merrells for 27 years and have been very happy. The company is no longer the original Merrell company and apparently they are trying to change everything good about Merrell shoes! I have not been able to wear but 1 recent Merrell style that I have ordered and they have stopped making that one! But I decided to try the Jungle Moc for winter. I'm amazed that it seems like the original Merrell fit. It has an ARCH!!! It said "runs true to size" so I ordered my normal 6.5M. It's very hard to get on because it's cut very high, which I like. They seem to fit true to size, but I "feel" the end of the toe with my left big toe. Doesn't hurt, but I'm going to order a 7M to compare before I make a decision. I feel I will keep one of the sizes. The elasticized top of the shoe will hold my feet in place so the left toe touching the end of the shoe may not be a problem. I'm thrilled to know that the new company hasn't ruined the Jungle Moc .... yet. There are at least 12 pairs of Merrells in my closet, including the first pair of the black leather "clog/mules" I bought in 2004. However, none are "new"....all are the original Merrell company fit.

Well, they ain’t pretty, but that’s not what they’re designed for! I needed a truly slip on shoe that completely enclosed the heel and supported the ankle, and these are it. I’ve tried dozens of shoes and none other tick both boxes. Despite ordering a wide shoe, I did notice they feel a bit short in the toe box. I’m pretty happy with these and expected them to wear in a bit more, but as they haven’t yet, If I could go back and order all over again, I would go up a half size and I think they would be absolutely perfect.

I love , and really wanted to love these shoes. They are much more narrow a than my other Merrells, so I returned them.

it is really hard to find a slip-on slipper that is warm with really good support and a lug sole, so these shoes fit the bill. if wearing them for more than a few hours need to wear light socks to avoid chafing from vent seams.

I've been wearing Jungle Mocs for at least 20 years. Usually they are comfortable right out of the box. These are too small. Am ordering a half size up.

This is my third Merrell Jungle Moc. You cannot beat the comfort and long lasting wear. It seems that you have this shoe forever. My only reason for returning it is the color. Out of desperation I chose the only color available in my size and it really does not go with anything I have. I need basic color.

These shoes lived up to my hopes and expectations (my husband had discovered jungle Mocs 6 months ago and really liked his). I was looking for a style that had a sole with a tread pattern, was a slip-on, but gave me a more secure footing than the clogs I had been relying on up to now. These jungle Mocs look great too ( I got midnight suede). The only slight weakness I noticed is that on a smooth surface (like the locker room at my local pool), if there’s water on the floor, the shoes’ tread pattern tends to be slippery. But now I’m alert to that, and just watch my step on wet tile floors.

These are the best, most supportive shoes I have ever worn. I put my orthotics in them and walk three miles in them. No problem.

Was looking for a shoe that I could walk miles in on city streets. I love how sleek these shoes look with the all white and all pink. Strangely, I also go the pink in the same size and that shoe was a little bit looser. Ultimately, the opening towards the front of my ankle kept on digging into my bone. It started to hurt quite a bit so they're going back!

Have worn these for years - my go-to shoe for winter walks. Manolos they are not, but nothing’s more practical and durable.
