My second pair - Wore only the first pair for three weeks through China. Decided to buy a second pair in black. I just throw them into the washer, and air dry them.

Bought these for work - I'm a nurse on my feet all day, and I've worn Merrells for work and let me tell you they are great! In this particular shoe I purchased the oyster white and the mesh top provides flexibility and of course, the soles provide comfort. I've had lots of complements and "try-ons" from my co-workers and some are thinking of purchasing same shoe. I cover them with booties for obvious reasons, but I bought them for comfort and they provide that!

I LOVE these shoes! I am all about comfort. Until this pair of shoes, I wore nothing but sneakers. Now, I shudder at the idea of wearing anything other than these! They're so comfortable (and cute!) that I ordered them in 2 other colors. I just LOVE them. My only issue with them is that they were out of size 7.5, so I had to order size 8 and they're slightly big so I wear them with two pairs of socks. Luckily they had size 7.5 in the other two colors I just ordered. :)

Customer satisfaction - I found that you did everything possible to make sure that my shoe was exactly the right fit and comfort that I needed. I was even sent another size (at no extra charge) to be sure of the fit. I was especially happy not to be charged shipping or returning charges. I have recommended Zappos to all of my friends and family. I will never shop anywhere else for shoes. Thank you Zappos.

Like the shoe - I have this shoe in black and turquoise. I like the comfort and wear them all day.

Tops in Bottoms - These are the most comfortable shoes you will ever wear. They hold up well and wash like a dream.

Great shoe - This is the most comfortable shoe ever. I have many shoe problems and this shoe is about all I can wear for long periods of time.

Merrell Mules - I had seen four different people with these shoes, before I finally bought them. I can see why people really like them.

AMAZING SUNGLASSES! I must say, Zappos is one of the greatest inventions of life. If I could order everything I needed off of this website, I would. Style; very cute. Comfort; fits PERFECTLY on nose. Overall; 50 stars. I even got the free shipping and they came in two days! I LOVE ZAPPOS!

It's a very comfortable shoe to wear and it offers great support. I did have to order a full size larger because I have a high arch (I usually have to do this in all slides and clogs). I would buy this shoe again in the future when I wear out the ones I already have!

Great overall shoe - This is my second pair of this type of Merrell. The first par I had for 5 years and still love. This new model is lighter in weight and better looking than the old pair. I can do anything in these (walk, work, light hiking) and never be tired. The support is great as well. One downfall is that I can't wear them in the rain due to the small holes.

I have worn this type of Merrell for about three years. They are one of the most comfortable casual shoes I have ever worn. I like the style because I can wear them either with sweats, jogging outfits, or jeans.

Cute and comfortable. I get compliments on them when I wear them around new people.

In LOVE with this shoe! I am absolutely in love with this shoe (and keep trying to find excuses to wear it)! Very comfortable yet visually appealing - (I got it in gray). I especially appreciate the arch support as I tend to have higher arches and shoes without arch support can leave my feet aching by the end of a day.

Fabulous shoes - Love these shoes. So comfortable and my knees and back stopped hurting me that same night of the first day I wore them all day. People keep complimenting me on how good looking the shoes are.

The clogs are really comfortable and lightweight. I work twelve hour shifts and the weight of the shoes really matters. I also have bunions and these clogs don't bother them.

Surprised to find it fit my wide foot! I had hesitated on ordering this shoe because it doesn't come in varying widths and I almost always wear a wide. I liked the styling and the idea that it would be cool enough in the summer so decided to try it. I was surprised to find that it fits fine and is very comfortable. I've had surgery on the top of my foot and this shoe is roomy enough on top to not press on this tender area. I'll probably buy more Merrells of this design. I recommend it for support and comfort! As always, Zappos service is the BEST; the shoes arrived within 24 hours of my order.

Great shoe - This is the shoe I have been looking for! Feels great. I can walk for long periods of time in it, and it is great when I have to be on my feet a long time. Very comfortable. I usually have to walk or stand in tennis shoes with orthotics, but with this shoe, my legs and back do not hurt. A great find! I have it in three colors already.

Switched from Clarks Clogs to Merrell Clogs - I own many pairs of Clarks for work, due to extreme comfort, and wider width, but recently switched to Merrell. My black leather clogs are the only shoes I have been able to wear at work, where I am quite active. I recently purchased the Merrell Encore Breeze for something lighter for the summer. They are equally as comfortable, lightweight, and I barely feel like I'm wearing shoes. (Who wants to worry about uncomfortable shoes?) Glad Zappos is now carrying Merrell! More reasons for me to recommend Zappos to my friends! Keep up the good job!!!

Merrell Shoes - I have two other pairs of these shoes. They are not the most attractive shoe out there, but they certainly are one of the most comfortable. I wanted several colors and in the stores the colors are very limited. I liked the variety from Zappos.

Best of the best - This is my second pair of Encore Breeze. The first pair are black, but I wanted the lighter color so I ordered the silver. They are so comfortable and look nice. They are great traveling shoes... Especially for removal at the airport.
