I am disappointed with these Merrell Mesh clogs. I have nearly worn out my last pair. They old ones are the same size and very similar to both the Encore Breeze and Encore Breeze II, but the fit and comfort are not what I hoped or expected. I remember loving the fit of the original pair from the first time I put them on. Not so with the newer versions. Sigh!

Feels like I'm walking on a pillow. The comfort of these shoes can't be beat. I have only one complaint. I took these on vacation and was caught in a rainstorm. I walked in them wet for about a half an hour before I could get back to my hotel. I didn't wear them the rest of the trip, trying to dry them out. The smell of wet foot will not come out. I have tried everything from washing them, air drying for several days. Nothing will get the smell out. Had to throw them out. Such a shame, they were real comfortable but in no way water-proof or even water-resistant.

Really cute, lightweight clog with jeans. They are a poor fit for me as I have a narrow foot, and the squishy negative heel insert was a problem. I created a home-made orthodic with some over-the-counter products and can wear them for a very short period of time. Too perfect for jeans to send back.

The mesh part of this shoe is hard and uncomfortable on my arthritic feet. Not comfortable enough for me so I\'m returning.

Merrell Encore Breeze. Poor fit and design. Too narrow. Low heel cup intolerably uncomfortable, if I'd worn them, the back upper heel area would've gotten smooshed down from my the weight of my heel stepping on the back of the shoe. Other reviewers mentioned these accommodate a wide foot, I found that they are not wide at all, just normal width. I wear a 9W, ordered a 9. My foot barely fit inside the shoe. I found them to look orthopaedic. Seemed to run a half size small. Returning. Maybe a nice sneaker for narrow or medium width feet (no room for socks). Not a good fit for wider feet. I'll have to stick w/ Propet and Reebocks wide widths.

Merrell has changed this shoe since I purchased my last pair a couple of years ago. It seems to run a half size larger (I needed a 5 1/2 instead of a 6.) Even sized down, I find the top not snug enough to give my foot support, and it's just not as comfortable as I remember my older pairs. These were a staple for me, but not any more.

Merrell review - The angle of the shoe feels a little different - more of a slant down than my previous pair of Merrills. Overall I appreciate the 'known' quality of this brand.

Too soft - Comfortable but too soft and not enough support good for waking in the house especially if the floors are wood or tiles.

Merrell has changed the last and the design of the Breeze model mesh women's clog. I have a 7-year-old pair that I won't toss. The soles are worn. They wash beautifully. I tried on several of the same model last week and they all slide in back; they are stiff and totally different than the old design, which had a toe cap. This model does not. The band is stiff, as well. Too bad. I was all set to buy this shoe. Even asked them to bring in some different pairs to see if they fit differently and wouldn't slide. One pair had one shoe larger than the other! All of them slipped on my heel. Very disappointed. Bad construction and cheaper materials.

Very disappointed. I keep thinking Merrells will work for me, but these, like other pairs I\\\'ve tried from this brand, are just too big (mostly wide) and ill fitted. I\\\'m a size 8 in regular width shoes, but my feet are slightly on the narrow side. This style in a size 8 was big all over. Plus, they seemed to be a bit clunky. Not as sporty or as well fitted as I\\\'d hoped. Go a half size smaller, and, if you have feet that are on the narrow side, skip these shoes.

Based on reviews I ordered the Merrell Encore Breeze... I'm very disappointed with these shoes. There is no arch support at all and my feet hurt just after trying them on and walking around the house. Not sure why some people say Merrell's are great shoes for those with feet issues. I have a bunion that also causes pain on the ball of my foot... had to return all the Merrell's I've ordered. Hopefully I'll have better luck with Fly Flots.

I can't imagine why these didn't fit. I've worn 8.5 for ten years. This winter I wore Encore Free in 9 so I ordered one 8.5 and a 9. The 8.5 were way too loose in the arches. Now I have to find another brand. Yikes!

These shoes have been the only shoe I could where for the last 5 years; however, this new style doesn't work for me. The size 9 is too big and the size 8.5 is too small. I don't know whether my foot has changed shape but I have very long toes and large bunions that make it challenging for a good fit.

I was so dissapointed with the shoe. I wore it only 1 time, and the rubber came loose from the bottom of the shoe. I gulued it several times, only to have it come loose again. I\'m going to try a shoe repair shop next, but I will not buy this shoe again.
