Great summer shoe - These light weight mesh slip-ons seem almost perfect for summer. They are as comfortable as a sneaker but without the bulk. They'd be fine with shorts, capris or casual skirts. My only quibble is with the insole. While it is nicely supportive, the fabric covering feels hot and non-absorbent. I plan to replace it with something more suitable for hot weather.

So comfy! This is a great shoe for hanging around, running errands, hitting the playground, and it will be even more useful come warm summer days. Very comfortable and very cute.

Merrells are the most comfortable shoe ever - I have these shoes in black and khaki, and they are my "go to" shoe for comfort. I even use them as my slippers around the house because I have pain in my feet when walking barefoot. People compliment me on these all the time. They are kind of like Mary Jane's, and can even be worn with casual skirts. The strap is adjustable with velcro, so barefoot or with socks - they are terrific. Plus, they show absolutely no wear. Zero. Simply amazing shoes.

Soooo Comfortable - I was amazed and happy how comfortable these shoes were on the first wearing. Within 15-20 minutes they felt completely broken in and shaped to my foot. I normally wear a wide width size 6.5 or 7 but due to the velcro/snap strap across the top, I was able to adjust it the first time for my width and just leave it so I could slip it on and off whenever I want, and they've never been tight. After buying my first pair in slate blue, I promptly came back and purchased in two more colors, black and lime green. Fabulous, so happy with them. They're my new all-day walking shoes.

Lightweight - This is a great shoe for work and socks are optional. Very lightweight. I am, however, experiencing a lot of foot sweating. I'll still wear them and hope they don't get too funky! AND, I got these shoes 11 hours after I ordered them, love Zappos!

How many colors do these come in? I first found this shoe in a local department store. I loved the look and feel of it immediately (especially the comfort level). I was dismayed that the store didn't carry additional colors; my mom suggested going to Zappos.com... wow! the color selection is outstanding and the price the same as the store. I've ordered another color and have a "wish list" for the others. These shoes cannot be beat for the comfort; I can stand all day on a hard surface (read: tile) and my legs and feet feel good after 8 hours. Not so in other skimpy brands. Definitely a 5!!!

All day comfort!!! I stand an my feet all day in a pharmacy-at least 10 hours a day and need something that can keep up and not have my feet hurt at the end of the day-these shoes have really passed the test. I received them 2 days before leaving on a 7 day Caribbean cruise and they kept up and have been wearing them daily since. I am now going to order in other colors. Truly comfortable, as I have a closet full of shoes that do not get worn, as they promised to be comfortable but could not keep up with my job.

Love This Shoe - These shoes look & feel great. They have more support than other flats I have tried on. Love these shoes.

Great Shoe! I have somewhat wide feet. I also have foot conditions that make it hard for me to find comfortable, stylish shoes. These shoes are comfortable for both my wide feet and my other conditions. This is my 4th pair of encore MJ's--that's how much I like them! Of course, Zappos is the best place to buy shoes for both selection and service.

Love em! Just received my second pair of Merrell's Encore MJs. So comfortable for work and they add a little fun to dull gray scrubs. Zappos is the greatest- my shoes arrived in 1 day! Have not yet needed to return shoes, but I am impressed with Zappos customer service. Thanks Zappos!

Great For Airports! Just wore these for a one-week trip and they were so convenient at airports. Very comfortable and accommodate swelling feet when you're at altitude. I just found out that they're washable so they've quickly become my dog park shoes - protects my toes! I like almost all Merrells and these fit like all my others... just perfectly. Merrells and Romikas are the only two brands I'm spending money on anymore.

Merrell's Encore MJ - I purchased the same shoe over two years ago. I absolutely love them and wanted to get a 2nd pair. They are extremely comfortable for long walks with great support and light weight.

Merrell Encore MJ - This shoe is very comfortable, but I did get it a half size smaller (based on other reviews) and it fit perfect! The top strap is adjustable and overall it is a cute shoe!

Love The Encore!! I purchased these shoes to show off my hand knit socks. I am not the least bit disappointed. Very soft & comfortable.

Cute comfort shoe - I actually had a pair of these shoes that were stolen by some women that were cleaning my house. I couldn't get them back, and I missed them so much I ordered new ones. I love them. They're so comfortable with or without socks, easy to take on and off (like at the airport), and they look really cute.

My Favorite Shoes Ever! Not only are these cute, but I can stay in them all day and into the evening and not even think about my feet! I have arthritis in my feet and these provide phenomenal support. I also have foot drop and the strap keeps the foot on my foot.

Exceptional Versatility and Comfortable - It was light weight, comfortable, and had great support. It was flattering on the foot,I wear a 10 and am always looking for a shoe that makes my foot look smaller... this one did the trick! The beige was perfect for khakis or grays which is unusual to complement both. It is a perfect neutral color for everything! I wore them all day the very first time and my feet felt great at the end of the day! They are great for casual skirts, dresses, shorts, or pants... so versatile and the price point is the deal sealer! Will definitely get them in another color!

Fantastic casual shoe - I'm loving this shoe even more than I thought I would. I'll probably end up buying it in another color so I'll have 2 pairs. The majority of reviews recommended buying it 1/2 size smaller than what you normally wear, and I'm glad I did. It fits perfectly. My normal size would have been loose. The comfort level is very high!

Merrell Encore MJ - Merrell has done it again. Fantastic Mary Janes slipped them on and like walking on clouds. Perfect fit true to size. AWESOME, AWESOME what more can I say. Except ZAPPOS you are the greatest!!! Got my shoes in one day!! You can't shop anywhere else that fast...Thanks.
