I bought this shoe on the recommendations of other buyers. I love the look and overall appearance of the shoe. I bought them to take to Hawaii in March, so I haven't really worn them yet. Will review them again when I return, as to comfort.

Perfect casual shoe - These are so comfy! They are the cutes little casual shoe and look good with everything. Zappos is awesome!

Comfort - I love this shoe. It looks good and I get a lot of compliments. I had already purchased the grey color and now I want to purchase this style in brown.

Cute and comfy - Super comfortable and cute shoe. That's a difficult combination to find.

Great Shoes - These were a gift for my niece for her birthday. She is a first-year teacher, and she has been complaining about her feet after long days. I don't think she has worn any other shoes since she received these!

Worth the money! I love this shoe! Love the tie room and the fact that the top of the shoe is hard. I was expecting more of a tennis shoe-feel, but was pleasantly surprised. The only part that's okay but which I didn't expect was the low back - I had not tried this shoe before, obviously, but you get used to it!

Super Shoe - This shoe rocks! It is very comfortable and easy to get on and off. I get lots of compliments. A nice alternative to a clog.

Cute - Comfortable from the start. Nice looking without looking too "far out". Makes my size 10 foot look much smaller. I would definitely buy these again. They are lightweight and relatively conservative looking in the black.

Great casual shoes - I have two pairs of these shoes, black and beige; I actually bought them elsewhere and then when my dog chewed up the beige pair I could only find them here, which is fine, I do love Zappos. The funny thing is, I usually wear either a 6.5; when I found these shoes in the store, they only had 6 and 7 - I bought one in each and they were both find. So the sizing seems pretty flexible, no doubt owing to the loose style.

Many Compliments! These shoes are really stylish and extremely comfortable. I have worn them with and without socks. Every time I wear them, I get compliments. I have found them to be the perfect travel shoes, as they slip off and on easily for airport security checks. Do order them a half size smaller than you usually order because they run big.

Great Pair of Shoes! First: Zappos’ customer service is excellent! I had originally purchased a size 7 ½ and it was too large. Free shipping to return! It was a breeze. I later ordered a size 7 and it fits just right. Very comfortable walking shoes and perfect for work. You do need to buy a half size smaller than normal. Added bonus: no animals harmed in the creation of this pair of shoes!

Excellent shoes. I bought these shoes for work because I could not find a cute, non-slip, comfortable pair or shoes that were not made of leather. I found the perfect pair right here. The only downfall is that the back of the heel doesn't hold on to my foot, but hey, everyone's feet are different. Other than that, these shoes are like walking on clouds.

Merrell Encore MJ the best! Put these on and walked miles without needing to break them in. Used them for 10 days on a European trip with lots of walking and they were great. If you have bunions you may need to protect them from rubbing, but even with that they are extremely comfortable. Great for air travel as they slip on and off.

A New Experience in Shoes - I was very hesitant to order a pair of shoes online, as I usually need to try on and decide but with my gift certificate I decided to try-- search as I did and finally found the shoes I liked but they were not available in my size--so I left the necessary message and thought "sure" but in no time I got the message that my shoes were available... and they arrived in record time -- I love the Q form system and I love my Merrell MJ's--They are comfortable and stylish and I feel they look great even if I am older..Thanks Zappos--Linda LK

Excellent all day walking shoe! This shoe is incredibly comfortable and cute! It has a lot of support and makes it easy to be on your feet all day. The strap is adjustable, making it possible for me to wear these regular width shoes even though I normally take a wide width shoe.

Love this shoe - I am so glad that I can now get Merrells from Zappos (my favorite shoe store). I love this shoe and aside from a small rubbing issue on my right foot, these are super comfy and I love the way they look. These will be my go-to shoes for this season.

I love Merrells! I own as many as I can, sometimes is several colors. Occasionally, I find a style that doesn't suit my foot, but I keep searching.

No Adjustment Period!! I bought these right before a "walking" vacation. I didn't need to break them in, and walking long distances was a breeze. Very comfortable.

Very comfortable. A big help when standing on uncomfortable floors for an extended period of time/walking long distances. Not bad looking. True to size. Very, very happy.

Flip flop heel irritation - I was hesitant to try buying shoes without trying them first, but these looked so cute! I have a wide forefoot, due to a neuroma, and normally wear a wide width, but others mentioned the toe box was wide. The toe area fit me perfectly, even to a medium width. However...the inserts have little support, and my full sized orthotics created a cramped toe box. So I tried a 3/4 length orthotic, and that worked fine. But walking around was just annoying...regardless of how the strap was adjusted, your heel lifts totally out, then falls back into the shoe, while the shoe rubs against your heels with every step. Annoying and I could foresee blisters. The heel is like a clog heel...very low, reaching up only about an inch. I wear Crocs all the time, am used to some flopping, but these are like flip-flops. Poor design. With more heel, this would be a very nice shoe.

Comfortable & Stylish - I love this shoe! From the minute I put it on it was super comfortable with no need to break it in at all. It has a funky, stylish look and great support. I got a half size smaller as recommended, which was perfect. Two strangers stopped me to admire & ask about the shoes the first day I wore them! I got them in beige & plan to order another color.

Comfortable from Day ONE!!! I got these shoes in yesterday afternoon and put them on immediately. Wore out walking and to dinner. Have them on again today. Feels like they were made for my feet. No rubbing - I agree with another reviewer - feels like slippers, but with great arch support. I had ordered other shoes - Keens - but they looked so clunky and not nearly as comfy, so am returning them. These make your feet look smaller - so many compliments from my GFs. I only ordered 1/2 size down, but they work great for me. I have a wide foot, but the medium width is also good.

Merrell's Encore MJ - I have a LOT of trouble with my feet and with getting shoes that fit and don't hurt, so I was really happy when I received the Merrell Encore MJs and found them to be very comfortable right from the start. I wore them walking and all day at work and my feet did not hurt at the end of the day. In fact, I liked them so much that I ordered them in black and gray.

Way Too Cute Way Too Many Compliments - Please make sure to order a size down. These shoes are great for daily running around, errands etc. No cramped toes here with the wide toe box. Adjustable Velcro strap is generous. Love, love, triple love these shoes.
