My shoes came in earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. This is a great walking shoe and looks great too. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Super comfy. Great fit with thin or thicker socks. Love color, goes great with everything.

The first pair I received had a bump inside which rubbed the small toe on my right foot. I returned them to Zappos and the second pair are perfect. They are comfortable right out of the box and good ventilation for a summer walking shoe. They do not look giant and clunky either.

Bought these for a recent trip to Scotland and they were great. Worked as well for the mountain trails as the (very steep) city streets, though your feet will get wet crossing deeper streams. My legs were tired from all the walking, but my feet were fine (and my feet usually always hurt). As per previous viewers comments, bought up half a size and the fit was perfect. Just an aside, the elephant and pink combo works wonderfully with the Patagonia Intercontinental Pants in Earthenware. I felt I could wear the two together right off the trail and into town.

So comfortable even for my arthritic feet! Great for walking, working in the yard, running to the store, etc. Do your feet a favor with these lovely cushioned shoes!

Very comfortable shoe! This shoe worked vey well with my custom orthodic insert. It held the orthodic in place better than any other shoe I have ever owned. My mother ended up buying the same shoe. She was astonished at how comfortable these shoes were.

I loved these shoes, but I had to return them for half a size bigger. If you are not sure if you are a 7 or 7½, go with the bigger size.

These shoes are made for walking in comfort. Right out of the box I knew this is what I was looking for. I have always been happy with the Merrell brand...they fit.

I liked them so well, I ordered another pair in a different color. Very comfortable right out of the box.

Great shoes. They fit true to size. Very comfortable for walking, don't know about running in them, though. Great for daily around town stuff.

These are my favorite hiking/trail running shoes ever! I thought I loved North Face until I tried these. Nice wide toe box and so lightweight!

I guess I like these shoes: this is my third pair! They wear very well, and they are the first pair of casual shoes I reach for. I've worn two pairs out on the inside, but the soles could go on indefinitely. I've worn them for light hiking in the Israeli desert and just about everywhere else we travel. They're lightweight but sturdy and the uppers are vented enough to be comfortable in all but the coldest, wettest weather. I order a half size up to accommodate 3/4 length orthotics, which gives me just about a perfect fit. And 3 cheers for Zappos incredible, unbelievable, fantastic service!

I have been looking for day hikers that have cushioning and good arch support, and these have both. I hiked about two hours the first time I wore them, and the were great. They are getting more comfortable each time I wear them. The fit is true to size. The only negative, which has gone away, was that they were just a little tight across the top of my right foot, not now. I love the color combo, the shoes., and most of all Zappos!

This shoe took a little bit of breaking in, but then I was able to do light hiking all day with a great fit. The olive color is great for hiding the dust.

I bought these for my girlfriend for a hiking trip. They were a huge hit both on the trail and on the streets of NYC. We both love Merrell shoes and these did not disappoint.

I ordered this shoe for my mother who is in her mid-50s and for the last few years had foot issues. Hate to embarrass my own mother but issues ranged from knee and ankle joint pain, over-supinated heels, toe pressure leading to circulation issues in the balls and toes of her feet. Being a mother who sacrificed a lot of pleasures in her life, she has not had a nice pair of shoes since she started having us babies. Her troubled feet concerned me so I researched Zappos to see which sneaker would be the best option for her that also looks great. I did not want to give her those giant mom-shoes that look like all white marshmallow high-tops and I did not want to give her something so hip that she fears the shoe. Money is no option when it comes to the well-being of my mother. The Elephant/Pink color of this was just right. The light-hiking shape was sturdy and cool without looking like she was trying to look young. She's not that type of woman! The color & style complemented of her casual clothes and shape was low enough that her pants are not bunching. Moment she wore these, the size fit exactly true to size. The elevated toes drastically took pressure off her toes. The wide was not-too-roomy that it held her toes without constricting. These are her first pair of shoes that offer arch support and now she says she feels spoiled! At my mother's age she deserves to be. So far she has said she has not had to break-in these shoes, no new-shoe feeling. She said she was able to stand all day at her job without any issues. She even said she felt like the shoes were actually propelling her forward when she walked! I don't know about that, but hey, bonus! Merrell has made a wonderful shoe for someone of my mom's condition even if she is not hiking. The hiking treads will at least keep her from slipping anywhere since she is sadly very clumsy (these are her own words!). She said she has had a lot of "fun" doing her daily walks but wants to keep them as clean as possible so she has been avoiding puddles and dirt! I told her to go for it. I better buy more of these for her to place on standby! Thank you Zappos for being so thorough with the technical notes of shoes for my research. Looks like the notes were right on the dot!

Bought for a trip to Europe. Should have ordered earlier to break in more cause I still got blisters. Very comfy and great support now that I've walked all of Paris! Love the pink/gray color combo too!

Ordered these for a 4 day Disneyland trip with no break in time...loved them. I have wide feet and narrow heels and these shoes fit great! Walked 10-12 hours day and my feet while tired felt pretty good. These were worth the price.

I wear the Merrell Siren Sport to work outdoors in the summer. They hold up to a tough terrain and allow me to work without considering my shoes!

I can't say enough good things about Zappos and my new Merrell shoes. The shoes are the best. I ordered the wrong size the first time, and sent them back and got the correct size the next day. Awesome.

These are nice hiking shoes. They are light on my feet. Also, they come in a wide width, which is useful for me.

I have such a hard time finding shoes that fit and are comfortable. These shoes are awesome! I could wear them all day, everyday. I get so many compliments. I have to keep and eye on them so my daughter doesn't steal them.

The shoe is very comfortable. The first time I worn it, I walked all day and my feet were fine. It felt as if the shoe was already broken in.

Zappos was very helpful with my order. I purchased the shoe, and after wearing them a few days, the shoelace eyelet broke. I contacted their customer service department. They replaced the showes promptly. Their customer service is excellent. I love the shoes. I will purchase from this company again!
