I ordered these in my usual size and they are HUGE. I thought it wasn’t too bad and I could just deal with it but now I trip in them all the time. Now it’s too late to return or exchange them.

These shoes are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They're true to size and very lightweight. We will be buying more Merrell shoes in the future.

I have worn out my first pair, and this was a re-order. I picked a color I didn't like at first and returned it with absolutely no problem. My new color came immediately. I recommend Zappos to my friends without hesitation. I like the sturdiness of the Merrell Siren Sport for uneven terrain. I like a little more cushioning like the New Balance 680 for flat surface walking.

Order the size you normally wear with the socks you normally wear, and you will have a very comfortable pair of sneakers. Not at all bulky looking, fit very well around ankle bones, heels and arches.

These may very well be the most comfortable walking and all around shoes I have ever donned (and there have been many). They look great for casual wear, travel, fitness walking and light hiking. I may hoard a half dozen pair to be sure I can always have them.

Awesome shoes! I took them on my honeymoon to Europe and they were really comfortable to walk long distances. Highly recommended.

I really like these shoes. I have been wearing these for about a month thinking I could break them in to get ready for an upcoming hike. Turns out they have been comfortable from the very beginning. Also, kudos to Zappos. They are always good to work with.

I hiked 1.5 miles in these right out of the box - not one problem. Feel very sturdy and have good support where I need it. I also have a narrow heel and had no slippage.

I love these multisport shoes! This is my second pair and I am pretty sure there will be a 3rd pair in my future next year. Best shoes ever; whether I'm at the office or climbing trails in Colorado...these are the shoes I want to have on my feet!

I love these shoes! They are very comfortable and so cute for a walking shoe! I have received many compliments on them. I bought them for a trip hiking in national parks but they look fine in the city.

I liked these a lot. Lightweight, comfy and good looking. I was happy with them upon their arrival and even more pleased after they performed very well during a week in Yellowstone.

Feels good on and feels like they will look good and last for a long time. I walk 4 miles a day and they are comfortable.

Best walking shoe I ever had. Have worn New Balance as a walking shoe for years, then tried Brooks, but both pale in comparison to this shoe. Even with my over pronation, this has offered the most comfort and the least stress on all the body parts.

I injured my knees badly working out (diagnosed with runners knee) been a couple of months. Bought these sneakers right after it happened, I had to go to NYC and would be doing a lot of walking...they are literally the only thing I can wear with comfort. I don't know what I would have done without these sneakers, they absorb the shock of walking so my knees don't hurt, I was able to go back to work, and while I feel a little silly wearing them to go out to bars and such, I will continue to until my knees heal completely. They are really cute sneakers and have helped me through this tough time. Thank you, Merrell!

I bought these shoes for a trip to Scotland and they held up great. There was no breaking in period and I found the support on my arch to be excellent. I ordered a size larger to wear with socks. I highly recommend these shoes!

I love this shoe! It is very comfortable and has the perfect tred for maximum traction. It was a nice surprize to be upgraded on shipping for free! I had my shoes in no time!

I really love the look of this shoe. This is the first pair of Merrells I have purchased. I have flat feet so my gait has always been off. These shoes seemed to have made my gate normal! I don't find that my feet roll inward like they do in other shoes. They are comfortable although not as much padding as a sneaker. Great for every day and hiking/walking.

Zappos is the top of my on-line shopping list. The service is unbeatable, and it's great that I can send products back with no expense to me, and get exactly what I want. These Merrell shoes are so comfortable and work just right on five miles walks with my dog.

Fabulous shoe. I have never had a pair that fit perfectly and I can wear them for 12 hours straight and they are totally comfortable.

Love this shoe. Would have preferred a different color, but other than that, so comfortable. Went hiking when still brand new, and no problems.

The most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. Very good arch support, perfect length and width, and ideal rise at the heel. Amazing shoe! After 2 weeks, however, one of the two toggles that holds the laces gave way. I didn't purchase these at Zappos, though I am an avid Z fan...the Merrell store is exchanging them. Boo! love Zappos' return and shipping policies.

I purchased these in size 7 1/2. My feet are narrow with a wide toe box, so I usually have to try shoes in several sizes before I find a good fit. These shoes were a bit snug with thick socks, but felt great with thin ones. I was so pleased I didn't have to break them in; they were comfortable out of the box. I bought them for a week-long trip to Rocky Mountain National Park, and I wore them every single day (no blisters). They were perfect for light-to-moderate hiking & lots of walking. I highly recommend this shoe and will be buying another pair to alternate with this one. The grey/lavender color is surprisingly neutral and went with most everything I packed. I should also mention that I got them the next day with free shipping! Zappos is the best!

Ahhhhhh. I don't normally spend this much on a dog walking shoe (that's what I got them for) because I walk through wet grass on a daily basis, and my shoes get pretty beat up. I put these on and I could tell instantly that this is a shoe built around the anatomy of a real foot! This isn't a shoe thrown together for fashion. I can't believe how comfortable they were right out of the box. And, bonus, they make my feet look really small!

This is by far the best fitting shoe for narrow feet that I've ever worn. The heel stays put and doesn't slip at all. The insole, however, leaves something to be desired. I had to replace them with gel inserts. Other than that I am very happy and will definitely buy these again.
