I agree, the dye rubbed of on anything it touched. Tried to e mail, call the Reiker Company and they never responded to me either. I'm done with that brand.

I LOVED these shoes for about two weeks. They immediately started to fade. Anything the shoes touched, the dye came off. By the end of a month, they looked decades old. E mailed and call the company itself and NEVER heard a word back from them. Never again. Sticking with Keen, Born, Merrill and Clarks.
