I LOVE these shoes! Had the same pair for over 5 years - I am on my feet a lot and do a great deal of traveling. These are the best shoes! Provide sufficient arch protection as well as heel. Wore down the padding from overuse so bought a new pair before my next big international travel event. Not necessary to "break these in"! Blister free from the start! HIGHLY Recommend! I wear with long pants and short leggings. Looks good with anything!

I bought these loafers in brown during the winter and have worn them almost everyday. I have very difficult feet -- with bunions and narrow heels -- so this is the highest recommendation. The soft leather molded itself to my feet immediately. I love them so much I bought a pair in black. These are my go-to loafers!

I love the design, and these are very comfortable. However, i have very wide feet and these I would say are a normal width so I have to return them. However, anyone with normal width or slightly wider feet would do fine in these.

I was looking for leather loafers that would be as comfortable in cooler weather as my Vans Canvas Classics are in the summer. These shoes have been perfect right out of the box. No break-in time, and they are made from quality leather, so they easily molded to my feet. My feet are a little wide, but I have plenty of wiggle room with the medium width of these shoes. I have a pair of Rieker sandals that I've worn for years, which attests to the quality of their footwear. Love these shoes!

I am really enjoying these shoes. They are very comfortable. Normally wear an 8.5 and they felt true to size. I could use a little more arch support but they are so comfortable that balances it out for me. If you are looking for a loafer look that is not too preppy looking these are great.

This is the third pair I've had over the years, and they are simply great. I have slim (but not-too-slim) feet and tend to slip out of most shoes at the heel. With these shoes I know that they fit, and they also last a long time!

I wanted a stylish, loafer style shoe that I could actually walk in. The first day I put these on, I walked 3 miles! These look better in person, are high quality, the dark brown is a really great reddish neutral brown that I love. I've had Rieker sandals before and loved them, and after getting these I promptly ordered some Rieker boots in black. Happy happy customer. I have a high arch and wide spread toes and on-and-off plantar fasciitis and these feel fantastic! One last thing... these arrived after a very long day and I thought they were too small. The next morning I put them on, wore them, and they were comfortable alllll day.

I love these shoes. This is a second pair I bought after using the first one for three years. Very comfortable for walking and standing.

I have purchased at least 2 dozen similar type shoes over the last couple of years, searching for the one that is comfortable all day long, whether I'm standing all day training a group of people, or cooking, or walking for hours. This shoe fits the bill on all counts. I have had a brown pair that I wear occasionally and it looks as good as new after 5 years. Finally got this black pair and will probably go back for another as I never want to have this shoe be unavailable. Most comfortable shoe ever.

I rarely write reviews, but these shoes are so comfortable that I had to share that. The footbed is just right in its comfort, softness and support. The overall feel just right. I rarely get a pair of shoes that feel so great immediately.

The leather is butter soft. I have a wide foot and they look narrow when I took them out of the box, but they fit beautifully. They have a different look, slightly more sophisticated than some of my shoes. Very comfortable. Love them. Thank you Zappos.

I really wish this shoe could work for me: love the all-leather lining, the cushioned insole (everywhere!), the slightly funky Euro styling, the arch support. Alas, the toe box is not roomy enough to comfortably accommodate my bone-spur plagued big toes. I may try the next size up.

Great looking shoes and comfortable but as with many European shoes, the sizes aren't always right. Unfortunately I can't keep them because of that, no other reason.

Second pair, new color, of this style for me. 1st pair still looks and feels good after several years. More comfortable than flats for me and I can walk around the city easily, including the hills of SF. My half-orthotics work well too. Good with jeans or trousers, socks or not. Elastic sort-of gussets at the sides on top just right tautness and no sign of wear or aging in the elastic.

This is the first time in many years that I have worn new shoes all day with no discomfort. The leather is like butter forming itself to my foot contours. I have hammer toes and bunions! I profited from earlier reviews and adjusted the size I ordered and got a perfect fit.

I usually wear a 5.5-6 in a Rieker shoe. I had to send the original pair back and exchange them for the 6.5 which fit perfectly. So, consider ordering the next 1/2 size up. These shoes are comfortable and great to walk in. They have a classy European look. I love them.

These are amazing shoes. They are comfortable to walk and stand in. There is plenty of room for my toes and the arch support is good. Putting them on does require a little help with fingers at the heel but this secures a fit that doesn't slide all over the place. My body alignment and balance are also good when I wear them. All this and a flattering, stylish look as well. They may be the perfect shoe for me!

Comfortable and good looking. I can wear these shoes all day without my one wonky foot feeling unsupported. With a high arch, I was concerned the shoe would be too high on the top of my foot, but they have give so no problems.

Sleek looking shoes, although the style makes my small foot look bigger. Very comfortable but not as supportive as I'd hoped for my one foot with movement issues. I'm always grateful for Zappos reviewers showing me the best shoes to buy. They're never wrong!
