I found that these were too small and uncomfortable in the heel area. I am usually a 7 or 7 1/2 medium width and ordered size 7. Will be returning them; however, the red color is true to picture and very cute.

I read the reviews and loved the boots. I ordered half a size up but they really are very small around the leg. I have to return them now.

Nice look to the boot, but it's too narrow for the front of my foot and yet the wide heel slips like crazy...not even close to being wearable, for me. Darn.

I wanted to love these boots, They're light weight and fun. However, while the size was right once I got them on, they were difficult to get into. I could have lived with that, but the top rim is very stiff and somewhat narrow, and I think it would bruise the calf/shin if I tried to walk around town in them, and especially if I tried to wear them on unpaved surfaces. So sad!

I love the look of these boots; however, I need to return them. I have average-sized calves, but these boots are too narrow at the top. Very uncomfortable! I'm so disappointed, because I really love the quality.

I bought these exact boots about a year or so ago from Zappos and they were perfect! However, my rainboots were stolen, during a wintry mix storm, and I had to scramble to get a new pair. Got these next day, which was excellent. But the quality of these boots vs. my first pair has gone down. They fit the same, but these have some god awful rubbery smell that will need to be aired out for a week before I even get to wear them! I don't think its worth returning, because they fit just fine, but I'm hoping that additional differences in quality won't be discovered later on. 3 stars.

I bought these boots because I did not want to spring for Hunter boots, and I thought these would be just as cute, and they had decent reviews. I bought them in Red. I usually wear a 5½M in normal shoes; I bought these in a 6 and they fit fine in the foot. However, the leg opening was very snug against my calf. As other reviewers have posted, the boot is actually colored neoprene material covered by clear plastic, unlike Hunters which are actually colored rubber. I never wore these boots outside of my house because I was trying to make peace with the snug top and kept telling myself that it would be OK not to have enough space to tuck in my jeans or trousers. I finally decided not to settle, even for the great price. Yep, I saved up and got Hunter boots instead.

Love the look of these boots but the shaft was so narrow. I have very thin calves and most boots are too wide for me but these were even tight on me. Love the look and color. Usually a 9 in boots but they were super tight. Would have gone a 10. Had to return then due to fit. But love the look.

These boots are very narrow. They are cold! Definitely not insulated for cold weather and you can't wear thick socks in them because they are narrow. They are definitely waterproof. They have a see-through material, it's not a non-see-through color...kind of weird.

I purchased the Kamik Olivia, Heidi and Ellie hoping at least one of these pairs would work. I normally wear a 5-5.5 in sandals and a 6 in boots. The 6 fit TTS in all three pairs wearing a relatively thin pair of socks. I liked the narrow heel because my foot didn't slip out when walking. BUT... and this is a BIG BUT... the shaft was so narrow that I could not wear any of them with a pair of skinny jeans tucked in - leggings, maybe, but definitely not jeans. For reference, I am only 5'0" and am not athletic by any means, so my calves are not very muscular. The widest part of each calf measures 35 cm or approx 13.75 inches. Yet all three pairs were still too snug and therefore not versatile enough to allow for wearing different types of jeans/pants tucked in. Too bad. I hate having to return THREE pairs of boots!

Overall, a cute boot, as other reviewers have stated. I agree that the calf is narrow, but being petite that is often to be expected, it did not stretch out or break in. I was able to fit over my jeans, but became uncomfortable after a time and I ended up with red rings around my calves. Too late to return, sadly, as a larger size would likely have worked better. I ordered a half size up from my usual. Also, it should be noted that the "color of the boot" is actually supplied by a colored cloth liner, and the rubber is actually clear. This I failed to notice until the black from my stockings rubbed black marks into the cloth at points of contact, ie: the toes. So the appearance of the boot is now somewhat marred, as these smudges are not something I can wipe off. This was after a long day of wear (part of my Halloween costume) and oh my, two words: sweaty sweaty feet! Okay, that was three, but you'll see what I mean. These boots are hot boxes and with the snug calf, no air circulates.

I loved the look of these boots but they are too narrow and as they cut right by my calf it was a no go. I definitely had to go up in size as well but even larger size (ordered two) was too narrow to be able to put jeans in them. Wish these were made in wide or like an inch or two shorter. Back to looking for other boots.

The boots I received were more orange than pink. Love the fit, just not the color. I fluctuate between and 9.5 and 10. I ordered a 10 and was happy with the fit.

Very comfy, but yes, the calf is narrow and theres no stretch or give. Too bad. If this company made them wider they'd give Hunters a run for their money. I'm returning these.

The boots were too shiny for my taste even though the teal was a beautiful color. The problem was that the calf area was tight. My bare calves just fit inside them. There was no way I could roll jeans or any other pant legs down them.

I love the look of this item, a patent shine to it, however, it was quite snug in the calf area and I was unable to easily take the boot off once it was on. Unfortunetly, I had to return them.

I ordered these boots over cheaper pairs, because I loved the color shown online. The boots that arrived do have 'Teal' written on the box, but they are much, much darker and a lot more green. It's not a color I would have picked if I'd seen them in person first. Not sure if I'll keep them.

I wear custom orthotics so any boot fits and supports for me. I have issues with the calf width...a bit snug for anyone that is muscular. My main issue is the tread...living in Alaska, grippiness is imperative. Actually, everyone should push for more grippiness...not that difficult to do! ALL boots should have the tread and grippiness of Xtratuffs! If that could happen, me and every Alaskan woman I know would have a closet full of boots!

Not wanting to pay the price for Hunter's, I've been searching for & trying on rain boots for over a year. I LOVE the STYLE of these Kamik's, BUT they were so tight when I put them on I must start my search over. I couldn't move my foot inside and the width around the calf was also extremely snug. I usually have space in boots around my calves but not with these. Also, the height of the boot is awkward, hitting half-way up my calf, making it uncomfortable for walking.

These are very close to being amazing boots! They look great and feel fantastic EXCEPT for the boot being very tight across the top of the foot, just in front of the ankle. This is not a problem I generally encounter with boot or shoes, and I almost kept these despite this issue. However, after wearing them around the house for 10 minutes or so, I decided that the pressure/pain would only get worse. So sadly I will be returning these. :( I usually wear a 7.5 but ordered a size 8. I probably could have worn an 8.5 in these since the 8 was quite snug (but I couldn't have worn them with thick socks). My search for the perfect rain boot continues...

The red is a great, happy color. It is not quite as bright as the picture. The fit was decent in the foot part, but was too tight at the leg opening for my calves. When I tried to walk they bunched up funny.

These are adorable and just what I wanted to walk my dog in the rain. Sadly, the first time I put them on, the right foot got so stuck that we even called the police for a strong man to help. They laughed at us. Out of my last four orders, three have been too small, one too large. That makes me suspect I've been ordering the wrong size. For these, I went up a half size, clearly not enough. Also, the color that looks cherry red in the photo is really much darker, a wine collar. I'll go with the yellow next time.

So disappointed they didn't fit & I ordered a larger size as I have a high instep/arch I just could not get my foot inside.

Overall I like this boot. But it is way shorter than typical "wellie" type rain boots, and they are very tight around the calf. I usually have a hard time finding boots that fit but these are extremely tight for rain boots which is made worse since these end mid-calf. One big plus is the heels feel really sturdy for walking in rain, slush or even snow. I don't slip or slide at all so they provide great traction.

I ordered this boot as a sturdy replacement to my Target rain boots. I decided on this style because most of the reviews said it was better for a more athletic calf. After trying them on I still felt they looked too tight. I wore them over my pants and a pair of tall socks. When I tried to take them off it was near impossible! I will be returning them for a different pair.
