These boots are great - very comfortable and fit well. However, I would not recommend them for someone who has wide calves. The color is really rich too.

I normally wear an 8.5 and have to get these in a 10! (Yes, a ten!) They are crazy small in the foot area for a wellie, but great if you size up.

Great boots! Waterproof. Flexible, sturdy, comfy, warm. I like to wear thicker socks just because my heel often rubs so maybe I just needed a smaller size.

This is a very cute and effective rain boot, which I was glad to have the opportunity to test out within a week of purchase, thanks to the change in weather. I'm sure we'll be close companions throughout the rainy season.

I bought these for monsoon season. Pros: They keep my feet dry from the rain. Which is specially nice when the rain is coming down hard. Cons: When it's 85+ outside, my feet sweat because these boots do not breathe. I bought a pair of Crocs slipper shoes for the overcast and light rain days.

I am very happy with these boots. I normally wear an 8½ and bought these in a 9 and the sizing was just right with or without socks. These boots feel quite comfortable on with just a right amount of arch support. And I love the red, very nice and makes rainy days more fun.

I sometimes wear an 8.5, so I thought a 9 would give me enough room. The length was fine, but the inside was tight with a thick sock. If I was only wearing thin socks it would work, but I won't be. The color is darker as other reviews have mentioned, but it's a nice deep red.

Clearly I should have paid attention to the shaft height and circumference measurements listed on the website. I didn't, and they were far too tight. They are true to the measurements, about 11" inches tall from the heel (more like 11 1/4"), and about 14 inches in circumference. Only after receiving the boots and finding the calf to be too tight did I sit down and measure my calf. Turns out to be about 16". It's too bad because I was really excited for these boots. Unfortunately there aren't that many options for those of us with big calves. If they had fit the calf, I'm sure I would have been very happy with them...and I never thought I'd have occasion to say this, but ladies, measure your calves, and be sure to measure at about the height the boot says! It will save you some hassle, and dashed hopes.

Lighter weight rain boot but it runs small. Had to return and look for another brand that has a true size 11.

Really fun and flashy! Lots of compliments on these red boots! I like to be able to slip them on and off pretty easily. They are comfortable with or without socks. I mostly wear them in the garden. I find that if I wear them barefoot the foot bed liner lifts up when I take them off because my foot sticks to the bed. (Doesn't happen when I wear socks.) Easy to hose off after working in them, then slip them on with a cute skirt and they double as a fashion statement!

Really cute color of blue. Sadly, I had to return them because my calves are on large and the top of the boot started to scrunch. Too bad they didn't fit because I loved the height and the rest of the boot was just fine. I wear a a 9 or 9 1/2 but ordered a 10 that fit nicely (except the calf).

A great boot but a little snug for the size I ordered, and a little too snug around the calf. If you have a thinner calf, it's a great deal!

I'm usually a size 6, but I thought they were a bit snug. Since I'll be using these in the winter too, I went with the size 7. I just put in an insole for the spring/summer. It works well. I love these boots and have gotten lots of compliments, but I do think they run a bit tight. (Or maybe all my previous rain boots have been bigger?)

These boots are really attractive, especially for rain boots, and I intend to wear them for fashion, too. They feel a half of a size larger than stated.

I loved the color and were very comfortable. The rubber was a little thin, I could see my socks thru it, but didn't seem to have any effect on the waterproof-ness.

The boots are really cute, comfortable, and lightweight. However, I needed to return them and get a size larger. Great price too, compared to the bulky, trendier Hunter boots.

Great boots! Very sturdy and simple but cool. They are still a little big, but with two pairs of socks they work fine. An insert would probably help too. Perfect for those wet days when I didn't want to expose my Uggs to the elements.

I bought these for wading through deep slush after our heavy snows this winter. The deeply lugged sole is good on snow and slush, and of course they are absolutely waterproof. The molded-in upturn of the toe compensates some for the boot's inflexibility in walking. I use bulky orthotics and there is plenty of room for them in the boot. The material does scratch easily so the high shine quickly becomes marred. Oddly, the outer material is not black but clear; the inner black knit fabric lining shows through. This is not apparent except close up and is not a problem unless the lining wears out in time, and it is pretty thin. This hasn't happened yet but over time I think it might. These are the lightest-weight boots I could find at the time, but still heavier and stiffer than I would like. If the boots fit snugly, they offer some arch support; otherwise not. There is no warm lining; I've been OK with wool or polyester moisture-wicking socks like Coolmax.

I like these boots and recommend them for anyone who needs a boot for wet cold weather. They are great to trek to work in and then change to your work shoes. Great for hitting the mall after work on a rainy day. Great for snow and no slipping.

Tried them on for the first time and the fit was very snug especially on the top of my feet. It was hard to get in even with thin socks.

The fit was OK across my foot but a little wide. The main problem was that the top of the boot was too tight at my calf with the boots tucked over my pants. There is no gore or "belt" to cinch or widen the top of the boot, so people with fuller calves might not want this boot. Sending these back as a result. Too bad, the black color is cute and shiny, looks like patent leather.

This boot is so cute and in a way comfortable. Here is why I did not keep it, though I was ready to do so: It hurt my calf. I am 5.3 and the place where boot hit was the muscle and it was not comfortable. I almost kept them but walked around my apt and realized that my calf muscle hurt. Too bad because they are great. FYI for sizing: I use size 7 and 7.5 (usually 7.5) and I ordered a size 8 which is usual for rain boots. Nevertheless, it was a little tight on the foot but mainly. I ordered a size 9 in case it would work. I used my inserts and it was fine on the foot, but the top of the boot still hurt my calf.

These are very cute. Wasn't sure about which size to order based on reviews, so I went for my usual. They are VERY tight so I'll be ordering the next size up. I'm still not sold on them, but I want to try them with a comfortable fit. They're very durable, but almost seem too much so.

This was high quality made but not comfortable for me. The shaft was very skinny and once I got my foot down in it, they seemed very stiff to walk in.

Love the color and the support -- but the instep was just too tight. It hurt the top of my foot to walk in these. I've noticed it before with this brand. Too bad!
