It was good but it seems like they sent me a used one since a crease was obvious when tried to flex it upon arrival.

They were massaging my feet with a little spring back effect at first, after I wore them one time not so much, they fell a little bit, but still seem to be supportive overall However I don’t know for how long I’ve only worn them once or twice and they seem to be less and less support of each time worn.

Was looking for supportive insoles for use in boots. Really liked the thickness of these and the construction, but the arch height was too high for my flat feet. Need something with a firm, but lower arch.

The comfort and support is definitely there but I ordered the size for a women’s size 11 as all my sneakers are that size although my feet are 10 1/2. I am disappointed as the orthotics are a good 1/2 inch too short and I feel the edge under my toes. I tried them in all my sneakers (10-12 pairs) and it was the same in all of them. I’m debating whether to buy again in a larger size. I have bilateral heel bone spurs and do like the cushioning under my heels.

This is not an option to select in the drop down box regarding arches but they are very high. I need to return because they hurt my feet

This did not offer the arch support I was expecting. I would rate the arch support as minimal. They don't live up to the hype.

This has a ridge or lump across the piece in middle of foot. I have sensitive feet and I can feel that ridge - it is painful. Why it is not smooth with just arch support I don't know? If it had been mentioned in other reviews I would not have purchased. It was returned. It seem like a soft and well padded product for those w/o sensitive feet.

For flat feet these are not ideal insole. The arch is too stiff and high for comfort and not a lot of cushioning. It may be better suited for High arched individuals but not Flat/low arch as the box will suggest.

Well, I've had to have a cortisone shot and now I'm in 6 weeks of physical therapy because of wearing these orthotics. I'm sure there were instructions on how to gradually start wearing them. I didn't look. I just put them into a pair of shoes and went out for 5 hours and have been limping ever since. It was a user error, I'm sure, but I'm sharing so that others don't make the same mistake! Apparently you're supposed to wear them for 15 minutes the first time, then 20, etc., up until the point of wearing them all day. Your body needs to get used to being positioned a different way. My feet pronate one way and these had me standing up straight a different way and it just shifted everything inside - and I'm only 40! Be careful!

Ask your doctor first. Better yet, just buy good shoes.

Pushed the top of my foot into the shoe strings and my heel is forced out of my shoe anytime I walk. I wouldn't make it to first break without rubbing my heels raw let alone an entire shift.

These seemed like they were going to be comfortable. However, the heel is so wide that it pushed the sides of my shoe out (my 4E width shoes), which made my shoes too loose in the heels. I don't know what kind of shoes these insoles are intended for, but they didn't work with extra wide trail runners.

These insoles make my arches hurt. I'm told I can't return them even though they are within the 30 day period for returns. Now I'm stuck with this expensive product that I can't use.

Arch was to high for me. Used 2 days. My left knee developed so much pain that I though I had re-torn one of my knee tendons. Pain lasted 2 days. Could hardly move my knee. Took Meloxicam ( prescribed by my Primary do to previous and existing arthritis. Wish I could return for an exchange but the package was tossed in the Trash.

Zappos sent these to me obviously used, they had brown smudges in the heels and pads. Disgusting! I don't know if they were comfortable because I was not going to try dirty shoe inserts.

I unfortunately have to return these. I ordered them in my normal size which is 8-8.5 and they run short in my 8.5 shoes and in my 8s they fit but whenever I walk they hit my big toe in the wrong spot.

These insoles are great for the first couple of weeks and then they break down. I have severe plantar fasciitis so now I am wearing a Birkenstock and the powerstep together. it seems to work because the Birkenstock is hard and the powerstep is softer so it keeps its shape.
