I have a torn fascia & very high arches, these insoles remedied my excruciating pain. After cortisone shots & tentative scheduling of surgery, the powerstep insoles have quieted things down of course along with keeping up with a good running shoe.

I bought these since I like extra arch support in my shoes, and these are the most comfortable insoles I've found. A half size higher than my shoe size worked best for me.

I have not had knee pain in over a year, but when I started to walk on these insoles (in a good pair of running shoes), I felt pain right away. I think that the arch is too high for me. I like my Superfeet and will stick with those.

I used to get shin pain and corns on one of my toes when running. After buying these inserts, those problems are solved! I love them and now I put them in other shoes, too. They provide great arch support as well.

I have been searching for a pair of insoles to solve my heel pain from a bone spur for the better part of a year. I'm happy to say that my search is over. After a few days wearing these insoles my heal pain is almost non existent. The arch support in these is excellent and once your foot adjusts to them they make any shoe feel very comfortable. I have now been wearing them for about three months and my pain is completely gone. I have just purchased my second pair so that I can switch them out less often between pairs of shoes.

These are helping my feet tremendously and I am going to recommend them to anyone with back or foot trouble. The reviews about how they are better than expensive prescription orthotics must be true because they saved me a trip to the doctor's. They are substantial so need too wear in shoes that allow room. I took out the insole that came with my most comfortable shoes and used just the pinnacle.

My commute includes several miles of walking on hard surfaces each day, so I've got hundreds of miles on these and a number of competitors, and these are great. I find the heel pads and 1/2 length offerings shift and aren't as comfortable. These fit very well in my shoes, replacing the factory inserts of my Merrell walking shoes perfectly. For those considering the Powerstep Max, it's good if you are an over pronator, but if not, you'll find these work well and save you a few dollars.

I have accessory navicular disease, which in layman's terms is an extra bone on the inside of the foot that you are born with. As I aged and was working on my feet the pain became harder and harder to ignore. I went to an ortho who told me to buy these and try them for 6 months and if they didn't work I would need surgery and would be out of work and off my feet for 3 months! I also felt the arch was a bit too high at first it felt really weird but as I got used to them they have been my savior! Without them I would never get through a day at work!

I use these in running shoes, hiking shoes, and casual shoes (I have just one pair of these insoles and put them in whichever pair of shoes I'm using). They're fantastic! Both the heel cup and the arch support are wonderful and very comfortable. I've got high arches, and these are a fantastic solution. The only minor gripe I would mention is that while the back half of the insole is rigid plastic and doesn't move around, the front part of the insole is only rubbery fabric, and can move from side-to-side, which can create an awkward gap underneath your big toe or pinky toe in wider shoes. This could probably be fixed with some tape or velcro, but it's something to think about.

These are the best insoles I've ever used. I have plantar f. and I need good arch support. These insoles have a big arch support, one of my friends got them and said he felt like he was walking on a smooth rock under his arch. I disagree, but I need the support badly. They arch is big...but for me, it relieved all plantar pain. I have them in two sets of boots, two pairs running sneakers (Asics) - increased my endurance, and in my "everyday" shoes too. It can get expensive so I swap 'em around a lot. I've tried Superfeet...they were good too, but for me, nothing beats these Powerstep Pinnacle insoles.

These are excellent and relieve my severe pain from plantar fasciitis. I would give them 5 stars if they would last longer, but the newer ones I've purchased fall apart even faster than before. It's still totally worth it considering how much they help. I just wish they would last longer.

This insoles are huge!! I had to cut them way down in order to fit into a standard sneaker, especially in the heel and arch. They seem to be comfortable enough, but they were so wide, they made the sides of the sneaker protrude.

These are very comfortable and provide great arch support. However, they are wide and I cannot fit them in most of my shoes. Will need to size up when buying shoes in the future.

They run small with a definite gap at the front. Size up to fill the shoe. I have extremely high arches and purchased these based on other reviews that they have good arch support. It is nowhere near enough for me. Guess I'll have to keep looking...

I ordered these to compare with Vionic orthaheel insoles because an online review said they have a high arch. I found the arch height to be the same, not higher. I prefer the comfort and quality of the Vionics because of the way the arch tapers in the metatarsal area.

Second time purchasing these. I have flat, and wide feet. These help with everyday pain/issues that normal/cheap inserts cause. Overall, these are comfortable - my only complaint would be that for the shoes that I use these in (Clarks, wide), there is a slight gap in the end since these do only come in one width size; which can be somewhat annoying.

Okay, after a few years of using these Pinnacles, I'm going to the "Originals" and "Comfortlast" models. The Originals are less hard than the Pinnacles...yet still enough arch support for sure. The Comfortlast is cushiony and enough arch support yet they are much thicker and don't fit in all shoes...wish they had a slightly less thick insert...but still I'm keeping these...no more Pinnacles for me, that's for sure. I wish I could trade all of them in now that I found the "Originals" and "Comfortlast." The Pinnacles are too Hard for me...arrggg all this time of trial...good by Pinnacles...good by. Hope this helps.

I put these in my Converse sneakers which have zero arch support and they did what I needed. They enabled me to be on my feet for four days straight without severe discomfort.

I got these for my eight year old who has flat feet. She says that they are very comfortable. She wears them every day in tennis shoes. She is hard on clothes and shoes. Two full months later, they are somewhat frayed around the edges, but otherwise OK. They seem like they will last as long as the leather arch support that we got her as a child. I would like to find something a little less expensive, but these have a very good reputation and quality is important too. I will purchase these again.
