I have plantar fasciitis and a flat left foot. These were recommended by a podiatrist, the blue ones only, and I have found that they have been extremely comfortable and I don't wear my shoes without them now. These are very supportive and have great arch support.

Nice overall insert, very supportive with nice padding. Takes a number of days to get used to if you have a low arch. Fits wider running shoes better than superfeet insoles.

These orthotics have nearly eliminated my pain from plantar fascitis. I have had foot pain for months, and was worried about being able to walk during an overseas vacation. A podiatrist recommended these orthotics. In conjunction with a pair of rockport walking shoes, these orthotics have almost eliminated my pain. I am on my vacation now and my feet are not a problem.

Thought these might be a little pricey, but once I used them they are worth every penny. Very comfortable, makes walking much easier.

These work really well for me. I've had custom orthotics that don't help my plantar fascitis as much as these do. A pair usually lasts me about 9 months. Please do watch out as they break down/get compressed over time.

Amazing support. I teach Zumba, Cardiokickbox and basic group exercise. I changed these inserts out and the support is amazing. No more foot/arch pain. You may find at first that the insoles press a bit on your arches, but you become accustomed to that rather quickly. I have high arches, so these provide incredible support. Worth every dollar.

I have tried many insoles/orthotics. So far, Powerstep Pinnacle is the most comfortable for me. The bottom of these insoles are flexible. Also, the best feature of these insoles is that they come in 1/2 sizes. Since I wear a 6-1/2 shoe, getting the insoles in the right size without having to cut them down is the best fit. I highly recommend them.

Amazing! Suffering with plantar fasciitis for 4 months. These inserts gave me IMMEDIATE relief. No, I'm not healed yet, but I can walk without intense pain. Hits my arch just right. Will order more asap.

Very thick foot bed. Will fit best in an athletic shoe where you can remove the foot bed that comes with it. I have a wide foot so I was not able to fit my toes into my chuck taylors when I put this in.

One of the better inserts I've found. They don't work well with summer boots, but with the roomier winter boots they do great. Just a little too high profile for shoes that tend to be tighter (but that's what heel inserts are for anyway). These are great, and seem to be very durable!

If you want to save yourself a lot of foot pain and grief, buy these inserts - I spent a lot of money on "orthotic" shoes and my plantar fasciatis did not get better. I had an orthotic custom made for $400 and my ankle swelled up like a football. The PowerStep insoles (I have the pinacle) were recommended by my podiatrist - they are sensible, they are functional, they hold up and will support your foot and they are reasonably priced. It is wise to buy a big enough shoe with enough depth to fit an orthotic such as this but these are great - my plantar fasciatis is gone, I can finally walk the dog again, go shopping etc. and I don't feel like I have to spend an arm and a leg if I need a new pair. They take sometime getting used to as they are going to roll your foot to it's correct stance so don't put them in your shoe and wear them all day or you will get shin splints. Wear them a little at a time and work up to 4 hours and then 8 hours a day - I don't even know I have them in my shoe anymore - they are great.
I'd also recommend:
The Orthoheel inserts are ok too - but I found these to be better in normal shoes.

Better than Powerstep Original....sent those back....love LOVE the Pinnacles. A friend recommended these to me...Not the ones MY podiatrist recommended but I got these and they seem to be ok. Couldn't find the other brand to compare with. I even got another pair..could use more and yes get these to help save on Platars faciitus...painful painful condition.

Im not sure since DR told me to get Superfeet but I needed to compare..didnt do that.

These are excellent. When I first got them I thought they were very good, but then I discovered that they were awesome. Recently I developed stress fractures in both feet and pretty serious heel pain in the left. For a few weeks I wore mostly FitFlops and those were okay, but then I remembered that I had put these insoles into a pair of Nike Air Max Plus and when I slipped them on they felt so good. They have helped me change my gait from being a heel striker to a midfoot striker. My stress fractures don't twinge when I walk, and my heel doesn't hurt anymore. Highly recommended.

I bought my first pair from a store that analyzes each customer's feet for the correct shoe. This insert was recommended for my pronation with a neutral shoe. It works well for arch support.

I have very high arches and always toss the inserts that come in my athletic shoes. I have purchased two pairs of these and like them just fine. My podiatrist sold me a ¾ Powerstep insert which is great! I have one pair of the Orthaheel full insert and it is ok, but do like this one a bit more! I do not remember what size I got, but they fit my size 9EE Saucony perfectly! I have got other foot problems and need all the help that I can get and arch support is important! These provide decent cushioning - better than what the shoes come with!

I have suffered with plantars fasciitis for several years, and these are the only inserts that have helped me. I use these when I know that I have a lot of walking to do. They are worth every penny!

High arches create real pain when not properly supported, nearly like being hobbled actually. Powerstep Pinnacle is the answer to supporting arches in ways you never imagined.

I have these in two pairs of shoes that previously left my feet with wicked plantar fasciitis, but now they actually help keep p.f. away, and help resolve it when it flares up again. Now I can go back to choosing shoes a little more for style, and am not confined to ones with built-in arch-support. But I do wish orthotics weren't always such odd colours. I have some sandals I'd like to try them with, but not if they only come in bright blue.

These are surprisingly supportive. I see what some others say about the arch support hitting in the wrong place but I think my arch is in the wrong place because I'm flat footed, not the insole's. I was able to stand in surgery for over 16 hrs the first day I wore them. They did not push my foot so high in the shoe that it bothered my bunion. I also did not need to cut them to size, as I did with another pair I bought. I will be buying other Powerstep models.

I have plantar fasciitis in my right heel, and these inserts alleviated the pain the first time I wore them. After wearing them in my walking shoes for a week, the pain is almost completely gone. I've had the problem for several months and it's amazing that these inserts have helped so quickly. What a pleasant surprise!

Great inserts at a great price. I had plantar fasciitis in both feet 3 years ago. I started using Powerstep and Powerstep Pinnacle and within a month my feet were back to normal. I have them in all my shoes now. Ideal for people with high insteps.

I have a torn fascia & very high arches, these insoles remedied my excruciating pain. After cortisone shots & tentative scheduling of surgery, the powerstep insoles have quieted things down of course along with keeping up with a good running shoe.
