Service is excellent. Shoes fit well and are true to size. My orthopedic surgeon is pleased with the support the shoes give. Not only have my arthritic toes benefited, but my back is also much better.

Wonderful shoes for my quirky knees. Ordered 1/2 size up from my regular size. Perfect fit. I am on my 2nd pair, and plan to buy another soon. Love the black, although looks nerdy. Who cares? Excellent for people with knee and heel issues. Love them!

Not only are these shoes so adorable, but they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn!! Walking or running is like bouncing on a soft cloud, and they make your feet look more petite. As always Zappos is the best with their one day shipping and should you have to return something they take care of it. I don't see how anyone would buy shoes anywhere else!!!

Have been wearing New Balance running and now walking shoes for 30 years. This model runs one-half larger than your normal size. Absolutely perfect shoe, as always!

Love this shoe! 7 wide I have a bunion and hammertoes and wear an orthotic insole. This shoe has room for all these! Roomy toe box. Very comfortable right out of the box. Wish more of the walking shoes came in other colors, rather than just white.

When I received my shoes they were the size I usually wear, but they were a tad too small. I called and spoke with a very pleasant person and she made returning and receiving the next larger size soo easy! My husband and I enjoy traveling to Europe and will be going again this year. These shoes will be great for walking on the cobblestone streets and also for walking on slippery streets when it rains. My husband already had a pair of similar New Balance shoes and he loves them.

Very comfortable "walk around" and jogging shoes. I have problem feet -- a narrow heel but very sensitive feet and especially toes due to nerve damage from chemotherapy. These shoes are perfect for me. The heel is narrow enough to stay in place as I walk, and the toe box is nice and roomy. I made one minor adjustment to the shoes. They come with the tongues held in place with elastic. That put just enough pressure on my feet to be annoying, so I cut out the elastic. Problem solved! I'll probably order another pair...I just wish they came in some shade of gray. Zappos is a FABULOUS company to do business with. The return policy makes it possible to try shoes until I get it right!

Love Zappos. They always have just what I am looking for. I love my New Balance tennis shoe. It is so comfortable. My Dr. loved them too for the arthritis in my knees, says I need a good shoe like this one.

I love my 844's and I'm looking forward to getting them a little more worn out so I can get a new pair of 845's. They are so comfortable and I felt they were an improvement over the 843's. My orthotics do better with these shoes than any other shoe I've ever had and I've worn orthotics for 25 years.
