True to size and width, great for people who have flat feet. These shoes help me with my plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, neuroma and other ankle problems, best shoes ever. I bought the shoes from internet, but have spoken to them couple of times and the service is wonderful. I will suggest Zappos to my friends and families all the time.

Comfortable is the operative word regarding this walking shoe. New Balance is the only type of walking shoe that I have found success with and now purchase. This shoe has not disappointed me. And, surprisingly, the longer I go for walks in this shoe the more comfortable it becomes. Thumbs up New Balance, this shoe rates high in my estimation.

I bought my first pair of ww845 locally so I was aware of the need to size up half a size. These shoes are great for balance and hammer toes. Highly recommend. I also have neuropathy in my feet and tried the so-called orthopedic shoes. I took them back as they didn\'t provide what I need nearly as well as the New Balance.

Comfy- good fit for my wide feet. I do have to pull out the insole and put in better arch supports but I have a crazy high arch.

Love these shoes. The toe box is nice and wide. Really comfortable shoes. Has good arch support. I have really high arches, so I could always use more, but the arch support in these shoes is definitely better than average.

I have found shopping at Zappos to be so easy and efficient. I always find what I want quickly too when searching your website. I would and do highly recommend it to others who mention they need shoes. I mistakenly ordered men's New Balance instead of women's the last time and I quickly called customer service for help. In a flash the customer service person had the situation rectified, canceled the wrong ones, ordered the new ones, and refunded the $5.00 difference and the order still arrived the next afternoon! Shopping at Zappos is easy and fun -- it is almost like having a personal shopper when you factor in the excellent customer service.

These shoes tend to run 1/2 size too small. Order 1/2 size up. Once you get the correct size, they are amazingly comfortable. I own horses. Consequently, my feet have been stomped on and toes and small bones broken. These are the only shoes I've found that are comfortable enough to walk anywhere - all the sites in Rome, taking the dogs for a 3 mile walk - anything! The staff at Zappos are wonderful, and you won't believe the service. If you've never ordered before, you won't regret it.

I bought these shoes one year ago and have worn them several times a week since. They are holding up nicely. I usually wear 7W in athletic shoes, but bought these in 7.5WW. They are very comfortable. They offer plenty of room for my orthotics. I wear these shoes when I have lots of walking to do (such as long days at Disneyland). I will buy them again.I've had lots of foot problems over the past year including plantar fasciitis, broken talus (os trig), and surgery to remove a bone chip. I'm very glad I had these shoes during recovery.

These are the first shoes I have not had to break in. I put them on and that's it. As much as I love the shoes I love their customer service department. They are so very helpful and patient. They are the best!

You may need a full size bigger than you would ordinarily wear, but that is the only concern about these shoes. I have severe plantar fasciitis and these shoes are a godsend and even help more than my orthotics. The motion control is excellent and these shoes are well-worth the money that will be spent on them. They are definitely a five star purchase you will not regret.

I have a small wide foot with high arches and high instep. These shoes are a perfect fit. I have to put special inserts in for my high arches and these shoes accommodate them nicely. They are true to size and width.

I have been wearing these shoes for several years. Having had knee replacement surgery, these shoes have been awesome. They give the support needed and finding a shoe with a narrow width is almost impossible and these shoes fit the bill. I highly recommend this style of NB sneaker.
