If you are a size 8 or 7, stick to your size. I am an 8 and I decided to get 8 1/2 for precaution, but that was a mistake. It fits me a bit big, but its comfortable.

I think I have five different colors in this shoe. I kind of love them. I was trying to find my reliable Mephisto tennis shoe when I tried these. I 'needed' black -- at least, I kept being sorry I didn't have them for certain outfits, so now I have (maybe) rounded out my collection. Comfortable, my first rule for shoes -- I put them on and walk around away from a mirror. If they past the 'supremely comfortable' test I look in a mirror to see how pretty they are. If you are reading tennis shoe reviews you probably think tennis shoes can be pretty. I have high arches and a hairline fracture across the width of my foot and these are great shoes for my feet.

When I first put these shoes on they felt heavy but once I got used to them I can say they are the most comfortable shoes ever. They do not have arch support. I have Plantar Fasciitis and I do not get the pain when I am on my feet all day which makes me happy. I have not tried inserting arch support insoles but I am sure they will fit in well. I have ordered 2 other pairs from this brand and they are just as comfortable.

I love these! They are a classic favorite of Princess Kate, how can you go wrong?? I got plain white and they look sharp with all outfits. They clean really easily as well

Would love to have been able to wear these but they were almost a full size too large for me..

I won't be ordering these a second time. They weren't a definite "no" when I got them so I kept them to give them a good try. I've been wearing them for four months, mostly when I have been on my feet for a big portion of the day. My main issue with them is how heavy they are for canvas shoes. When I take them off, I am so relieved. If I had seen them in person before purchasing, I would have passed them up. They do not flex easily so when walking long distances, I feel like I am slapping my whole foot down. Maybe it's because they are so thick on the bottom. And not a cushiony thick either. Just solid. They are a little wider than I had expected but not at my widest part of my foot. The shoes widen closer to my arch than at the ball of my foot. If you want flexible, lightweight, canvas shoes, pass these up and keep looking. I know I will.

Great stylish shoe, but just wouldn't fit my foot. The 6.5 was too wide and long and the 6 was too narrow. Too bad these just wouldn't work on my feet. Great service from Zappos, though!

I ordered 2 pairs in 38 one in grey and one in this mushroom color. I love the mushroom but the sizing is off. The mushroom is about 1/2 in smaller and the grey fits, but I'd prefer the mushroom. Im ordering another 38 just to see if maybe it will fit and just manufacturing issue. They were out of 39 :(

I love these! I get compliments each time I wear them. I definitely could have gone up a half size. I wear anywhere from an 8.5-10 depending on the shoe. I got a 9 in these and could use a little more room. But other than that, they are just what I hoped for and will probably order other colors.

I love these shoes! I wear a women's 11.5 or 12, and had to order a 44 in these. I find that European sizing always points me to a smaller size that I really need. But once I returned the 43s for the 44s, I'm really happy. Cute and stylish, as sneakers go! They're a bit wide for a woman's foot, but not too wide to be comfortable. I wear a medium width. If your foot is narrow, might not work for you.

If I could return these shoes after wearing them, I would. After wearing these for the first time on vacation for 5 days, I would never suggest them for all day walking events. They're not comfortable for more than 1-2 hours at a time. At the end of every day my feet were sore, and after the end of the first week, the logos on the back were peeling off. And the shoelaces were two different lengths. Overall, poor quality. Too bad I've wasted my money.

These run a bit small in length, but a nice width. They are HEAVY, likely due to the real rubber sole.

From the reviews I read I thought these would run a little long and a little narrow but I don't find that at all. I often wear a 42 in European shoes but I'm an 11 in US usually. I ordered the 42 and though they fit there is no extra length. I'm returning for the slightly larger size.

Very comfortable and a chic alternative to my converse. I typically wear a size 7.5 and the size 37 (US Women's 6.5) fits perfectly.

Really cute and stylish shoes, but holy guacamole, there is absolutely NO arch support in these at all. I don't understand why it's so difficult for shoe companies such as this one to put a decent arch support in a shoe, or at least, make the insole removable to allow room for an insert. These were a disappointment, based solely on the lack of arch support.

Absolutely love these shoes. Bought them last summer and they are holding up excellently. Very comfortable summer sneaker.

I want to give a 5-star review for these shoes so badly because I love the color (grey) and style. HOWEVER, I've now had 2 pairs of these within a year and both have worn away at the back of the heel in an obnoxiously short time (within 3 months of purchase). It's always my left foot and the ripping/wearing makes them look shabby. I only wear them about once or twice a week too (even less the second time round because I wanted to preserve them) so it is particularly frustrating. I have friends who own these shoes in different colors with no extra wear so maybe it is just the grey.

I love the way these shoes look, and I've been buying Supergas for years. The problem is they're not great if you do a lot of walking. I can wear them all the time for normal day-to-day errands, but I went on vacation with only these shoes and after 2 days my feet hurt so much I had to buy new shoes. I highly recommend them as long as they're not meant to be your main pair of shoes.

I love these! I wanted a pair of really plain sneakers I could wear with jeans and also dresses but I didn't want white (black jeans) and converse and keds don't fit my feet well. I typically wear a women's 9.5/10 and have wife feet. I ordered a 41 and they are perfect. Not super squishy like a running shoe or something of that variety, these are definitely a fashion sneaker, but they have a great classic look and are comfortable enough for normal daily wear. I might not want to walk 10 miles in them, but they are fine for running errands or other everyday stuff.

Love everything about this shoe except the sizing. I'm an 8.5 in pretty much all shoes. Simply standing, the 8.5 feels too big but when I walk my toes touch the front. When I walk the shoe feels too wide. I think if it was a little narrower my normal size would fit fine but I know if I go to an 8. It'll be too small in the front.

I'm not really into Converse but wanted something that was similar, but at the same time more adult looking. This shoe hit the nail on the head. I'm usually a 6.5 or 7 in women's and I purchased the size 37. It fits like a glove. I can't wait to buy another pair!
