Unbelievably comfy. No break in required. Very classic, style that feels more grown up than similar shoes from similar brands.

I got my second pair in middle of July, 2017. Zappo's was nice enough to replace my first pair --- in which the surface of BOTH insoles came loose after just 3 1/5 months. WHY? Because they're the sweatiest shoes I've ever owned, and my feet would be nearly soaking at the end of every day. Thankfully I had a pair of Dr. Scholl insoles for my second pair, but 8 months later, the sole has torn loose of the right shoe. Bear in mind, I bought these shoes to replace a pair of Tretorn I'd bought in May, 2012. If you didn't already know, Tretorns are NOTORIOUSLY undurable. I wrote Superga USA asking for help. They declined --- AND, adding insult to injury, signed off their response with "Thank you for your understanding!" Right, Superga USA --- I DON'T understand.

I where 9 1/2 street shoe, 40 Birkenstocks. The size 40 Balega fits snugly but fine. I could have also probably fine 41 if I wanted a little more toe space, or thicker socks.

This shoe was heavier than I thought. I wanted a lighter tennis shoe for comfort. I will return.

Super cute basic white sneakers. They’re just what I was after, perfect for jeans and a T-shirt. Had to exchange my 6 1/2 for a 6, they run a little big.

The toe box was a little narrow and it ran a little small I’m usually a size 9 1/5 but would recommend a half size up.

I liked these shoes felt about half size smaller than other brands but very comfortable.

I originally ordered my size, an 8.5 but ended up having to return them for a 7.5. Listen to the reviews and size down and save yourself the time and hassle of having to return. Other than that, they are super cute and comfortable.

A wonderful alternative to all the same canvas shoe everyone else is wearing. The last pair I owned, lasted several years and were durable. They are great if you don't want the long narrow look. They only down side, they are a little on the heavier side, in the soles.

These are classic simple sneakers that last a long time and look great. They run small. I find them classier than Converse.

Too small but very cute

These are super cute but felt narrow in the toe bed even though I sized up, and there isn't enough arch support or cushioning. Just wasn't right for my foot.

The shoe is exactly as advertised. It looks good in a classic way. It just wasn’t the right shoe for me. The toe box is narrow to the point where a half size larger wouldn’t have solved the “crammed in” feel and rubbing on the sides of my feet. The foot bed is rock hard. The shoe is also very heavy as noted in other reviews. These aren’t bad things, but were not a good fit for me. Your milage will vary, but I just wanted to provide some feedback for others.

Great summertime canvas sneaker!

I normally take a women's size 10, but ordered these in 9.5 based on reviews. They fit well in the length, but are just a touch wide. Luckily, you can snug them up with the laces. I also think the canvas versions of Superga are lighter than those made with leather uppers. These shoes are perfect with jeans and casual summer dresses.

I really wanted these shoes to work. I have wide feet and so the pair in my size was too tight. I went up a half size and it almost worked, but the heel is super slippy and the shoes are pretty stiff. Also no arch support, so I would have worn them with inserts...which makes the heel slippage even worse.

Can't rate these based on comfortability yet because I haven't worn them. I suspect they will feel similar to converse, which I'm very used to. What I do want to comment on is size. I read through tons of reviews on zappos and beyond to figure out the correct size to buy, I even spoke with a representative at superga. All of the reviews and comments led me to purchase a 7.5 which ended up being too small. I wear a 6 men's/8 women's in converse. The size 39 (sz 8) fits much better. Definitely no extra length. So, to conclude and negate many of my fellow zappos reviewers, these shoes fit true to size. Order the size you would normally order. For me that was an 8.

What is happening to Superga shoes?! I have had many pairs of this style and recently I've found they wear out funny. This last pair I ordered are horrible...the top cap isn't even (the white rubber part). Shoddy at best.

Definitely wider and longer than your average shoe! Get a half size smaller than usual! Used to wear these a lot for casual knock-arounds. Happy to have a pair (or two) back in my closet!

This pair of shoes fits a little odd. They are attractive and well made. They are wide from the heel through the ball of the foot, but then are narrow through the toes. I have a very wide foot. I am keeping them, but I wish they were more proportionally wide in the toes like they are everywhere else.

I absolutely LOVE these shoes. They are comfortable, fashionable, and look great with everything. My only complaint is that they get dirty easily, but that is to be expected being that these shoes are white canvas. Love them!

They are awesome! I needed something new and these are if not better quality than vans or chucks.

This is a great looking sneaker and excellent quality. I really wanted it to work out because I like the style, but it was not cut for my foot. Some of the reviews said they run wide, and I have very wide feet, so I decided to give it a try. But these are not wide cut at all, very average medium. Worse for me is the way the toe narrows to give a slightly pointed toe to the shoe. Very uncomfortable overall so in spite of the great price and looks they had to go back.

I loved the style of this shoe and wanted to love it. But the 40 was slightly too small, and the 41 slightly too large, for my usual 9.5 sized foot. Seems extremely well made and was comfortable aside from the length. Going to try other brands. Zappos service was awesome as usual.

the shoes are super cute but I got them and they ran huge so I had a major temper tantrum if you're impatient and too lazy to do returns make sure to order a smaller size ( I'm a 6.5 ) and usually order a 7 because I think a 6.5 looks weird with my height but they were like clown shoes
