I hope this review helps someone out there who knows their EU size and is conflicted by the size guide above. I wear a 38 in Birkenstock's but ordered a size 37.5 based on the size guide. I knew as soon as I picked them up that they would be too small. Order a 37.5 if you are usually a US 6 1/2 and a 38 if you are a US 7. Also, as far as whether the color of the soles are white or off white... I ordered the black ones and they came with an off white sole. I was actually expecting the soles to be white but it was a really nice surprise. I think the off white gives the shoes a softer look and pairs great with dresses.

$20 cheaper on Amazon. Will never purchase on Zappos again.

Love the look of these shoes. Super chic and effortless. Not much support (I have super flat feet) however, they are comfortable for walking. I would recommend no-show socks with these. Also, these are true to size. Nordstrom told me these run small and that is not the case!

I bought these to do yard work in; e.g. applying fertilizer, herbicide, etc. They're a nice looking shoe. My wife liked the way they looked. However, I have issues with them. First, based on the shoe guide, I ordered a size 45 since I normally wear a men's size 11.5 in athletic shoes. These shoes are tight on me at the end of the toe box. Second, I walked around the house in them without socks for a day or two and I felt like I was walking in racing flats; i.e. feels like there's no cushioning whatsoever. I had to check the thickness of the sole with my fingers just to make sure the sole wasn't thin and it's not. Third, there's absolutely no arch support in these. Maybe that may not matter in my case since I don't plan to wear them for more than maybe an hour or two.

LOVE these sneakers! I have wider feet and have never found Converse comfortable and decided to give these a try. The fit is so perfect and comfortable, and I have had no issues with blisters/rubbing on my heel/ankle like with other sneakers. Will definitely re-purchase when I need a new pair. Took off one star because the white pair I ordered had a couple of stains right out of the box (on shoe and laces) which was a bit disappointing. The stains weren't bad enough to exchange the shoes, but I bought them new to avoid stains. Loved the fast and free shipping too, they arrived in less than 24 hours!

This is a good looking shoe. Fits about down the middle normal compared to all other brands I've ever worn. I use these for work, an IT guy that sits at a desk most of the day. They are not uncomfortable, but are not particularly comfy, either. They are a flat bottomed canvas shoe, with little internal padding. They are very similar to your classics vans style canvas shoe, but seem better made. I like them, but wouldn't want to spend all day on my feet in them.

I’m normally an 8.5 so that’s what 8 ordered. They were stiff, unsupportive and didn’t fit my foot - too big maybe? That said, they’re VERY cute! Adorable. So I sent them back and ordered a size down (size 8). Again, stiff. Also heavy shoes . Wanted to love them, however, for the adorable factor. So...I got some Dr Scholls inserts . Still not comfy. Too embarrassed to send them back. By now I’m starting to see them in catalogs as well (Garnet Hill, J.Jill, etc) and so I just shred away from giving any review . I’m posting this today, months later, because I have zero foot problems, a medium width and aside from being spoiled by other softer shoes , these still may not fit you either. You aren’t alone. I gave them to Salvation Army. May someone find them as wonderful as the reviews. I’ll take lightweight, white tennis shoes , pliable and relaxed. Preferably without chemicals and organic materials. Fo4 what it’s worth.

Supergas are adorable and my husband has looked great in them through two pair now. I wanted this to be my summer to jump in. Sadly, it was not to be. I ordered my first in size 8 and they were a smidge too small (these days I vacillate between 8 and 8.5, brand depending). Of most discomfort, however, was that my little toe felt smashed in. I exchanged for an 8.5, hoping that'd make a difference, but again, smashed little toe. I don't have particularly wide feet, but these shoes were ultimately too narrow for me. Off to find something with a similar look!

Very comfortable shoes and extremely cute!

Super comfortable and cute. I bought these to replace my white Converse...those were nice too but sometimes the Converse pinched my toes. The Superga run a little wider. I typically wear an 8 and I ordered a 39 they fit very well.

Classic, summer shoe. I choose a different color at the beginning of summer. I expect this year's black will last me a few seasons. This really is an easy shoe to pair with casual dresses, jeans, shorts and leggings. They aren't meant to be worn for miles of walking- although I did wear mine to Vegas where there are no short cuts anywhere, and found them a relief compared to the heels I'd been wearing earlier in the day. These are my plane shoes, too, because they're pretty heavy for luggage.

Great summer shoe. Lightweight and comfortable.

I LOVE these sneakers. For me they ran a little big. I wear a consistent 6.5 so I ordered the 37 according to the size chart. I kept them and bought arch inserts; they're roomy but they don't slip off. There's one little rub from one of the grommets but I'm hoping that will stop once they're worn in. I love the look of these with pants, skirts and shorts. I'll probably get another pair but will get the 36 next time.

Love these shoes! They are super comfortable, and go well with anything. Looking forward to buying more pairs in more colors!

I love this shoe! It goes with everything. It's the perfect "little white shoe". I walked 6 miles in Savannah this weekend and it was comfortable. I wear an 8, bought an 8, added a thin insole to the bottom and wear "no-shows" and they are perfect. Added bonus I can throw them in the washer after a trip!

They were extremely comfortable and super cute but definitely run big.

I liked the style of this sneaker, but it ran too wide . Maybe a 38 would fit...I am a medium width size 8 female.

Love this shoe. Usually wear a between a 10 and 11 wide in women's shoes so I was hesitant to order a Superga because they do not come in a wide width. I hoped the unisex style would run a bit wider and it does. I got a 10 and one half, it is plenty wide and gives me room for my green Superfeet for arch support. Very comfortable and CUTE. Make your legs look great. Was fearful white would make my feet look huge but that is not the case.Came inn 2 days, love Zappos.

I liked the styling of this shoe, but I usually wear an 8.5 and had to go up to a 9.5 to even get it to fit in the length. There is very little arch support, but it was placed too far back in the shoe for my foot so it wasn't comfortable. Also, there is ZERO cushioning in this shoe. If I'm wearing a leather sandal, ok, I know not to expect any cushioning. But, how does a sneaker still feel hard as a rock? Mystery to me...but, it's no mystery that these are being returned.

I normally wear a 9 1/2 in sneakers, but saw the reviews that these run big, so I purchased the Euro 40 (US Women’s 9 per Zappos). They’re still at least half a size too big. The shoes themselves are cute, but I honestly don’t see what’s so special about them to earn them so many rave reviews. I’m returning them and will try white canvas shoes in a different (less expensive!) brand.

These shoes were super cute, and I really wish they worked out! I normally wear size 7 and occasionally 6.5. The size 7 was too loose for me, but the toe area on the right shoe was much too tight. Unfortunately, the sole also didn't feel supportive enough to wear as an all-day walking shoe. (I've had plantar fasciitis in the past, so I typically need more supportive shoes or inserts.)

Very cute and comfortable. I have a skinny foot so I added a soft insole which the extra volume in the shoe. Love them!

The toe box was not comfortable. Love the style!! Sad I had to return.
