I purchased these shoes for CrossFit. They Okay, but I had a lot of extra room in the toe box and the heel was tight enough to prevent slippage. I decided to try the Merrell Barefoot Lithe Glove and they fit my more narrow foot like a glove, so I am returning this pair. Overall I think it's a quality product, it just does not fit my foot as well as it should.

I've only had the shoe for a few days but so far so good. I found them to run at least a half size large but I kept them anyway. They keep my feet really cool and dry and they are super light.

This shoes rock! I'm glad I didn't listen to other to go half size small/big. I went with my size and it was a perfect fit. Perfect for running & leg workout day.

Love this shoe! Use it for crossfit and I can wear anytime. I can run in it without the discomfort I have with the NB.

I just took them out of the box, and they fit beautifully. They are light. Flexible. Feel like I've got barely nothing on my foot. The sizing was not the way I expected; I called Zappos and they advised me to get my American shoe size, which I did, and they fit beautifully. Thank you!

Good shoe for unpaved road. Shoe fits half size larger than other inov8 shoes. I use this shoe for ultra marathon. No issues or blisters. I have used inov8 shoe now for a couple of years and I like them.

As a larger runner/athlete (6'2, 230lbs) I found the F-lite 195s comfortable for workouts, but too thin for an everyday running shoe. The F-Lite 230 is the perfect compromise. It still gives great feel in a lightweight package, but it provides slightly more underfoot cushioning than the 195. Feels great, looks great.

Love this shoe. I use Inov-8 230's and 195's exclusively for Crossfit. I've tried other shoes, like Reeboks, Nikes, and NBs...but have never found anything I love as much as these shoes. They are all around great!

I got these shoes for Crossfit and absolutely love them. Super light and much smaller than my regular running shoes which is great for double unders. The low sole differential helps a ton with squats, deadlifts, etc. Per the reviews I read on this site I ordered a full half size smaller than I usually wear. Big mistake. Turns out my regular size was exactly right. Fortunately Zappos makes the return pretty painless so I got the correct pair with only minimal delay.

These are great sneakers, I own three pairs. I use them for Xfit everyday. They do run about a 1/2 small.

I have three pairs of these shoes and I love them. They are very comfortable. I wear during workout classes. I'm a 54 year old woman. They are for all ages!

I'm a CrossFitter and these shoes are perfect for WODs! They are very light and flexible and keep me moving fast.

I highly recommend this pair of shoes for doing boot camp and strength training; they are great and flexible on your feet, however, I would not suggest them to be used for highly cardio work where you do a lot of jumping or running work out. But go for them if you are in other types of work outs that entails strength training and movements. I love them and they are so easy on your feet making them flexible for all types of movements.

I have been doing CrossFit for 4 years and have worn nothing but Inov-8's for the past 2 years. 230's have always been my choice!

Awesome shoes. Very light, but really firm and very supportive. I've never had a shoe with this combo.

This is a good shoe. It's definitely reliable and looks great. I use them for walking and running, and they work perfectly.

I love the shoes and have them in other colors as well. I not only wear them for crossfit, I wear them all around. I ordered them online and they were on my doorsteps the next day! Zappos rocks! I buy all my Inov-8 from here!

I love these! I used to wear Nike running shoes and I will never go back. I now do Crossfit/running and these have been perfect. They're light, comfy, and fun. Inov-8's will be my go-to workout shoes from here on out!

This was the fifth pair of F-Lite 230's in our family. Keep buying them as gifts now for birthdays for males and females alike. They are amazing: light, comfortable, supportive and most importantly adorable. The purple color is brilliant. We originally got them to use for Crossfit, which worked out great, but have since been wearing them everywhere. I get compliments on how great looking they are all the time. Will continue buying and recommending them.

I bought these shoes for crossfit as they are perfect for the heavy lifts due to the fact they allow you to stay on your heels. I also have been surprised how much better I have become at double-unders with these shoes. I would not run in these, however, because they don't have the support I'm used to after years of wearing running shoes. Very light and perfect for crossfit.

Wonderful shoe. I moved from a standard Saucony running shoe to the F-230 on the advice of my Crossfit trainers. They have made a big difference, especially in my lifts. I'm much more stable at higher weights, and I've adjusted to running in them very quickly. Super light and comfortable. Love em!

I love these shoes for crossfit. I am more stable. However, for some reason my knee started hurting the day I wore them. After the third day, my knee was so bad that I switched back to my old shoes. I am returning these shoes.

I wear these daily for Crossfit and they rock! Super light, great feel for lifting, and comfortable for runs, box jumps, and other movements.

These were very nice and fashionable looking. The support was what one would expect from a shoe of this type. There is not a lot, but it is not completely lacking support. They seem to run a bit small and narrow.
