Bought these for indoor cross-training. Fits like a glove and is extremely comfortable to wear. I have wider than average feet and I prefer lighter shoes for lifting weights and running, and these work great. They are well aerated so your feet breathe very well. However, I wouldn't recommend running outdoors if it is below 40 degrees F, as you will really feel the wind between your toes. From a style perspective, I dislike shoes that make your feet look chunky and these have a very slim profile and cool color combinations. I've owned these for about 3 months, and I wear them about 3 days a week to workout. The grip is very firm although the little rubber nubs at the bottom of the sole wear out from extensive running outdoors.

These little shoes are amazing! They are so light and comfortable. I can't say enough about them. In tennis shoes I usually wear an 11, but the 10.5 fit great! I may have even fit into a 10, but figured after a long day, I wanted the extra room. Another plus is that they make your feet look smaller! I will be ordering another pair in the spring!

Got these for my husband who's a crossfit enthusiast. After his first class with these, he told me I should get a pair for myself! They are lightweight and comfortable. If you only wear them in class, they will last you quite a while.

These shoes are by far the most comfortable tennis shoes I have ever purchased. They are so lightweight and are incredible for Zumba, running and exercising. Like others have advised, order a half size smaller than your "true" size. I will definitely be purchasing more!

They due run a size small so order appropriately. I typically wear a 9.5 and ordered a 9, fit perfect. Overall I love the shoes, very lightweight. Will definitely order another pair in the future!

I have been wearing these nonstop for the past year and three months. They are extremely durable, and you would think the mesh would've torn by now but it's still holding up and there are no holes anywhere. Since they are so breathable they function as both my daily shoes and my gym shoes, which again shows you how durable they are. They are so light and comfortable that I also wear them to go out as well. I am telling you, the only time I don't wear them is when it's raining! Definitely worth the money.

This is my first experience with Inov-8 shoes. I'm sorry I never found these shoes a long time ago when I started to run, they are without a doubt the most comfortable running shoes I have ever bought. By the way I now own 6 pairs of them, great product and the people at Zappos are very customer oriented and care!

This is our second purchase of this brand and we love both the men's low-profile and the women's hiking shoes we own. The are lightweight in feel and fit, durable and easy to clean using the outdoor hose and look really great. I get compliments on their look from friends who appreciate the "barefoot' quality of their look and fit.

I really like these shoes. It was kind of weird wearing them for the first week of running in them. I felt like they sort of worked different muscles in my feet and legs. But I've really grown to like them. Im no pro of course. But they get the job done really well. And I think they look pretty sweet too. I would definitely suggest them to anyone.

As a first time user of this brand of shoe I am impressed. While doing crossfit the grip and feel is outstanding. If your used to squishy shoes your feet will get tired initially until you build up your foot strength. Overall very good show. The size is as stated before a little narrow in the toe. However I have had no issue with the fit.

If you are looking for a super light weight workout shoe, this is it! Love it - and use it for whatever I am doing - weight training, cardio, kickboxing, training my clients, etc.

I love these shoes! They are very very light. They fit great in length and width. The sole is thinner than most shoes I have so you get a lot more "ground" feel through them. I have worn them daily to work and they seem to be holding up well. I definitely will be buying another pair of these soon.

True to size for me. Really comfortable for Crossfit and daily wear, while many other shoes (like traditional running shoes) make my feet sore after a while. Light, flexible, and grippy.

Good durable shoe, I crossfit in them every day. They took a while to get used to running longer distances.

I LOVE THESE SHOES. I purchased these for CrossFit after spending a ridiculous amount of time researching between these and the 195s, Reebok CrossFit Nano 2.0, and New Balance WX20. I chose the Innov8 230s for several reasons: I have a very narrow foot, the 230s have just a hair more heel-to-toe drop than the 195s, which I thought I would prefer, and they seemed to have the best reviews all around. I made the right choice. I just got them and have only worn them to CrossFit twice but I can already tell a difference. They are much lighter than the Nike and Saucony shoes I had been wearing and the flat bottom gives me much more stability during squats. I sprinted 1,000m in on shot wearing them today and they felt great too. I was afraid of them not having enough cushion but I haven't missed it. As far as size goes, I'm between an 8.5 and 9. I took everyone's advice and ordered an 8 (UK 5.5). They were too small and I had to return them. If you are like me and in-between sizes I recommend just ordering the smaller size you wear, not going down an whole size. If you have narrow feet like I do you will love that these shoes are nice and snug! If you have wide feet these are probably not the shoes for you.

I teach six-hour classes while mostly on my feet after a 30 min walk to school. My feet stay pain-free, dry and comfortable all day in these shoes.

The shoes shipped extremely quickly, and were exactly what I ordered. I had to order them a full size smaller than my normal shoe size. They are very comfortable and snug nicely around the entire foot. For people not used to these types of shoes, I recommend walking around in them for a few days prior to setting off on a run.

I love these shoes. I have bad feet, i.e. I've had two surgeries on each foot so I'm a little protective when it comes to them. These don't have a lot of padding, but they're sturdy and supportive and perfect for cross fit training.

These shoes are great and so light! I purchased this "all-black" pair of shoes to wear while I appraise properties. They look dressy enough and definitely very comfortable to wear while I'm measuring houses. They're also very comfortable for running; so far I've ran up to 6 miles with them on with no problems. I've since purchased a second pair of 230's (gray and white). I intend to train with this second pair of 230's to run in another half-marathon race. Thanks to these shoes, I'm able to run again without any pain after suffering from plantar fasciitis for the past 4 months. It also helps to have a good support inserts in these shoes.

The Inov-8 F-Lite 230 came in the mail and I jumped up to take them from my sister. Three hours later I found myself joining my old high school's cross country running team for their first practice of the season. The shoes fit just right and were true to size. They provided just enough cushion to run on the pavement but did not have that gel effect that messes up most peoples foot falls. So they are alright for the road, if you are strictly looking for a road shoe I would go with the road shoes Inov-8 offers. Now, as for the trail, these shoes are amazing they bend and conform well to your foot and any variable that may come along on the trail. The tread gives great traction even in the mud. Plus, they breathe well, aren't too tight to the foot in any spot, and dry quickly after they have gotten wet. Why wouldn't you buy them? Also, Zappos gives great discounts on certain shoes so go for it.

These are great cross fit shoes. The size is true. I initially took another user's advice and ordered half a size smaller. That was a mistake!

Order a half size smaller than normal shoes. Right out of the box super comfortable, required no break-in time. Get compliments on them regularly.

Very comfortable shoe to work out in. Very happy with the product. Hope it continues to hold up the way it has been.
