Great experience - ordered Ugg slippers about 10 days before Christmas - they said I would get them in 4 to 5 days and they arrived early. Easiest gift I bought this year!

I love these slippers. I had the other ones that look similar to this and are a bit more expensive, but these are more comfortable. I listened to all the other reviews and ordered a size smaller than usual, and it WORKED! I am a 9 in every shoe all the time...I tried these in an 8 because everyone said to. So happy I did, I love these slippers!

Loved this slipper so much that I purchased for my daughter at Christmas! They are warm, comfortable, and do have arch support so your feet don't feel as if you are walking on cardboard. Great for the house and perfect for quick trips outside with the dogs! Love!

This is my first pair of UGG slippers. I LOVE this style and I ordered the color Espresso which looks great. Very comfy for inside the house and comfy for outside too. They are true to size. They were a Christmas present to myself. My favorite present.

I absolutely love my Ugg Cozy slippers. They are warm, comfortable and run true to size. I wear them all the time. I am considering buying another pair in a different color!

I so look forward to putting these slippers on! I had foot surgery recently and they give me comfort to walk on hard surfaces without crushing my foot. The sole is hardy enough to walk to the mailbox.

I recently had major surgery and knew that winter was bearing down here in the Northeast. I bought these to wear around the house. These slippers exceeded my expectations! They are amazingingly soft and warm! I've been wearing them every day for a month now and they still look like new. My biggest problem is keeping them away from my puppy!

I debated purchasing these slippers for months because of the price and I wanted to make sure I got a pair I would like. I am so happy with my choice!They are so soft and keep my feet warm while not being too heavy or clunky. Another great product from UGG!

HEAVEN FOR YOUR FEET WHILE ON EARTH. Holy smokes! When I pulled these out of the box, I thought: "Oh the sole is super hard, these won't be comfortable to wear around my house". But no, these are super comfortable and WARM. I live in Illinois and it is cold like half of the year, so I need a slipper that is going to keep my feet warm. This is it! I love UGG! For sizing, size up. I wear an 8 in the boots, but I got a 9 in the slippers and they fit perfectly.

This is a dream slipper and well worth the cost. I normally wear a 9.5 but followed other reviews and bought the 9. Fits perfectly and not too small at all.

My shoe size is 6 1/2 or 7, width B-C. I bought the chestnut slippers in size 6 and they're perfect. Comfy right out of the box, sturdy, well made, worth the price.

I lived in these slippers this winter. I never was an Ugg fan, but this slipper changed my mind about this brand. The best thing about this slipper, besides being warm and cozy, is you can wear it outside to get the paper or even drive the kids to school (don't tell!)

I love my Ugg Cozy IIs! I bought a pair and now have ordered another just like the first so I can have two! I love the fit, the feel, the tread, and the the whole slipper!

I have hunted and hunted for the perfect slipper for me. And this I am happy to say is it. It is so comfortable with a sturdy but flexible sole and feels so snug. I am an 8 1/2 - 9 shoe and I ordered a 7-8 slipper. And it fits me perfectly. I am very pleased.

Since the moment I slipped these on I knew they were perfect for my foot. I am a 9.5 and had previously ordered a closed heel Ugg slipper which felt confining to me. In addition, I have a bunion which often needs a bit of extra space on top and this slipper accommodated it beautifully. The sole had softened up and it is warm and cozy.

These are super warm and cozy and have a sturdy, shoe-like sole. I use them to take the compost out on cold days.

These slippers are super warm & cozy. Ugg slippers are my go-to amd I wear them way more often than I should. They are very comfortable & easy to slip on around the house or even driving on cold days!

The most comfortable slippers I've ever owned! I bought the Chestnut in my normal size and they are perfect! I usually go through a couple pair of cheap slippers every year. If I had just invested in a quality pair of Ugg's a long time ago, I would have saved money in the long run. Definitely a happy girl with happy feet!

My feet are in heaven. These were expensive, but I have wasted so much money over the years on cheap slippers that in the end I expect I will come out ahead. I suggest if you wear a 1/2 size go down a size instead of up. When the sheepskin flattens down they get roomier.

A friend of mine had a pair of these and they were so warm and soft, I ordered the brown ones. They are just as wonderful and warm as hoped, well made, nice color, just what I wanted. Very satisfied with this purchase, my first Uggs. Did not need arch support in bedroom slippers, so these are fine.

I absolutely love these slippers. They're my second pair, nothing else compares. Zappos customer service was great - I originally got a different pair for Christmas and they exchanged them easily, even though I didn't have any paperwork because they were a gift. They arrived in less than 24 hours!

My feet are always cold (and the polar vortex isn't helping matters) - and these keep them SO warm! If there was a way I could wear these at all times, I definitely would. I found that they fit true to sizing, which is different from the Ugg boots I have (I had to order a size smaller in those). They're incredibly comfortable and warm and still can serve as "light" shoes.

These slippers are awesome!!! The best slippers I ever had! (My only challenge is keeping the dog from chewing them up. Highly recommend them.). You won't regret it. Well worth the price. I am a huge UGG fan and they lived up to the expectation!
