Love these. Usually take a size 6 1/2 shoe, but ordered a 6. When it came it felt snug, but turned out that was the fleece. So fluffy. After the third day, it was perfect. I would do the same again.

I am a 7 1/2 shoe size and 7 fit perfectly. These are good quality and I like the style, but if you are looking for a super luxurious, soft and comfy slipper, go with the Coquette style. I still have mine from 4 years ago, the fuzz is finally wearing thin, but they are still very comfy. The Cozy II is more like a slipper that would cost half this price.

Little big - Soft cushy Ugg feeling... but stiff. I expected more of a house slipper and this is more like a shoe. And it's very long, I should have ordered a size smaller.

Cozy, Cozy - A very comfortable, durable shoe. Great for wear around the house. As comfortable as they are, don't think that you can wear them all over town. They are not meant for walking too long. They have no arch support and your feet start to hurt real quick.

I should have ordered these direct from Ugg because it took Zappos nearly a week to get them to me. Maybe I am spoiled from past experiences with Zappos, but I did expect to receive them sooner. Now about the shoes; they are also a bit disappointing. I love the fact that they have a substantial sole so I can take them outdoors if I need to. I have had these shoes for approximately two weeks and the shearling lining has huge bald spots; I find shearling balls all over my house. I am not too happy with that. This is my fifth pair of Uggs and I have never had this problem with any others.

I am a little disappointed with these slippers. They are definitely warm but the bottoms are so stiff it is like walking on planks of wood. I expected them to be more like a slipper and less like a clog.

I bought these because I thought soles looked less heavy than others. The front of these does not cover enough of my foot. Also, I wear a 7-1/2 and these were big in the 8. Sent them back for a different Ugg style.

Overall, disappointed. Plus side: very cute, the fleece is very soft. Firm durable sole. However, there is no padding beyond the fleece. I'm returning them because the heel has an UGG tag on it, so there is no padding on the heel, making it uncomfortable there.

If you are debating between Cozy and Coquette you should go Coquette! They are cozy, have a stiffer footbed, and the shearling is not as plush. Spend the extra money and get Coquette. Sizing on Cozy II sizing, if you are a half like me, order down. I am an 8½ - 9 and the 8 is perfect. The 9 would have been too big. And these will conform to your foot as the shearling compacts.

Just not the same I ordered these last December and wore them to death, in the snow, you name it. I killed them and they are a sturdy slipper. They have a heel/bottom that is made for hiking. I ordered them again and they are not the same but Zappos is so good to me I can't return them.

Very disappointed in these new slippers. The quality of the fleece is very poor and they itch. Not the top fleece, soft and fluffy stuff of years passed. These are my 3rd and the last of the Ugg brand I will be buying.

Wow, so disappointed. All the reviews raved about this slipper. The sole is so hard it's like standing on the ground, no give even with all that wool fluff. Tighter fit all around; I can feel the leather, it's not just the wool. Bummed I have to return these. They are cute, but not comfy at all.

I love slipping these on to run errands. They keep my feet toasty warm even during the Midwest winter. I love that my feet don't sweat in them either.

I purchased these first for Christmas 2014 for my daughter. She was thrilled!! They had a flooded basement family room about a month ago. She was wearing these Uggs! She was really upset because she had these on and was pretty sure they were ruined. Which they were. I knew how much she loved them so I bought her another pair. She was extatic but upset that I spent the money! I told her to please wear them because it would make me happy!! They are extremely comfy, she wears a 6 and they fit perfectly. No downside except the price and the fact that they are no longer made in New Zealand. Zappos had them there really quickly.....as usual.

These are my favorite slippers of all time, and I'm happy to have a new pair. My first pair lasted for 7 years before the sheepskin lining was worn away. Great sole for inside/outside wear. I wear a 6 and find them to be true to size.

So comfortable! Great cushioning. I have hardwood floors throughout my house and these are the best slippers ever for comfort, especially after a long day at work. I usually wear and 8.5 and the 8 fits perfect.

First I must say love Zappos so easy to shop and returns items. I have hard feet to fit without Zappos easy returns with no hassle, I would not be able to find the right fitting shoe Thanks Zappos. About the shoe Love my uggs, warm great in the winter. However the soles are hard and the size is hard to fit correctly. I wear an 8.5 in most shoes. I went up to 9 they were to big and floppy. Tried 8 they fit better. Tight but like all my other ugg's they will loosen up after wearing over time. Unfortunately I will return, looking for comfort.

I wear these every day all year long. They are warm but not hot. Extremely comfortable. The sole is stiff for a day then gets flexible. The sole adds stability when walking. Perfect slipper.

Fabulous slippers! I wear an 8 and ordered a 7 given all the reviews -they fit perfectly! It takes a few wears to flatten the lining in the toe box, so don't be alarmed if the fit is a little snug at first. They are immediately comfortable and you will not want to take them off! Sole is firm and substantial; more so than a traditional slipper. Great slipper and love the color! Worth the investment!

First....LOVE my new UGG Cozy II slippers. Next the process & getting them in a very fast time, awesome! Will definitely buy from Zappos again.

Great slippers! Exactly what you'd expect from Ugg. I can see why some people mentioned the sole is too hard. I only felt this to be an issue for the first few days then the sole starts molding to your foot (like all Uggs) and it's not that noticeable anymore. However, if you're someone who wants a very soft, thin sole for your slippers, this is not the right slipper for you. The sole is clearly designed with a bit more heft so you can walk outside and not damage the slipper.

I just received these and have only worn them once but I love them. I ordered my normal size and they are a great fit. I usually wear them with socks so if they do loosen up it will still be fine. Very good decision on my part.

It's not even very cold out yet and I want to wear these around the house all day! They're so comfortable and cozy, and perfect to keep my feet warm this winter with my Raynaud's syndrome.
