As promised, they are better than a glass of wine after work, well almost. I ordered my regular size and they were a perfect fit. only problem - I don't want to take them off.

Love these slippers! I'm a 9.5 and I bought the size 10. I'm very happy with the size, I like a little extra room. Most reviews say to size down with Ugg's but there is only about 1/2 in behind my heel. I got the chestnut, very pretty. I ordered them yesterday evening and they arrived today! Super fast shipping by Zappos. The lady who helped me on the phone was wonderful. Thank you, Zappos.

These are the best thing ever! I live in these shoes at home! Order a size smaller than your normal shoe size. They may feel a bit snug at first but will quickly form to your feet. I Love my Ugg slippers!

Since receiving these slippers, I must admit that I have "Happy Feet." What a difference these make over standard slippers. Why did I wait so long? And I received then the day after ordering!

Great slipper, purchased to take on a ski trip and was perfect to wear in our condo after a long day of skiing. A very warm and sturdy slipper that is also very comfortable and looks so stylish. It does run big, I normally wear a 7 1/2 but ended up with a size 6 that fits great.

This is my second pair of UGG slippers. So comfortable and well made. I went down to a size 8 - usually wear 8.5 in shoes, and they fit perfectly. Highly recommend. Great service from Zappos as usual.

I love these slippers. I got them in the same size as my regular Uggs. I also had the coquette and these seem just as good!

Oh. My. Gawd. I love these slippers. They are insanely comfortable. I feel like I should be on that TV show, My Strange Obsession because I am obsessed with wearing them. Yes, they are ridiculously expensive. But as far as I am concerned, I will never buy another pair of slippers again. I agree the sole is rigid but it doesn't bother me. I also agree about buying a size down. I wear a 7.5 usually and bought a 7. The 8 was too big. Watch out, because once you try them on, you will not want to take them off!

The Ugg Cozy II, I selected are very comfortable and fit my feet like a glove. They were competitively priced and arrived at my door two days after my order.

I absolutely love these slippers! I have not taken them off since I received them. They are so comfortable that I cannot wait to come home to wear them!

Very comfy slippers. I was told to order a size up, but I would recommend not to. The "fur" breaks down (molds to your foot) and feel a lot looser after about a day or two of wear. I think they would be way too big if I had ordered up.

These slippers are super warm and comfortable. Love them. Got a pair for me and for my mom for Christmas. Great for northeast winters. Zappos is so fast. Fantastic service. Plus they had a wider selection of products to choose from. So impressed with Zappos.

I love these! The fit is very much like the classic boots. I wear a size 8.5 in gym shoes and ordered a size 8 in this shoe. I had to return it and go to a size 7. Probably a size 7.5 would have been better but I like it to be more snug then a little loose. I have narrow feet.

I originally ordered the Scuffettes and was not happy with them. I decided to spend the extra money and get these and it was well worth it! I love them! They are super soft and cozy and much more supportive than the Scuffettes!

Once you put these on, you will never want to take them off. They are very soft and warm. Perfect house shoes for keeping your feet warm and comfy!

I gave these as a Christmas gift to my granddaughter, they are good, she loves them, and wears them all the time. She wears a size 8½ shoe, and I purchased the 9, which fit fine. Two other family members received Ugg slippers, and all enjoy them.

These are the best slippers ever! Living in cold climates, my family has always gone through slippers like crazy. It is a wonder that none of us have invented something like this! I first got a pair about two or three years ago and they are still in excellent shape. I just bought a pair for my mom and she says they are the best gift ever.

This Christmas (just like last), I ordered Uggs on Zappos. They came ahead of schedule and the shoes were in perfect condition. I was so pleased that I ordered two additional pair of Ugg boots as well. One pair I ordered a size too small, but it was so easy to ship them back (and free of charge!). I will use Zappos next Christmas as well.

It's the first shoe I slip on in the morning, and the only shoe I want to wear at the end of the day. It is so comfortable! I swore that I would only wear it indoors, but lately I find myself wearing them to walk the dog, and go to Starbucks in the morning. I love that Ugg slippers have outdoor soles. I am probably buying them in black as they will blend in better with leggings and workout pants. Creature of comfort is what I am. I wear a size 6, and the size 6 fit perfectly, they run true to size.

I ordered the Uggs for my granddaughter at Christmas and they were too small so I had to send them back and they were replaced within 2 days. My granddaughter loves them. She wears them all of the time. I am very satisfied with the service and the representatives I talked to were very helpful. I will order from you again.

Bought them for my wife as a birthday present and she loves 'em. Replaced a well-worn pair of Haflinger's which she also loved. Very warm, won't be wearing them once summer rolls around. But, hey, they're Uggs, not really summer slippers.

We are very pleased with the level of service. We had the wrong size the first time, we just sent it back and they shipped us the right size, no cost for shipping. We love Zappos!

These are the warmest, comfiest slippers ever! I don't wear them outdoors but you can & many people do.

Love, love, love my UGGS! After a busy day, I come home, kick off my shoes and put on my UGGS. The fur lining keeps my feet warm and toasty. I would definitely recommended them to everyone!
