Love these Uggs! Soft, comfortable and fit great. Only issue I have had is the zipper is hard to get up at times. As always, Zappos provides the best customer service!

I love these boots. I have all the different styles of UGG shoes but these I like the best. They fit my wide foot. The zipper in back does not bother me like it did others. I love Zappos! They are the greatest on line source if you need something fast.

Pros: nice and warm, comfortable, don't even need socks, the zipper detail is cute, and the (ankle and calf curve) fit is much better than the original Uggs. Cons: personally I'd like it to be taller (reaching the knee). Also the sole is kind of thin, at the end of a long day of walking it bothers me a bit. Note: I ordered the classic Uggs one size down (I'm size 7 and ordered 6 classic Uggs, perfect), but for this one, #6 was way too snug so I ended up returning it and ordered #7. Customer service's excellent, as usual! Super fast delivery and the order and returning processes were both flawless. A+.

I love my Uggs! This style is great because they are a little more structured than the original ones that get to looking a little frumpy after a while. Not only are these my commuting shoes for the winter months, they are my go to shoes that look cute with some leggings or over my jeans. Don\'t worry if they feel a little tight at first (i.e., hard to zip up) they just need to be broken in. \r\n\r\nZappos was great, as always, and actually the cheapest considering the free shipping.

I absolutely love these boots! I am a 5'4" with a very small frame and worried these boots would be too bulky. Not the case. They are so cute. They hug my calf and look more fitted than traditional Uggs. Everyone loves them, and they are really comfy. I hesitated buying them for a while and tried cheaper boots, but was never satisfied. They are worth the price. So happy I treated myself with this purchase!

I was kind of freaking out about spending so much on a pair of shoes before I received them, but once I put them on my feet, all worries were out the window. I love these boots; they are so comfortable, soft, warm and just plain adorable. They fit like a glove and don't look like slippers like other boots. The zipper in the back adds that extra fit and style. I get compliments every time I wear them. And it's true, you do not want to wear socks with them.

I'm very happy with my Knightsbridge boots by Ugg, but it took me a few tries to get the size right. My shoe size is 7-1/2. I first bought size 7 in this boot because I thought they were made big. I had to return them because in this boot the fit is a bit smaller than the classic Uggs. I ordered the size 8 and it was perfect and not too big at all. I love the fit; definitely more fitted over the calf and more streamlined in look. They're not "slouchy" and look more refined on my foot and leg. My calves are slim and so these are way better for my leg than the classic Ugg boots. I highly recommend these boots to anyone who wants the comfort and casualness of Uggs, but wants a more trim look and who doesn't have really big calves. The zipper up the back is really cool looking and works great. The service I got from Zappos was superb.

Sometimes I think that Zappos has ESP. That's how fast I get my shoes. Or maybe they have a crystal ball, and somewhere there's a warehouse with a "MandieL" section in it, and it has all the shoes I'm going to order, and when I actually put the order in, they throw it in their supersonic jet and it gets to me approximately 37 minutes later. Zappos is that fast. Oh, and I like the Uggs a lot so far, but it hasn't been real cold yet so full results TBD.

Had to return :( I had to return these. Even though I had my boyfriend measure my calves to make sure these would fit, they turned out to be WAY smaller than the measurements listed. My calves are a little under 15 inches and the shaft circumference of these boots is listed as 16". I had trouble even getting my feet into these boots and when I finally did the zipper wouldn't budge and the back of the boot wouldn't even close. I am super bummed about this because I LOVED these boots! I guess if you have matchsticks for legs they would fit. Buyer beware .. THANKFULLY Zappos has a really good return policy!
