Looks better than they feel - I was pretty disappointed with these since I love Uggs. These are probably the most attractive looking Ugg boots, but they certainly don't feel as comfortable at the Classic or Ultra Tall Uggs. These boots are very stiff!!! Also you can feel the zipper’s seem on the back of the calf, which I am worried would rub sores. I am not going to risk hoping these boots would break in, since they are so expensive, and will be sending them back. Too bad since they really are cute! Also, they do run true to size. Don't order down a size unless you are a half size. I wear a 7 and ordered a 7 and the length was perfect.

This is my third pair of Ugg shoes. I have the short black ones that are great for sweats, and tall dressy Ugg shoes with wooden heels, but I wanted an in between pair. These Ugg shoes are great, but I keep losing them to my teenage daughters. The zipper in the back makes them a little funkier than the plain ones and they are nice and high and super warm. I only wish I had followed the same rule as the Classics and bought them a size smaller. My feet slip like crazy in them and they are a bit heavy so I'm worn out after I wear them. I should have swapped them but they were too cute and I wanted to wear them right away. Lesson learned.

These boots are cute and super comfy. They are true to size in my opinion. I\\\'m a size 8 and the 8 fits perfect. The only thing is, the zipper can be a little tricky to zip up, especially if you\\\'re trying to put them over jeans. It seems my zipper keeps getting stuck half way. Also, if you have thicker calves, these might not fit you.

I love these Uggs! I chose the Knightsbridge because I liked the fitted foot and leg of the boot. I found since they are fitted that they didn't run big. I wear a 7 1/2. The 7s were too small and the 8s fits perfect! The fit is perfect. They are warm and totally comfortable! I could wear them every day, plus they are stylish with the fitted look. Next on my list is a pair of Ugg slippers!

These are very cute boots. They fit true to your size. They are not one size big like other Ugg boots. They look nice with jeans or tights.

I love the look of these so much more than standard Uggs. After reading reviews, I ordered them in a size 6; my usual size is 6 1/2 or 7. They were snug at first, but after wearing them for a week or so they are stretching out, so my decision was definitely right.

Love these boots. They look better than the traditional Uggs as they are slimmer in the ankle. They do run a size smaller. I had originally purchased them at Nordstrom and their website says to order half a size up if you're in between sizes; do not do that. If you wear a 6 1/2, order a 6. You wear these without socks and they keep your feet toasty. Uggs website says to order a size down. I have not had any problems with the zipper yet, but have not worn them enough for the boot to wear in. May update later.

I love these boots! This is my first pair of Ugg shoes and I have been avoiding jumping on the bandwagon because I thought that it was a teen trend. However, living in Central Illinois, we constantly have below freezing temperatures and my feet are always cold. I wanted some boots that were a little more structured than the classic Ugg shoes, and when I saw these I immediately tried them on and loved them! They are so warm and comfy. They keep my feet dry!

Just got these boots today. They are super comfy and stylish. I already own a couple of pairs of Uggs (classic short and classic tall), so I knew I was getting a good quality shoe. These are definitely more rigid and fashionable than the classic Uggs, but still cozy and warm. I have no problem with them being tight around my calves, nor am I experiencing any difficulty operating the zipper, which some reviews noted. They fit perfectly, true to size for Uggs (which means ordering a half size down if you are a half size), look great and feel really good. Oh, and Zappos is the best! Great service, super speedy shipping which is free, easy return process (also free, plus, you have an entire year to return). They're the best.

I was thoroughly pleased with Zappos.com and their product. These boots are super warm and keep my feet nice and toasty even in the subzero temperatures we've been having lately in Iowa. I couldn't be more satisfied! And they're really cute too, one of my friends went and bought the same pair after she saw mine.

These boots are super cute, but they are also super tight in the calf area. I have kind of large calves, I guess. I've always had trouble with boots fitting around my legs. These do fit, but are really snug. They are really solid, too. I kind of feel like I'm wearing Frankenstein boots, but in a good way if that's possible. They don't bend much, but I'm guessing that will change as I wear them in. Overall, I love them, but I wish they had more room in the shaft.

Received these boots in a size 8 (I wear a 7 1/2) for Christmas. I usually go a size down in shoes so I wasn't too surprised that they were too big and exchanged them for size 7s. I like the more fitted style and the zipper, but I can see the reason for the other reviews (the calves being too small and the zipper a little stiff for some people). Zappos shipped me the 7s (received 2 days later); they have amazing customer service! Helen was so nice and very helpful in getting the boots exchanged. I just have to send the 8s back in the same box with the emailed shipping label. I would buy anything from Zappos just because of the peace of mind provided by the great return policy.

This is my second pair of Uggs. I usually wear a size 8 or 8 1/2 shoe, I have a 7 in the Classic Uggs and I had to get an 8 in these Knightsbridge Uggs. They are awesome looking; the multicolor zipper and copper Ugg plate on the heel are nice touches. Super comfortable, just like the classics, but these have a little more structure to them. I agree with other reviewers about the width around the calf. My legs are pretty normal and they fit snugly, not sure how they'll do with pants tucked in.

I bought these as a gift to myself. I was a little worried at first about sizing due to other reviews, but Zappos offers free returns so no biggy. I normally wear an 8 in other boots, but ordered these in a 7 and they fit perfectly. These are my fourth pair of Uggs (different styles fit differently) and I love them. No problems with the zipper or the boot being tight around calves, but if you do have larger calves, I could see where they may be a little to snug for comfort. If you wear boot cut or flare leg jeans and plan on tucking them in the boot, good luck, not much room for this. These boots are more for tights or skinny jeans, skirts or leaving pant legs untucked. These boots are very comfy, cute as can be and oh so very warm. I wear mine without socks and due to the plush lining it feels like I have socks on. I would buy this boot again and again.

Love this Ugg boot. We have had some nasty weather here in Iowa over the past month, and these boots have served their duty well. Since my office is rather cold most of the time, I find that I just keep these Uggs on throughout the whole day, even though I have a cool pair of black leather boots to wear with my skirts. These Uggs probably don't fit the fashion criteria with what I'm wearing most days; I don't care, they are the most comfy, warm boots I'll ever own! Keep it up Ugg; and Zappos, I've said it a hundred times, you're the best! I tell everyone I know that "Zappos is my friend!"

I had a lot of worries after reading some reviews by some who found the shaft too tight, the ankle area too small or that the zipper does not work properly. But I have no such problems. I'm only 5 ft tall but wear a size 7 (sometimes 8), as I have big feet and thick ankles. This one felt true to size. Currently pregnant and bloated beyond belief, the shaft still fits nicely and I could even tuck in my jeans. So, have no fear, buy this if you like Ugg for its warmth and durability. You need only worry if you have strangely out-of-proportion ankles or calves.

I love these boots! They are my 3rd pair of Uggs; I also have the classic short and mini. I like how these are sturdier, and less of a slipper feel. They do run small on the calves. I am 5' 2", and a size 4, and they are snug on me. I do like the snug fit though.

These are the most comfy boots by far (no real arch support but cozy, lots of room and unless you intend to walk 5 hours continuously the amount of footbed support present should do just fine). The zipper in the back gives it that extra little bit of style that can make a simple short skirt or leggings with a long tunic a stylish outfit and also it just makes this pair of Uggs special as I haven't seen many people wear them yet. The shaft of the boots is wide enough to 'stuff in' easily the bottom of jeans as well, no problem there. In comparison to what other people have said about other Ugg boots, I found it true in terms of size (I usually wear a 9 and a 9 worked out great). Overall a great buy!

I absolutely love these boots. They are super comfy and not sloppy fitting like the classic Uggs. Oh, and Zappos is awesome! Excellent customer service and my boots were delivered the very next day!

I received my new Uggs the day before I left on a trip to Ohio. I am 5'3" with athletic calves (14.5"). When I first put on the boots, they were snug to zip on bare calves. After a short time, I could zip them over leggings, and within a day I could wear them with my jeans tucked in! I wore them on the plane and they were so comfy! I also worked them every day for 4 days while in Ohio (zero degrees) and absolutely love them! My boots are Espresso size 8 (I normally wear an 8 1/2 with orthotics) and felt great walking, sitting, going up and down stairs, etc. If you want some good looking, great feeling Ugg boots, then get these!

Love the Ugg Knightsbridge boot. They are even more warm and snuggly than the original Ugg and they seem more durable, and I think they look better. I can wear them all day and my feet never hurt. They do seem a bit more narrow overall than the original, but for me that is a plus.

The shoe fits. Okay, so now I know what reviewers are talking about. It takes a push and a wiggle before you can get your foot in the shoe, which is due to the double stitch along the top of the shoe. A little tight on top and not as comfortable as the Ultra Uggs, but I'm still keeping them because they are adorable. The zipper is a little hard, but manageable. Zappos customer service is A+ and love the super fast shipping. Coming back for my next pair of Uggs. Thank you Zappos.
