I loved these boots when they arrived; however, after trying to get them on my feet I had to send them back. I have a very high arch and instep which did not allow my foot to get through the bottom of the shaft. Very tight shaft.

The boots look fabulous, but the zipper on my left leg digs in when I walk taking away from the usual comfort of Uggs. Maybe they need to go back to the design board on this one?

Not a fan. I thought they looked like moon boots. I also agreee with the zipper issue others have talked about. I will continue to look at other Uggs.

These boots are going back. I ordered both the black and gray, because I just couldn't decide on the color. The gray color is nice, but I thought the color would be a bit darker. I normally wear a 7 1/2 or 8 shoe, and the 8 fits me much better than the 7. I currently own 3 pair of the Ugg minis, but wanted a boot that would cover my ankle better and was a bit more stylish. I am a huge fan of Uggs, so comfortable I don't want to take them off, and I have not been able to find a warmer boot. I also own a leather pair. I just don't care for the styling on these particular boots, and decided that I don't like the zipper in the back after all. It's hard to pull up and down and the black and silver zipper gives it a speckled look. It took too much effort to get the boots on and off! I also do not feel they are as comfortable as the traditional Uggs, which may be due to the slimmer fit.

I ordered these boots since they are very cute and I love the back zipper even the black/brass zipper color is fresh. I wear a size 10 or 11 and these are too small in calf size for me. The site shows that the size 7 circumference is a 15 inch shaft and suggests that the shoes size makes a difference in the boot circumference. Zappos should try to include more information about the calf width. I called after trying them on and the salesman was very unfriendly, reminding me that they don\'t take second returns. It was not a second return, when I first ordered them I changed my mind on the size and I forgot that they run large so I e-mailed instantly after placing my original order that I needed a different size. Zappos considers this an exchange and they only let you exchange one time. On-line ordering is an issue due to this. Some people may have to try on many different shoes/boots before they find the correct fit. I was not happy with the attitude I received over the phone last night.
