The boots are really cute, but they run small. You should order a size up. I wear a size 9 and they were snug on my calf and it was hard to zip up on the back. The size 10 wasn't available and I really like them so I'm trying to wear them around the house and stretch them out. They definitely do not fit like classic Uggs, so order a whole size up! They are really cute boots though.

These boots are great! I love the way they look. I had originally purchased the tall UGG shoes, but they bent really easily and became more slouchy. These boots hold up great. The only improvement that they can make is to make the zipper better. I probably have regular sized calves and I can wear these boots with skinny jeans tucked in. However, it does take some time to pull up the zipper. If you've had other kinds of UGG shoes before, these are a bit narrower.

This was my first pair of Uggs. I love the shape and the look. Very comfortable and warm. I did read all the reviews here on Zappos and other sites to find out if this is a good pair of boots for me. I read reviews about the calf size being too small. My calves are 14 1/2 inches around. I thought I'm average size and so it shouldn't be a problem. I did find that it is pretty snug around the calves. I don't have much room to tuck in my skinny jeans. I am a size 7 1/2, but I got the size 8, and that was a good fit. I love the look and comfort, but I have to agree with the other reviews about the calves circumference being a little too snug with jeans. I still prefer a little room in the calves area for tucking in jeans. With tights or leggings, it's perfect. I have no plans of returning them. I can bear with the snugness around the calves. The whole boot is snug, so it's okay for me. So, if you have big calves, forget it. If you have 14 inch or smaller calves, you're probably okay. Definitely get a size up, if you have a half size. Thank you to all those who leave detailed reviews of products, it really helped me.

Beautiful boots and warm, too! However, the zipper cuts into my heels badly when I put my feet into the boots. I might just have huge heels, but I\'m wondering if anyone else has this porblem? Other than that, I love the trimmer shape of this style -I finally have ankles in my UGGS!

These boots are super cute! I instantly fell in love with them because I had not seen anyone wearing them and they were so different than the classic Uggs. However, I was so disappointed when I went into a store to try them on. My calves are "fatter" than I thought and I couldn't get the zipper up! Bummer! However, I did see the shorter Mayfaire style and ended up purchasing those from Zappos! They are just as stylish and cute! I'm going to get the Knightsbridge for my daughter who has super skinny legs, so she shouldn't have any problem at all.

This is my first Ugg purchase and I love them! I got the charcoal and they go with everything! I was sort of nervous to spend so much money on a pair of boots, but I'm glad I did. They are really comfortable shoes and the only downfall is the zipper. The zipper is crap when you're trying to zip them up and it doesn't go up as easily as I had hoped, but it doesn't turn me off on the shoes because I still wear them every chance I get. I usually wear an 8 1/2 to a 9 in shoes and I got an 8 and it fits perfectly!

At first, I was in love with these boots, but, as time goes by, I just love them less & less. They aren't waterproof at all, they take too long to dry and the zipper on my left foot keeps on digging a hole in ankle constantly. They look better than the classic tall Ugg, but they are way more uncomfortable than the classic Ugg, which, I must say, is more waterproof and takes less time to dry. Also, the classic Ugg is easier to slip in and feels like you're wearing nothing on. So if you are going for the looks, take the Knightsbridge, but if you are looking for comfort, then buy the classic Ugg. The only thing in common that the two models have is warmth; they are really warm and you really don't need to wear socks. In addition, be sure to get your Uggs from Zappos.com, because they always ship your Uggs on time, or even before, and have a great customer policy.

I love these boots! They are very comfortable, sturdier than the classic Uggs. My only advice is to order them to your true size. My classic Uggs I ordered a whole size smaller than my true 8. As always, Zappos had my boots to me within a couple of days, they are the greatest!

I think the chocolate color in this style is lovely. I joined the Ugg boat about 4 years ago. I usually buy classic talls and shorts and have had 6 pair of Uggs to date (and looking at more as we speak). I wear a 6 1/2-7 in regular shoes, a 5 in Ugg classic adult and 3 in Ugg Classic kids. I do not agree that you should order your regular shoe size. I purchased these in my usual Ugg size, down 1 1/2 sizes. Yes, they are a bit snug and stiff at first and don't break in quite as quickly as Ugg classics because of the structured design. But if you don't size down, you will be left with loose and ill fitting Uggs after they do break in. Sheepskin gives and once it does, there's no going back or tightening up. Most of these reviews saying Uggs are true to size are from people wearing unstretched and newly purchased Uggs. I find that this style has a shallow footbed which is fine for my wide and almost flat foot. But those with a high arch will surely have some discomfort as the place where the boot meets the shaft in front is low and dips in. The shaft is a nice height, with plenty of room for my 14 1/2 inch calves and jeans tucked in. This boot is constructed so that it won't slouch and sag like classics do after they are good and worn. I like that the kids version has a rainbow zipper. I'd also like to mention that the zipper isn't as fluid as I'd like! These were a xmas gift from my fiance last year who knows I adore Uggs. It wasn't a style that I would have chosen for myself, but as usual, the quality is amazing and the finish is beautiful. I'm glad to own a new Ugg style to switch to between wearing my classics. Uggs are the best.

Bought these for my daughter and she loved them. They are very stylish, but a little hard to get on and off as you have to be very careful not to catch the lining in the zipper. They are more fitted than the standard Ugg boots.

Fit me true to size, and I'm a size 6. I am able to wear them with socks, and have just enough room to tuck blue jeans into the boots when zipping up. Very slim fit, which is very different from the original Uggs style, and is the main reason I got them. I find these boots look more "dressy" versus the more casual loose fitting boots. The boots are very warm and although not much padding they are comfortable to walk in. Also, they are much lighter weight than leather boots.

So cute, so warm, so worth it! These are my favorite winter boots. They are so stylish with the multi-tonal zipper in the rear. Much more fitted than the traditional Uggs, they are also warmer because they hug the leg closer and are more fitted. I personally love them because it makes it so much easier to tuck in your skinny jeans! That being said, the arch support is really non-existent here and my primary complaint with Uggs is that, though toasty and intuitively the perfect winter shoe, one day in the snow and rain will render them completely ruined! I waterproofed these puppies, but still am insanely scared to go out in the elements with them on. I bought the tan colored ones. I've seen them in black and those look lovely as well. Very worth the money if you live somewhere cold.

These boots are much cuter than the classic Uggs and are super warm. They aren't so bulky and are more fitted. The zipper did give me a difficult time the first few times wearing them, but is no longer difficult to zip. The zipper does dig into my back heel a bit when wearing them, but I haven't worn them that much, so hopefully they stretch a bit after some time. I'm a size 7.5-8 and got a size 7 and they fit good.

I ordered these boots a size down heeding the other reviewers' advice. Unfortunately, this did not work out for me. The size down was way too small for me. I didn't know if the sheepskin would eventually stretch to fit my foot, but for the cost I did not want to risk it. So I'm exchanging them for my true size 9. I did however love the look of these and can't wait to wear them. They will be perfect for our cool weather in the Pacific Northwest. And just to note, the calf was very tight. I hope the calf fits better when I get my true size. Why do boots always have such tiny calf space?

These boots are great! I haven't gotten to wear them much because it's been pretty warm here, but the weather is starting to cool down so I will be getting more use out of them soon. The only thing I would say is that they are a bit tighter around the calf than classic Uggs so if you have a larger calf you may have a problem zipping them up. My calf is a little "muscular", but I still manage to get my skinny jeans inside the boot and zip them up, it just takes a bit of work. I gave the "Overall" 4 Stars because of the tightness around the calf, but otherwise they are great boots!

Overall these boots are great. I would say that there is, and have been with some of my other Uggs, a problem with the zippers. It's not a deal breaker, but it is a bummer to worry they will break and have them be so stiff!

These boots are alright. I was expecting them to be pretty much perfect for the price, but they were a little disappointing. Yes, they are wonderfully warm and believe me, I was sure glad I had them for -30 degree wind chill days standing at the bus stop. But one of the boots seems to have a hole, and it was only the 3rd time wearing them that I noticed snow would seep in and make my toes wet. For the money I expected a lot better craftsmanship. Also, apparently you\'re supposed to be barefoot while wearing these, which is nice and comfortable I will admit, but the claim that they "wisk away moisture" doesn't work for me. My feet are soaked after a whole day of wearing them in cold weather. I guess I have sweaty feet. But overall the style of it looks better than the usual UGGs. They are nice and snug and I never had any problems with the fit around my ankles. Although for the first few wears the zipper did rub on my ankle a bit, but it went away after that.

I bought these in chestnut and they look so much better than the classic UGGs. I wore them out once and walked all day in them. At first, they were comfortable, but these boots are not made for walking all day. I usually wear a 7, and I got these in 7 and fit perfectly. No need to order size up or down. I do have a zipper problem though. It's hard to zip up and down, but maybe when I break them in, it'll be easier to pull them up and down. These are definitely more stylish than other UGGs and I'm very glad I got them. I love Zappos!!

Bad zipper but cute Uggs -
The zipper is pretty uncomfortable and ended up breaking within the first month of purchase. Zappos replaced the broken pair with a new pair that is working our better. Not sure if that are worth the price tag, but they sure are cute! Run a little big I am usually a 7.5 or 8 and 7 fit perfect.

Go for it!
I have two other pairs of Ugg's and I’ll be honest, those are far more comfortable than the Knightsbridge. That said, these are really cute and I love them. They are stiffer, so be prepared.

If it wasn't for the zipper -
These boots are so good looking, even on a women's size 12. The zipper is what really makes the look. However, other reviews stated that the zipper rubbed against the top of your heel and it hurt. Well, I ignored the reviews. Guess what, the zipper hurts. I have to put a bandage on before wearing. But they sure look good!

Ugg Knightsbridge boot -
I loved the look of the knightsbridge and really wanted some warm boots. I must say they are somewhat inconsistent and it was a struggle to get a pair that worked for me. The first pair had a defective zipper, the second felt too small even though it was the same size, the next pair had very course, itchy sheepskin and finally I have a pair that is a little shorter than all the previous pairs but has a good zipper, soft sheepskin and fits me. As far as size goes I usually wear a 9 but the 8 fit perfect (except for the small pair). They are a little stiff in the ankle at first but they are breaking in. I would say pretty much no arch support but I guess that's how uggs are. These boots are great for skirts and leggings because they hug your calves. It would be impossible to tuck jeans (even skinny ones) into this boot in my opinion and I have skinny calves. So in the end, I do still love these boots. I wish they were a little taller but decided this thing had to end. At least they had all the other important features like zipper function, fit, and soft sheepskin. Zappos is the BEST and was great. I have no complaints in that department. Love the fast shipping and great customer service. So beware of these boots. They are very nice IF you get a good pair.

Ugg's Knightsbridge -
This is my first pair of Ugg's and I will probably buy more. They def. keep your feet super toasty. This style is more form fitting and flattering than traditional Ugg's. The zipper sticks a bit at first (needed help getting them up) but after a few wears they got better. I wish they had more arch support but oh well. Wider than most boots -fit OK over my thicker thighs even with jeans tucked.

Worth It!
I love these boots! I am not really a huge Ugg fan, but I live in Chicago and these boots make the cold way more bearable. They are sleeker than the typical Ugg boot; however, sometimes the zipper can get caught on the inner lining of the boot if you are in a rush to put them on. I highly recommend the stain protector spray, however if you plan to wear these boots in the snow then be prepared that they will NEVER look as nice as when you first purchased them. Either way, I am VERY happy with them.

Zipper hurts!
I have had these boots since before Christmas. When I first tried them on the zipper dug in the back just above my heel and I thought that as they broke in it wouldn't be so bad. However, I have been wearing them all the time and they are still painful. I wish I would have spent my money on the Ugg Ultra's instead of wasting $ on boots that I will soon not be able to wear.
