I am a size 9 and I ordered a size 39 - perfect fit!

So comfy and cute!

I have been wearing the Gizeh sandal for years. They always end up being incredibly comfortable. At first the straps rub a bit but I wear them around the house and little by little they soften up and that has happened this time as well. In addition to comfort the shoe looks pretty on my feet. They continue to be a favorite and I give the old worn out pair to my daughter to wear at the beach. It's a win win. Customer service at Zappos is also outstanding. Thanks!!

Absolutely love these Birkenstock’s! They run pretty true to size. I normally wear a 6 1/2 sometimes 7 and the 37 regular fit me perfect!

I buy a pair of these every other year or so and wear them to shreds. A great shoe.

I love these Gizehs! This is my second pair in a different color. Besides issues with plantar fasciitis, I have a bunion, and a high instep so that while my feed are not wide, wide shoes fit me better. If a particular brand is not available in a wide, I size up. (I wear 9 regular in Oofos flip flops, 9 wide in Brooks running shoes, 9 regular in Born and LLBean, Dansko 39 regular (I do not know if Dansko clogs are available in wide widths), 8.5 wide in Clark's sandals, 8 regular in Vionic tide sandals.) In the Birkenstock Gizeh, the 38 was just barely the perfect length but the 38 regular/wide was too narrow (my bunion stuck way out), so I went with the 39 regular/wide. The width is fine for me, although the length is a little long, but I am glad that I went with the 39 reg/wide. So far no problems breaking them in, and the toe piece has not bothered me. The shoes are very comfortable, and look very nice with my summer clothes. I really like these sandals, and I recommend them.

I bought these birks as a gift for my friend. She absolutely loves them! It takes a little time to adjust to the size (I own the same pair). But once you do, they will be your go to comfort sandals!

Love these Birks! I have had many Birkenstocks but this Summer decided to try this “Flip Flop” Style! Love, love,love. This is my second pair in 2 weeks. Really great arch support. These were comfy from day one for me. Even better after wearing them 2 days. Best support in a toe post sandal plus they are super cute even for us Big Foot girls. Do your feet a favor and grab these.

Good fit in and size. Have been wearing Birkenstocks for over 40 years . Just a replacement pair.

Replacing an old completely worn-out pair. I did not want the synthetic straps and feel the extra cost is worth it for leather. The old pair’s cork did eventually crack where the foot bends but that was after putting a lot of miles on them and wearing out the soles as well.

Classic Gizeh! Did feel like the color was a tad lighter than I expected but still a great neutral.
