These are great shoes! I have many problems with walking due to major physical disabilities and severe pronation. Just spent two weeks in a Nursing Home following major surgery. I got these shoes in order to help me walk again. My physical therapist was very pleased with my choice of these shoes as well. I was in a wheelchair in the NH but am now able to walk with a cane again as long as I have these shoes on. So glad I found your site with good quality shoes in larger widths. And I received them so quickly, I was quite surprised. I will be buying more from you in the future. Thanks.

I love these shoes! This is the fifth time I have ordered them. I wear them all day every day for work where a solid white shoe is required. (can't comment on the arch support as I add an insert) And with hard to fit feet, I love Zappos selection and customer service.

The most comfortable and supportive walking shoe I have ever worn. I didn't need to "break them in" at all. I wore them on a strenuous walk, up steep hills, on flat surfaces and they felt great. Only negative, was they don't look that great, but for walking, comfort over looks. I have ordered the tan color to see if that looks better.

Very comfortable right from the beginning. Very nice leather - not at all stiff. Very roomy toe box.

If you have sore feet, this shoe is for you. I purchase a new pair every year and delegate the old pair to rainy days. I like this shoe because my orthotics fits in them. I wish Brooks would make the same shoe with colors and make it look more stylish.

I usually have a problem with the heels slipping on my shoes, but these fit beautifully! Very comfortable. These will definitely not be my last pair.

Concrete floors are never kind to feet so I was always looking for a shoe that was comfortable, long lasting and because of work uniform restrictions, black. A co-worker told me about Brooks Addiction Walker's and I about died at the price! However, when I added up how many cheap sneakers and gel inserts I have bought over the last few years, it didn't sound quite so bad. So I took the plunge and I'm so glad I did. They are so comfortable and even at the end of a busy day, my feet feel as good as they did first thing in the morning. I highly recommend the purchase of these shoes regardless of the price.

I bought this shoe for a trip to Italy. Although I haven't gone yet, I have tried the shoe out and it is absolutely wonderful. One of my friends bought it as well. Very comfortable and nice to the feet! Zappos had them to me in 2 days!

These are my go-to winter walking shoes. I have psoriatic and osteo arthritis which affect my feet, and I tend towards pronation, so the Addictions really help me keep walking! For extra cushion I use New Balance OTC inserts recommended by my podiatrist.

This is my 3rd pair of Brooks Addiction Walkers. I keep buying same size and style because they are so comfortable, and look nice, too. I need a shoe that provides very good support, which these do. I have recommended them to several friends, who have also purchased Brooks Addiction Walkers.

I absolutely love my Brooks Addiction Walking shoes...the only thing that would make me love them more is if they were not so masculine looking. But they are comfy and supporting and that makes for an enjoyable walk. Plus, I have persnickety feet.

These were recommended to me by my foot doctor and are great if you need stability control. Zappos' service was very fast and though I didn't need to make a return, the free shipping/return promise is what attracted me to use this company. Great service!

After collapsing my left arch while walking my rambunctious dog, my Foot & Ankle doc recommended these shoes and I have been buying them ever since. Great for stabilizing your balance while walking. With my orthotic I am good to garden for 4-5 hours.

Nice looking, comfortable shoe, surprisingly lightweight and super comfortable. Plenty of room in the toe box and the heel cup hugs nicely. Highly recommend these shoes for walking and general daily wear.

Very comfortable from the minute I put them on. Bought them based on everyone else's good reviews. Am going to order a pair for my 85 year old mother who also pronates badly like I do. I ordered them a half size up from my normal size and they fit great. My mom said they made my feet look small!

These shoes are great. I had knee surgery & it didn't go right so my knee and ankle go inward now. These shoes help straighten my ankle. I bought orthodics but they did do what the shoes do.

Very comfortable shoe. Roomy enough for my custom orthotics. Good arch support, but I need more than the average. Good depth of toe box.

A few months ago I had foot surgery to correct bunion and hammertoes and was looking for a shoe that would accommodate an orthotic and be good for my new foot. This shoe fit the bill and I am very pleased. It's comfortable, supportive and deep enough for orthotics. I ordered 1/2 size larger than my normal dress shoe because I wanted a roomy fit and they feel great.

Brooks shoes are the best shoe if you are on your feet for a 12 hour shift. I work in a busy ER and I'm the only nurse who doesn't complain about sore legs and feet. These shoes give you the support you need and comfort. Zappos was the only place I could find the particular color and size I needed. Brooks company didn't have the shoe and it wouldn't be available till December due to demand of size and color. Thank you Zappos! I have told over 50 people at work about your web site!

Comfortable from the get-go. Usual shoe size is 8 to 8.5. I wear 9.5 in this shoe. Dealing with Zappos is wonderful. Excellent service. Easy.

I walk quite a bit, about 3 miles a day. We are going to Disney World and I needed some new, good walking shoes. I ordered these and they are great! I had to get 1 full size larger than usual and I ordered wide because of bunions. I love these shoes. There was no need to break them in; they were great the first day. After walking in them for a couple days, I put my old shoes on that used to be my walking shoes and I noticed how bad they really were. When I am wearing these I feel like I can walk all day. I am really looking forward to my trip to Disney World now! The only negative is that they are not as stylish as I would like, but the comfort makes them very much worth it!
