Love the shoes. Love the service from Zappos. Free shipping to and from. Order was processed very quickly. Couldn't ask for better service.

I have extremely narrow feet and have always found New Balance to be the best option for me. However, after reading the reviews on Zappos, I opted to try the Brooks. I am thoroughly impressed. They fit like a glove right out of the box. I have only had them a few days and I am very pleased with them so far.

This is my third pair of Walkers. I love them. They work well for long walks, and then I can pop into a restaurant wearing them because they are black and simple. They are extremely comfortable and wear well. They are comfortable from the moment you put them on. They are a standard in my life!

This is my first Brooks Walker, and they are great. I had a bone surgery in my foot, and needed a full side support shoe. These are great for walking. I plan to order another in black.

I have problems with my feet. Even so I walk with my dog "Sam" at least 3 miles a day. Put that together with all the walking done on a regular day of cleaning, shopping, etc. The Brooks Addiction Walker is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I certainly do recommend them for anyone.

The shoe is wonderfully comfortable. I am transitioning from wearing orthopedics to well fitting sneakers & shoes after 3 years. The size is a true fit, with no blistering or sore spots. I am able to wear all day without discomfort. However...this color (bone) looks more like a putty & not the least bit attractive. White would be better in this style.

I have been wearing these shoes for years since I had plantar fasciitis. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.I just keep replacing them as they get worn out. Highly recommend for a wide foot.

I bought these b/c my podiatrist recommended them. I had worn a shoe that was too tight for three days and ended up with a major problem for several months. Four steroid shots later and still had such foot pain that the limp was almost permanent. I have had these now for about a month and am really starting to feel a lot better. Foot pain is almost forgotten thankfully. I will be buying another pair of these really soon so when these wear out, I will have a new one waiting, just in case they discontinue these for any stupid reason.

I have worn these shoes for years and love them. I can wear them right out of the box. No need to break them in. My only wish is they would make them in brown. I have foot problems and they work great for me!

These are absolutely fabulous walking shoes! With flat feet and problems with heel spurs, I needed a good shoe.

These shoes are fantastic! I lead fitness classes and saw them on someone's feet in Tai Chi. She raved about them. They are the best walking shoes I have ever had. You won't be sorry!

I have always resisted what I thought of as old lady shoes, opting for fashionable, cute as well as elegant options. I now have disk problems in my back and also have overpronation. I started wearing Brooks Addiction running shoes a few years ago and they work wonderfully. However, you don't always want to be in white shoes with shiny highlights. I reluctantly ordered these and they are amazing. Great fit – I ordered the narrow which is not an option at stores Great support, comfort, and a great walking shoe. It can still be a bit more stylish...but you can't have everything. At least the black does not call attention to itself. Also, with all Brooks, I order a full size larger to get the right length so instead of 7.5, I wear an 8.5. I also remove the insole and insert Superfeet. The gold has memory foam and great arch support.. The shoe and the insert are the perfect combination for my feet.

This is my 5th or sixth pair of these shoes. I was working an outside job on concrete and was almost crippled by the end of the day. I tried many shoes until I found these. I was not happy about the price, but I knew I could return them. They worked at once. I am now working in a kitchen, 8 hour shifts on tile floors with absolutely no pain. The arch support is wonderful, and they have a good wide base.

I have been looking for a good quality supportive leather walking shoe in bone for almost a year. I am supremely happy with my purchase of the Brooks Addiction Walker. Zappos friendly service rocks. I will be back to order again.

Brooks Addiction Walkers are the only shoes I wear. They are sturdy and long wearing and they look nice, too. I am able to remove the insole and insert by orthodics and have room in the toe box for my hammer toes. They are a wonderful shoe.

I bought these shoes just before a trip to Italy. I only got to wear them a few times before the trip so I was hoping that they would be comfortable and supportive with all the walking I would be doing. Well we stayed in Spoleto which is a very steep town. We walked so much every day going up and down the narrow steep streets and my feet didn't hurt at all. This is unusual for me. I over pronate and my feet often hurt as a result. I ordered the wide and they were just right. Even while walking down the steep streets my feet did not slide and feel like m toes were being shoved into the toe of the shoes. They have a nice wide toe box that keeps your feet from feeling cramped. These shoes made my trip much more enjoyable.

I love these shoes, they last forever and are my favorite walking shoes. my feet hurt so bad without them i will wear them with a dress if necessary!!!

These are great shoes. I have been buying this shoe for a few years now and wear them almost every day. I had major foot surgery and the orthopedist recommended this shoe. It gives good support and helps with pronation issues. Very comfortable.

This is the only shoe that my left foot will feel comfortable with. I have owned 8 pair over several years. Wears very well. I can walk in these shoes!

These are totally awesome. All the reviews that said they ran small made me nervous, but I ordered my normal size and they're perfect. The toes are roomy and the heel fits well, too. Great for long dog walks. If I don't wear practical shoes for the epic walks I have to do, my feet end up in big trouble. Anyway, these are my new favorites.

Brooks Addiction Walker is the best sneaker I have ever worn. I have been wearing this sneaker for the last 10 years and won't wear anything else. It is the only sneaker that has provided the support and comfort I needed for my feet.

I have very wide feet (bunions). These shoes are very comfortable. I could wear them all day.

Super comfortable; slightly granny. They fit like a glove, albeit a supportive one, right out of the box. My only complaint is they do look a little "orthopedic" or "granny", but they feel so good when you walk in them, that I'm willing to sacrifice a bit of style for the utmost in comfort.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. I can wear them all day and when I take them off at night, my feet do not hurt like they did with all the other shoes I have tried.

These are great. There was no break-in period required, good support and I wear them during my daily walks. The only negative is that the tongue on the shoe comes up really high. It hits the top of my foot and can be annoying if I hone in on it.
