I am an old school business man that believes the customer is always right. I know for a fact Zappos believe's in the same thing. Zappos will do what ever it takes to make the customer satisfied.I have been a Zappos customer for years and I will always purchase from Zappos.

I have sensitive feet and low arches. These shoes are well insulated because of the thick sole. With gel inserts that I bought and Thor-Lo socks that I wear, my feet are well supported in these shoes.

A friend had told me about these since I am on my feet all night long. I am now on my third pair. They are really comfortable and my feet do not hurt much anymore.

I have almost flat feet, over pronation, plantar fasciitis, and fibromyalgia. I have worn New Balance for as long as I can remember, but thought that something else might be better. Well, I found my dream sneakers in the Brooks Addiction walker. Much better for my feet and body than New Balance and I do not have to change the insole as it is adequate. Across the top is narrow which is great for me as some of my other sneakers would meet in the middle when tied. They are not very pretty. The sole is wearing very well so far, as I have had mine for about five months. The leather is easy to clean, unlike the nubuck New Balance which is impossible to keep clean in the beige color. Fits my narrow heel perfectly in the medium width. They are on the heavy side. I wish that they had a higher arch. The only problem I have is where the sole wraps up to the toe area in front on one sneaker. It is starting to lift off so I guess will need regluing by a shoemaker. I am very easy on my shoes, so am disappointed with that. I will buy again and highly recommend these to make your feet happy. These are the best sneakers that I have ever owned.

Big and special thanks and a thumbs up for Zappos. I was in the USA on a short business trip and the manufacturer of the item goofed up on my order and left me in a difficult position. I was saved by Zappos thanks to their very friendly web shopping process and very constructive and positive attitude regarding payments. Zappos delivered punctually this not very commonly found item in the very short promised time to my hotel.

A great shoe! I am on my feet all day at work and these shoes are the best! Plus, they are slip resistant, which is a must in my job!

I heard about how good Zappos is from a friend. I must have narrow shoes and they are disappearing like snow in July! My Brooks Addiction Walkers are much cheaper here than Foot Solutions. I am glad to still be able to get them at a more reasonable price. I wear custom orthodics so I don't know about the arch support. It should be really good. Thanks.

I love these sneakers! I did have to send the first pair back because they were bigger in size than I thought . I have to get a 7.5 instead of an 8 but once I did they fit great. Very comfortable.

These shoes arrived quickly (Thanks Zappos!) but due to edema issues my mother found them tight. They were well constructed and she stated they were not heavy as I had read in a previous comment. Just had to return due to tightness due to swelling in my mother's feet. The size 10 (my mother's normal size) was too short (we ordered the 10 & 10 1/2) the 10 1/2 was a good length - so based on this I would state that the shoes run a little short.

This is a great shoe. I have had about 10 pairs over the past several years and don't even try other shoes. I use this shoe for walking and doing aerobics. It holds my feet in place comfortably. I have very bad feet, have had several surgeries on my feet. And this shoe is the best. I recommend it highly.

I have been buying these shoes for several years and I love them. The support is great and they really stay looking good for a long time. Hope you don't ever discontinue these.

Buy them! I bought the white - hate to take them off. I wear them with a thin sock - I don't need a walking sock the extra padding at the heel wasn't necessary.

I LOVE these sneakers! They are true to size, have the back heel support that I need, plenty of toe room without looking huge, excellent quality leather and workmanship, accommodates my orthodics without decreasing the size, and the grip of the sole is very strong. I am not afraid of slipping. Great styling so that they don't look bulky or huge.

These shoes fit really really well for not having tried them on. They are "snug" however, not tight and they give me great arch support. I walk a couple miles every morning and am in my mid seventies. I definitely recommend them and they are just what I was hoping to purchase!

I struggled to find a good walking shoe because of foot reconstruction and hip replacement. These shoes are terrific. I have experienced much less impact on my knees and hip when walking.

After recovering from a broken leg, I have found that this shoe, and this shoe only, offers the complete support I need to shop, to travel. And to walk comparatively pain free. I have the shoe in beige and black. Isn't it possible to make this shoe with some style?

Not the prettiest shoes - but for those with ankle and foot problems - these are a dream. They offer great support and needed comfort that allows one to be much more mobile for longer periods of time.

These fit and feel great. Plenty of support and shock absorption. I wear them all day at work and they feel great. My heel pain hasn't surfaced. They feel sturdy when I walk. I would buy these again. the price wasn't too bad.

I found out that I overpronate, and recently experienced knee pain. These were suggested. So far I love them. They fit great and I feel less pain. Time of course will tell. I prefer the all black shoe.

Let me start by saying that I am embarrassed over the number of shoes I have bought and returned to Zappos because of fit and comfort. But Brooks Addiction Walker (white) is a keeper. I am so excited. I'll most likely own all three colors. Normally I wear a 9M, but in some shoes the 9 is a bit too short on my right foot. After a bout of tendonitis, my podiatrist's office suggested that I buy shoes in a Wide width to allow my feet to expand and to fit my new orthodics. So on a hunch I went up a half size and ordered a 9.5 D and they feel wonderful. Even without the orthodics they are very supportive and have a nice arch support. Being wide, they don't rub my feet or toes. A major plus is they don't slip in the heel even though they are wide. I have worn them for 2 days now with zero problems. I highly recommend Brooks Addiction Walker. And a thousand thank yous to Zappos for free shipping and free returns. Zappos is the best company to do business with.

These shoes are so comfortable right out of the box. They give great stabilization. I have previously worn "rocker" type shoes, but found they put stress on my knees. This is my second pair of Brooks shoes. I also love the Brooks Adrenaline.
