I have one foot that is "acting up". Probably bunion problems fast approaching. These shoes fit perfectly, right out of the box, late in the day. I'm considering another pair.

These are great shoes. I even wore them going up 765 steps of the Ulm Cathedral in Germany. Perfectly comfortable.

These shoes were comfortable from the minute I put them on. They are very flattering to my large feet and go with anything. I absolutely love them and I'm going to get another pair in another color.

This is a very good looking shoe; comes up a little higher around the foot than most flats, but that's part of its charm, and I intended to wear them with pants anyway. They are also very comfortable. I got them for every day but I think they'd go with a dressy outfit as well.

My all-time favorite pair of work flats. These are the best! It's a rare combination to have flats with adequate support. These are cushy, comfortable, have good arch support and are very sturdy and durable. I wore these right out of the box and have never experienced any blisters. I receive lots of compliments on these shoes.

Absolutely love, love, love this shoe! Very comfortable and true to size. Styling is perfect for work, and I wear them all of the time. Going to buy another pair.

heel of the shoe I think is poorly constructed. There is not elevation to support the heel pad and arch. As a result foot falls backwards and blisters back of the foot where it should not have. Overall beautiful show, front is perfect, but the back of the shoe did not fit me well at all. Unfortunately have to return. This is my first Ara return.

I normally wear a size 7-1/2 medium in most shoes. Zappos recommended I wear a size 8 in this shoe. The fit is good but there is some space in the back of my heel. I will look for something to fill the small gap. Otherwise it is a comfortable shoe.

Unlike others, I did not find these comfortable on my bunion. Also, there was a slight flaw in the little tab on the top edge of the left heel. Should never have passed a QC inspection or should have been labeled as second quality. For as much as these cost, they should have fit and felt like a glove.

Nice shoe and a good looking flat. If you need arch support, it's ok but not great. It would not be good wearing all day while traveling.

Shoe is super cute. It cover a lot of the top of my foot which was a bit strange at first but they have great cushion and I love the color

I wish I could've kept these shoes...the sole is amazing and would be perfect for waling to and from work. However, even in the wide width, the toe was too boxy and the right edge rubbed my small toe. ARA shoes are good, but this one just din't fit my Flinstone foot.

I usually take a 10 but had to get a 10.5 in this shoe, comfortable and stylish. looking forward to wearing this

This is my second pair of these shoes. They are marvelously comfortable and aregood walking shoes. Mu earlier pair has gone hundreds of miles and have heldbip well. These are on the way to soing so also. They run true to size and have some support. Not a lot but adequate.

I wear an 8½-9 and was swimming in the 8½. They are super comfortable but I opted out of exchanging them for a better size since there is absolutely no arch support. I have o idea why people are rating these as being supportive.

The sides were touching my ankle bones but when I insert heel padding, the toe box felt too snug. Very comfortable though. But have to send them back.

Got these shows for my Grandma. She loves them! She wanted something fun, sophisticated and I needed them to be sturdy and comfortable. These fit all criteria. She has hard feet to fit but these work out very well. Impressed with the quality.

These shoes are light grey, not tan as shown in the photo. They are well made but the toe box is narrower than it appears and hit up against my toes.

Very comfortable and "sturdy" for a ballerina style. Great for city walking and travel. Run true to size. Their only drawback is that the soles - at least on my particular pair - leave black carbon-like smudges on wooden floors. Good outdoor shoes, but not good indoors.

Definitely size up at least half a size. Love the style but I decided to return the shoes.

Cute shoe but way too big.

This shoe is almost perfect, but there were two things that made me return it. The ball of the foot lacks cushion, which is a shame given that the rest of the shoe is nicely cushioned. The real problem was the look, though. It comes up a bit high on the sides, and the toe box is very long and comes up high on the toes. That gives it a somewhat orthopedic look, which is especially noticeable as I looked down on them. I am a size 9, and my feet looked huge in these. There are more stylish options out there.

I have these shoes in a hard sole, in this size and I love them. They are worn out, hence my needing another pair. These are too tight in the toe box.
