5 star gift card - Not much to say about a gift card, but will say I love your service and variety of product. I also bought Ugg slippers for everyone for Christmas, but did not have sizes for those receiving gift cards. Love your shipping and fast service. Thanks!

Christmas gift- on time!! I got Zappos' gift certificates for my sister and her family, for Christmas. I did this because I know that she will be taken care of with concern and ease by your Customer Service staff. That is how I was treated all year long- I purchased all my 2007 shoes from you. If I had to exchange or return the shoes I picked, NO PROBLEM at all. And the new pair was there the very next day. Couldn't get better service at any shoe store in my area. The certificates arrived on time to my sister, even though they went to my house first. Your staff person was so kind and sent them quickly to the right address and let me know how to do it correctly in the future, too. Thanks, Zappos!!

The gift card came very quickly, no problems there. It is very plain and comes in a plain white envelope. Nothing special for the holidays, no gift card holder. I was disappointed in that, but it worked fine.

I was disappointed that the gift card didn’t come with a card holder that had a "To" and "From" and "Amount". Although I did call and ask for one thinking that you had to have one and was shocked that you didn’t. I then made the suggestion to make these cards for every gift card ordered. Even if that couldn’t be done then at least the amount could be printed on the front side of the gift card. Other than that, I was thrilled to be able to give this gift card and others that I had ordered with people that didn’t know about Zappos and people that I had bragged about Zappos to. Thanks.
