I bought Zappos gift card for my mom's birthday. They are great!!! They have the best customer service. I made a mistake with the mailing address, and after realizing it, I called and they sent another one, next day shipping, to my mom with no additional charge to me and no questions asked. The best place to shop!!!

I recently purchased a gift card for my niece in California, who like me, loves shoes. I was impressed at how soon the gift card was sent out. Thank you Zappos. I hope someone gets me a gift card sometime!

...are you kidding? Zappos is the best. I have been an on line shopper with Zappos for a couple of years and it could not have been a better experience. This company is what gives on line shopping the "thumbs up". I am hooked.

I purchased a gift card, I had some questions before I bought it so I called Zappos, it was a very good experience. The person I spoke to could not have been nicer. Also the card arrived when promised, and free shipping. I most definitely would shop at Zappos again. Matter of fact, I think I will be purchasing a handbag from them.

Getting my daughter a Zappos gift card for her birthday was the best gift I've given her in a long time. She got to pick out her own favorite thing....some new running shoes....and she loves them! She picked her favorite color...got the size she knew best for her...and got just what she needed and wanted. It was a win-win because she loved it and it was SO easy for me!

I have been a Zappos customer for years and wanted my children to experience Zappos - so I gave this card, and another one for $50 to one of my daughters. She wanted some Ugg boots but ended up getting some great loafers. She is hooked too - yea for Zappos.

I just ordered a gift card for my wife for Christmas. The delivery of the card was the toughest part, because they would not leave it without a signature. Everything else went great.

This was the fastest and easiest online transaction I have ever experienced -- in more than 10 years of online shopping. I clicked "submit" for the gift certificate at 10:00pm on Wednesday night and by Thursday morning at 10:00am it was in my hands -- sent from Kentucky! I still can't figure it out, but I am not complaining. Actually, I have been speaking positively about it ever since and was more excited to give the gift because it came with such a fantastic story. Thank you Zappos! Oh, and I chose you because every review I read was better than the next.

The gift card was a great Christmas gift for my adult son. he needs new steel toe work shoes, and I knew he wanted Doc Martens, but the GC let him pick out what he really wants, and the free shipping both ways makes it SO EASY!!!
