My kids are 24 and 26 and recently had a birthday (2 days apart). It is not always easy to know what do get young adults, but I knew they would both appreciate gift cards for things they need. My daughter bought a new pair of Keens and my son bought some clothes for work. It was great to not have to worry about choosing the wrong thing or the wrong size, Thanks Zappos!

I bought a gift card for my nephew cause my dog chewed up one of his shoes while he was visiting. There was some problem with delivery to his address, he had to be there to sign, and through missed communication. He wasn't able to connect. I got an e-mail from Zappos letting me know there was a problem, they tried redelivery as requested, and I was able to contact my nephew and have him get the delivery.

I got this gift card for my sister who is pregnant. I wanted her to pick out some comfortable shoes for summer. It's a great gift to give anyone who wears shoes!

The second time I called I talked to a gentleman from Worthington MN. He had started with you about 6 months before that and I was very impressed with him. What a great way to please a teenager. A gift card they can use to choose their own boots, shoes, etc. My granddaughter was so thrilled. The boots she choose weren\'t the right size, but thanks to Zappos wonderful cost free exchange she had no problem.

Zappos rules for so many reasons. I bought this gift card for a family member to buy some shoes and she received it so quickly that I was caught off guard when she called to thank me!
