Great shoe. This shoe is very good for the high mileage, medium to large build runner. Used to get a lot of running injuries before I switched to this shoe (in its earlier versions) a couple years ago. Helped ease the pain of plantar fasciitis, more than any shoe. Highly recommend. I order this shoe 1 full size up from my normal shoe size. I use orthotics with mine but it still won't fit unless I order a size up.

Great shoe for workouts. Also recommended by my trainer - I returned to working out after several years of inactivity (too much work and no exercise): my trainer directed me to these shoes (the prior version, the Nimbus 9) for the stability and support. My feet are narrow so I've always had trouble finding a good workout shoe that fits. This is it. I recently ordered the Nimbus 10 in narrow and I am very pleased with it. I can't imagine working out in any other shoe.

Perfect running show - I love this shoe. It fits perfectly, gives the perfect amount of cushion and looks good. I run anywhere between 4-5 per day and would never consider another running shoe. I have tried several other brands and none can compare.

SO shiny! This shoe is extremely comfortable and a great running shoe. I've always run in ASICS, so I might be a little biased, but it does feel like they've beefed up the cushioning in the forefoot that was a little lacking in earlier models. I've never had a pair of running shoes that I thought was attractive and while I like the pink scroll pattern on these, be warned, the parts in the photo that look silver are REALLY, REALLY shiny - almost chrome-like. So, if you are looking for a subdued shoe, this isn't it.

Great Shoes - I am very pleased with the performance of these shoes. They are super comfortable for both walking and running. I was a bit concerned when I first tried them on, as the right shoe fit a bit more snug than the left one. After a couple wears though both shoes feel great. I gave the overall look a 4 out of 5 because the shoes are more shiny and metallic-looking than the online pictures show.

Love those ASICS Gel-Nimbus - I purchased the ASICS Gel-Nimbus tennis shoes because I had worn them previously. They are a wonderful fit and have great comfort. I use orthotics in mine and they are heavenly. My feet don't get tired in them and they fit like a glove.

Asics Gel Nimbus 10 - This is a great running shoe. I have a very narrow foot and this shoe in a 2A fits like a glove, lots of cushion, and they hold up well, this is my 3rd pair. I just wish some of the other colors would come in narrow.

My FAVORITE running shoes - The Nimbus 10s are the best running shoe I've ever had -- extremely comfortable and durable. This red-silver-white pair, my second, is pretty blingy looking. Training for a marathon in six months so I'll likely be getting another pair during that time and they will absolutely be Asics Nimbus 10. And as usual, Zappos got them to me a week sooner than anticipated.

Great shoe - I am training for a 5K and then a half marathon. This shoe is fantastic. It is light, comfortable, and flexible. I have no more pain on the bottom of my feet (I am a heavy, flat-footed runner). I did listen to the other reviews and went an entire size up, and the shoe is a little big. I should have only gone up a 1/2 size. I normally am an 8.5 in other Asics shoes and should have gone to just the 9.

Cute and comfy - Great shoe, lots of cushion for a runner who strikes pretty hard...

Gel-Nimbus 10 for neutral novices - I'm a middle-aged novice jogger with a high arch and a history of plantar fasciitis, so I did a lot of research before ordering the neutral Gel-Nimbus 10. It has exceeded every expectation for comfort, fit, and stability. It's cushioned enough to run on pavement, and the the great fit keeps my narrow heel down. I've taken the precaution of adding Super Feet insoles but have had absolutely no problems with arch pain. I will order these again when this pair wears out. (Order half a size up.)

Finally...NO break-in period required! I live in a very rural area, so it's difficult to just run out and buy a new pair of shoes. Thanks to Zappos excellent customer service, free shipping/returns and lightening fast shipping service, I am able to get what I need in a timely manner w/o exorbitant shipping costs. After reading all the positive reviews of the Asics Nimbus 10, I ordered a half size up and am IN LOVE with these shoes...I finally found a pair of running shoes for me that do not require a "breaking in" period...and NO HEEL BLISTERS! As someone who is new to running, I found all the consumer reviews to be extremely helpful in guiding my choice for a comfortable, quality pair of running shoes. Flashy and comfy - I love these shoes! I used to wear Adidas until they narrowed their toe box. Now Asics fit the bill. I'm a neutral runner who is a tad heavy, so these shoes had the extra cushioning I needed. I wish there was just a little more cushioning in the forefoot. The heel is narrow, but I find it hugs my foot well and stays in place.

ASICS Gel-Nimbus10 - I have a very difficult finding workout shoes that fit well. The Gel-Nimbus10 is great and quite comfortable. I needed more padding under the ball of my feet and this shoe has it. They run a little short, however. I first ordered the 10 1/2M and they seemed be okay at first, but after wearing them outdoors, I realized my toes were touching the end so I decided to order the 11M and it works fine.

Asics Gel Nimbus 10 A++++ Love Zappos for their great customer service once again. The Asics Gel Nimbus 10 are wonderfully comfortable and there are some upgrades to this shoe that makes them worth the purchase price. I noticed more heel support, new lacing which was more comfortable on the top of my foot when I run long distances, more cushioning, and a little more stability. I normally wear a size 7 1/2 and I ordered an 8 and it fit great for running. My Nimbus 9s were a size 7 1/2 so these do run a little smaller than the old version.

AAA comfort - The Asics Nimbus can't be beat. I have arthritis in my foot and work at a garden center, walking all day nonstop. This shoe pillows your feet.

Great shoe for moderate runner - Fit like a glove as soon as I put this shoe on. Have lower back problems and slightly falling arches and wear this shoe both with/without support insert comfortably. Good support for hitting the pavement. Generally wear a size 10, but ordered 10 1/2 in these shoes.

Best shoes yet! I spent a few weeks analyzing the hundreds of choices that there are for tennis shoes. I spend lots of time running back and forth to grab drinks and burgers for my customers. Sometimes my shift lasts as long as 12 hours. It was very important to find a shoe that would give me the support I need and even relieve joint pains in my knees. I found that in the ASICS. They are the best shoes I have ever purchased. Even though they were a bit more than I wanted to pay I am very happy and they will probably be my next purchase.

You can't go wrong! It took me a couple of tries, but I finally found the right shoe for me & it was the Gel Nimbus. I've since tried others, foolishly, and have come back to these shoes. You can't get any better cushioning & support. The Green Superfeet compliment them nicely (for my foot). I am always disappointed in the colors & style, but that is the least important aspect of a good shoe, especially when you are training for marathons, traithlons, or just need to be nice to your feet. Don'sacrifice the well-being of your feet for a few bucks.

Finally!!! I have a terrible time finding a running shoe that is comfortable, stable at the heel and narrow enough to keep me from sliding inside the shoe. This is the best fitting running shoe that I have ever tried. I have AAA feet and a normal arch, but have a high instep. I do need to do the extra lace technique to get the best fit at the heel, but I would not trade these for anything. I hope that Asics will continue to make this style exactly the way it is. Thank you Zappos for giving me the opportunity to order several different styles and makes at one time to find the one that REALLY fits me. I don't wear orthotics, so I can't comment on that, but Asics makes several widths and I cannot imagine that something wouldn't work. I love this company!!!

Comfy - This shoe is soooo comfortable and fits great. I ordered my regular size. I often have issues with shoes slipping at the heel but this one is perfect!

Excellent Running Shoe - I would highly recommend this shoe for any runner - from recreational to competitive. I run approximately 50 mpw and these are the most comfortable running shoes I've ever worn. I upgraded to the Nimbus from the 2000 series. These shoes are definitely worth the extra money.
