I've been teaching Jazzercise in this model for 5 years, replace every 1 1/2 to 2 years. They are comfortable and supportive and last longer than other brands I've tried. I use off the shelf orthotics with these for my flat feet.

I found this to be a very comfortable shoe. I do have orthotics, so I can't comment on arch support. I wore NB 811 for years, but hated the fact that they weren't leather. Like the 811's, this shoe has a high toe box. Would highly recommend this shoe.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have been able to find for my troublesome feet. I would suggest that anyone ordering them should get a 1/2 size larger than they usually wear. Zappos has the best prices and customer service of any others that I have found!

I have to wear the New Balance 800 series because of foot problems. They are great for support, style, comfort, true to size, and hold up very well. I wear them all day every day at work, and also at home and weekend activities. Never a problem with the shoes.

Very supportive for everyday wear as well as for cardio and weight-lifting at the gym. Accommodates my bunions. Only negative for me: the balls of my feet were a little sore.

This shoe has excellent support and the RollBar adds extra stability. And I love Zappos! The variety, convenience, and speed of shipping keeps me coming back.

First of all, Zappos' excellent customer service made this a dream order. I had ordered size 8, but they fit too exactly for me. I needed a half-size larger. I used Live Chat and the exchange was handled effortlessly. I chatted with the customer service rep in the early evening, and my replacement shoes arrived the next day! Spectacular service! On to the shoe: I bought these for cross-training and they are extremely comfortable, even on the first workout. Good arch support, laces that tie tight but not too tight, high enough at the ankle to feel like you get some support...good cross-trainers. I'm very happy with these shoes.

I have bought these shoes before and knew that they fit. They are a half size larger than my normal size. These are cross-trainers and are great for Jazzercise, because they give stability while allowing me to be light on my feet.

Zappos expedited my order to next day delivery without any additional charge. The shoes I ordered were exactly as I expected both size and width. I am on my feet for 8 continuous hours each day and need to wear orthotics. I added the orthotics with no problems.

Accurate sizing, a deep toe box for wiggle room, and very good support. I've also noticed that my feet don't sweat in these the way they do in other shoes. The best part, though, was discovering that I can spend hours on my flat feet and not wake with a sore back the next morning.The perfect shoe for imperfect feet!

I chose to shop at Zappos because of the excellent customer service I have always received from them. I have a severe case of plantar fasciitis and wanted a really good pair of shoes to support my feet. I use an orthotic as well as Spenco innersoles. This is working out very well.

I have worn and reordered this shoe for over two years with my orthotics. My feet are well supported for the walking I do. The padding, even with the insoles removed, is great. I recently purchased a pair of New Balance WX 855 walking sneakers for my wife. You wouldn't buy these walkers if you were in it for the style. However, if you have wide feet, diabetes, or bunions, and you want to do some serious walking in comfort. These walkers are for you. We do trail walking over 5 miles a day. So far my wife has said that these walkers are the best she has owned. When she wears these out, a new pair are in order.

These are great shoes. Ordering through Zappos was a snap. I have very wide feet. Thanks to NB they fit great for people like me. And the shipping was scary and fast. Congrats Zappos, you have all others beat.

I have worn New Balance for many years and this is my second pair of this style. I'm a nurse and on my feet all day. They provide comfort and support. This style was recommended by New Balance expert and they were not wrong. Thanks Zappos for great service.

Very comfortable and supportive. I have narrow feet and flat arches. These are great for both.

This is a great shoe! Very comfortable and it provides the stability I need for my flat feet. I do Hip Hop Abs and Turbo Kick exercise programs in this shoe. I have not experienced any of the rolling or support ankle issues that I have in the past with other shoes. I originally bought a size 7.5 but had to exchange it for a size 8.

This is my second pair of these shoes and I love them. I bought them at first because I had pains in my arches and ankles when I did a lot of walking and the staff at my local New Balance store recommended them. Due to the enhanced stability in these shoes, I’ve had no more problems with my ankles or arches. They are not the most stylish shoes, but having no pain overrides that.

I'm a 5 to 6-day-a-week exerciser and have been searching for shoes to replace my last pair of discontinued favorite Rykas for use in step class, kickboxing, and cycling. I like these NB's a lot. I have a narrow foot through the forefoot and these shoes are comfy and not too wide in that area, as is often my problem with cross-trainers. They're comfortable and provide good lateral and arch support. My only complaints would be that they're a little heavier than I'd prefer, and that they're sort of old-school in their styling. A little clunky. All in all, B+!

I ordered these shoes for my sister. She has a very wide foot. She cannot afford to buy good shoes. She would buy cheap shoes 2 or 3 times bigger to fit her. My sister loves theses shoes. It's not easy to find 4E shoes that look nice. My sister says these shoes are the best Christmas gift she could ever get. She even walks better with them on. Her feet don't hurt now when she walks. I checked out other web sites and found Zappos had the same shoe, but at a much cheaper price. I saved on the price of the shoes and also on shipping them. Your prices could not be beat. I will definitely buy more 4E shoes from you. Your shoes are the exact same shoe as the New Balance site but cheaper. Thank you.

I'm so glad I decided to order these shoes. I was a bit hesitant at first because of the plain styling. However, once I received the shoes and tried them on, I found them to be attractive, and they seem to go with everything. They're very comfortable, yet they provide the perfect amount of support and stability for my double wide, flat feet. Score!
