I was informed of your web site by an employee of a New Balance store when they did not have my size in stock. He says he is a former Zappo\\\'s employee! Am I thankful to him for this!! Not only did I save abt $23,The shoe came to me the very next day.Now, my 15 year old son[a shoe-a-holic]is constantly surfing your site for cletes and tennis shoes. I have also shared it with friends and family.

I've had 2 foot surgeries and now wear custom orthotics. Also have to be very careful to get shoes with good support. Since my foot has widened out (a lot) since the surgeries, I now wear a EEE width, which is impossible to find in a regular shoe store. This is my fourth pair of New Balance shoes from Zappos.com and I have ordered EE, EEE and this latest time, EEEE width. They no longer make EEE width, so I just wear 2 pairs of socks. It's only 1/8" difference. I play tennis a lot, and these are comfortable from the moment they come out of the box. I have to keep buying new ones often because hard courts are murder on the soles. Customer service is outstanding and even though these shoes are pretty expensive, they fit and are comfortable. What more could you ask for? I am a huge fan of Zappos and as long as they sell these weird sizes and widths, they will have me as a customer.

This is my second or third pair of these, so obviously I like them. I wear them to the gym and for tennis. The fit is great for narrow feet and they 11 is spot on. Lots of companies making 11s are cutting them too short, NB included, but not on this style!

Best sneaker I've ever owned. I work on floor for 12 hours a day. As soon as I received them the fit was so good you would never think they were new as far as a breaking in period. Very comfortable. I have to also add I have very bad arthritis in my knees and these two days I have worn them, my knees were pain-free when I got home, unlike previous days where I was sore. I highly recommend this sneak.

Not the most stylish shoe, but if you want a supportive and comfortable shoe for a lot of walking then this is it. I have a very wide foot, and this is the best fitting workout shoe I've ever worn. There was no break in period. They fit perfect right out of the box. I would highly recommend these shoes.

I have long and very narrow(4A)feet. I selected this particular showe because one of the reviews said it runs narrow. \r\nAnd it does! It fits and feels great. Usually, the laces are too long because my feet are so narrow, but even that \r\nis not an issue with these shoes!
