The reviews were right on! I need shoes for a wedding and ordered 8 pair-something I got from another Zappos user. I got them yesterday (2 days after order) and tried them on last night. One pair fit wonderfully and felt the same when wearing. First of all, I looked them up in my order and the right-fitting shoes were one of the inexpensive shoes. Second, this pair of shoes EXACTLY fit the previous reviews! None of the other shoe reviews had such a wonderful review, except one. I agree with someone else-the toe box is a little small but I'm taking them to a shoe guy and have them stretched. So, the other 7 pair go back- with free shipping- and I'm happy! By the way-I have two knee replacements and they still feel good.

Gorgeous - Wow is right! I loved the look of these shoes. They are classy but modern. They looked fabulous on. I loved the detail on the under sole of the shoe. The leather was beautiful. However, I found the toe box to be too cramped for my feet. I ordered a double-wide in my size since they didn't have a wide available. Surprisingly, the double wide felt great all over, except where it counted! My toes felt too crammed. Maybe the width run smaller than it says. I am afraid that the next size up would be too big/long, so I unfortunately had to exchange them for another pair of shoes. I hope those do the trick this time around. This is the first time I have done business with Zappos, and I am extremely happy with their service and prompt delivery. I will most certainly do business with them again!

Cute and comfy - These shoes are very stylish, I really like how they look with pants or jeans. My feet are very wide and I ordered these in an 8.5WW. However, they aren't as wide as I would have expected. Length is perfect and they are comfortable.

Pretty dress shoe - Very pretty, dressy shoe. Nice heel height. Just a bit tight in the toe box due to the point but I was able to break the shoe in enough for comfort. It's tough to find a stylish pump in a neutral color. This shoe can be worn with dress pants, skirts or a business dress.

Cute shoe - This shoe is even cuter in person. It is quite comfortable.

"Wow" for Bella-Vita Wow - Wow works well for every occasion - looks and feels great. In spite of the heel height I can wear them all day and into the evening with comfort. Good value.

Arrived with a small scuff on the side and on the soles of both shoes. I chose to wear them to my event anyway since it was apparently the only pair available in my size, hoping that the scuff wasn't too noticeable. I'm sorry that I did, but that's because the shoes were pretty uncomfortable after an hour in them - pinched toes, only moderate arch support, and very thin soles. I wish I could return them as I'll never wear them again. An expensive mistake. Shoe does run true to size in length, but if you normally wear a wide shoe, I highly suggest you order a half-size up since the toe-box is too narrow and will pinch your toes.

I love the Bella-Vita Wow styling and have ordered this in several colors in y usual 6.5W. The sizing is not consistent or the material is different because only two "colors" fit. I am sorry to have to return the black and white version and the red version because they are gorgeous. They are tight and short on me.

I wear a 6.5 WW and this shoe fit more like a wide. Too narrow for me. Also, I think online the photo looked fine for the style, but when I received the shoe, the toe looked more pointy and therefore seems outdated to me. It also made my foot look longer than it actually is. The shoe seemed comfortable, besides being too narrow. It's very difficult to find a dress shoe for a WW foot. I don't have any problem finding booties.

This is a good shoe for the office or for work, where you don't have to stand for hours. It is dressy and a classic style. The color is exactly the same as pictured and will go with lots of different colored clothes. I like the shoe, but would not want to walk any distance in them.

My foot is 9.5 EEE and I ordered a 10 EE. I already had the Easy Street Chiffon pump in black, which is identical and which is now "breaking in" a little at the front because my feet are anything but pointy. Every step I take fold the shoe at the tip. So I am returning these as I fear they won't wear well in fairly short order. Also, my foot did look like it was too large in general for the shoe. However, they are lovely enough and the taupe would have looked good with my gray pants.

Almost perfect - I should have listened to the other reviews, they truly are helpful... I had the same problem as some others, these shoes are pretty, pretty darn comfortable, but LONG...and my heel slips out the back. I kept them thinking they were ok, but actually really wish I had returned them. I am an 11, and they are too big, but probably a 10 would be tight. Sure wish more shoe manufacturers would make 10.5!

Lovely shoe, but very uncomfortable with no arch support at all. Also, the area for my heel comes back to a very narrow point instead of rounded. Not very well made. I haven't been able to wear it and would like to return it.

After reading the review, I bought a pair of these shoes. My right foot felt just right. However, the left shoe kept slipping, and I feel it about half size bigger than marked. The leather edges are quiet hard and nipped on my skin. I wish there is a service to soft them for me.

I bought my normal size and wow! These are narrow. I have wide feet and I bought the wide, but the shoe was incredibly narrow and really uncomfortable. Not a keeper!

I love the look of these shoes but they are horribly uncomfortable. They run very narrow and are not at all what I expected from a WW. I would recommend that you really wear them around the house to decide if you can wear them. I made the mistake of wearing them out and now I own an pair of shoes I can only wear while sitting... LOL I would be very wary of Bella_Vita again and not sure I would risk another pair. Thanks and Good luck!

Cute shoe, good fit, but very cheaply made. Looked nice for about 2 weeks then the leather started to peel away in the front and back. Very disappointing since I really liked the fit. By the way, Zappos handled the returns beautifully...both times I had to send them back. I thought the first pair was a fluke...I was wrong...the second pair was worse.

Bella Vita are my go to dress shoes. The comfort of the leather, the fit and the styling are just perfect. Zappos is my shoe store of choice as their customer service is A+++, free shipping and returns are superior quality above and beyond any other shoe source I have utilized. Love the look, but it is just so pointy that even thought I ordered one size bigger and wide, it is still so uncomfortable I will have to send them back.

I love these shoes. I'm a hard-to-fit person, and these fit me well enough that I can be relatively comfortable in wearing them all day for work or to events. They do well for both dressy occasions. I'm not happy that the price has doubled since I bought them a couple of weeks ago. I was planning to buy more. There's a design on the bottom that's adorable (a Van Gogh, I believe) and matches the box they come in.

great must-have shoe. nice wrap detail on the front for interest in an otherwise simple, classic shoe. fit true to size and true to width. heel is modest height, great for many occasions and i can wear these all day! i am so thankful to Zappos for offering wide widths, and to Bella Vita for making cute styles in wide widths! thank you!
