I ordered the Sable Herring print. It is as cute in person as it shows in the picture. However, the shoe is so unbearably stiff that I could not even get the shoe on properly. The size was the right size, but this material should not be used for shoes. Luckily, Zappos return policy is wonderful. They are going back.

I'm so disappointed! The width is perfect. The length seems good, and the heel height is flattering, but this shoe has a toe box that flattens and mashes my toes. Beautiful but uncomfortable! Returned them. I'm 5'8', 140 and wear 12N.

Uncomfortable - too tight, right out of the box - going back. And I always wear a size 8. Not going to chance that these shoes will"break in" and feel better. They are nice looking, but if shoes don't feel good when I put them on, they aren't for me.

I have to say these are the worst fitting shoes I have ever gotten from Zappos. I watched the video and the employee showed how flexible the shoe is and I thought okay this is going to be pretty good. I wear a 7N but these shoes hurt by toes so badly. I work for a major university in an office setting with nice carpet but they are extremely uncomfortable. If I had not worn them all day, I would have returned them.

These shoes were very comfortable. However, they were not very good quality. Within the first few wears, the leather at the toes was fraying. I polished frequently to try to hide the fact that they were fraying and continued wearing them. After only a few months, the bottom of one of the heels has come off. I may take it in to a shoe repair shop to see whether it can be repaired, but I am not impressed with the quality of this shoe. It is too bad, because the shoe is lovely and very comfortable.

These shoes were the perfect color. First I ordered a 8.5 N and they fell off my feet. I returned for an 8N and I can't get my foot into the shoe. There is a huge difference. The box the first pair came in was plain and unmarked. I'm wondering if they were not 8.5N but something larger. The shoe size was unmarked. Disappointed as I like the color and shoe.

These shoes are of excellent quality; the leather is gorgeous, the inside is very cushy and comfortable, the kitten heel is beautiful, the pointy toe isn't too long or pointy...everything about the shoe is flawless EXCEPT the fact that it feels about a half size too big. My feet easily slid right out of the shoe. No way I can pay this much money for a shoe that doesnt fit properly and Id always be self conscious about walking in it considering it easily slides off. I ordered the size 11 black leather and I am so disappointed.

The Bella-Terra Wow, sadly, are uncomfortable shoes. They are quite stiff, and the interior is made of a plastic, which causes one's feet to sweat, resulting in squeeking sounds when walking. I purchase leather because it is a natural material and does not not cause one's feet to sweat. I was quite surprised at the degree of discomfort and lack of quality materials used in this shoe especially given the price. I've purchased many less expensive shoes and have not experienced the above noted issues as with the Bella-Terra Wow.

Surprised at how cheaply made these were - at all the edges, you could see the rough cut of the leather so that it was black with light brown flecks. In the area up front where they cross over, the leather was poorly glued so that it actually had a faulty look. I normally wear 8.5 B but with a growing bunion, and so ordered the wide. They still felt tight. Ended up with Rockports that are perfect.

Not an EE at all more like WW. EE and WW are NOT the same.

I had to return these shoes. The stitching inside was flawed, making it sharp, ripping my stocking. When I went to put them in the box to return, I noticed that the right heel tip was put on backward!

The toe space is way too confining. I couldn't even make it through one day in these shoes because my toes were so cramped. I don't think the shoes were too small because if I had gone a size up, the heel would have been too big.

shoes fit very well just out of the box BUT as the hours went by during my first and only wearing, these shoes grew in length and width. by the end of the evening i couldn't walk in them without stepping out of them. :-(
