I first ordered these in a size 6. My toes were slightly crammed so I decided to send them back and order a 6.5. I knew they would be a bit too big but figured I would add the foot and heel pads to take up the space. It worked! These are really cute and the heel height is perfect. I do suggest adding a non-slip pad to the bottom of the shoe.

I was looking for a practical dressy heel for work and something that would match both black and brown, business wear and evening wear and I found it! This shoe has a lot of style, and the heel is just enough to add a bit of height and style for a more dressy look. Comfort-wise, this is one of the most comfortable heels I've ever had. It's still not as comfortable as a flat, obviously, and it doesn't have much cushioning for the ball of the foot. The comfort is good for a heel, though. Width-wise, I'm saying that it's narrower than marked - only because of the style; the pointed toe makes it narrow faster. The back felt fine. It's something I expected from this style, and perhaps something to account for when you purchase it. But hey! With Zappos, you could always return it and ask for a wide! I kept mine because it didn't scrunch my toes much, and the leather seems soft enough that it could stretch. As a final comment, I was able to stand in them for a school day! So, I got what I wanted and expected!

I bought these shoes because others had indicated that they were comfortable when standing on your feet all day. I ended up having to buy some gel inserts for the ball of the foot to be able to stand and walk in these comfortably for an extended period of time - which is certainly a more than acceptable thing to have to do. When I'm at work meetings, I have to be on my feet for over 8 hours - a tough challenge for any shoes with a heel! My guess is that in these shoes my foot was slipping foward into the pointy toe, which was causing the discomfort. Thank goodness for gel inserts! The shoes are a very nice basic pump - and they do look great with dresses and slacks, which make them perfect for work trips.

Very stylish for a basic black pump. Very roomy at the toe and instep (good for people with flat feet) but not strong in arch support, so expect to walk on the toe often.

It is always difficult for me to find my size. I was thrilled to find and purchase this shoe in 2 colors. It is a very comfortable shoe that did not have to be broken-in.

Very nice and comfortable shoe but the back of the shoe is too wide causing the shoe to come off when walking. I'm ordering the same shoes again and hopefully I'll be luckier the second time.

This is the single most comfortable double wide dress shoe that is nice looking that I've ever bought. The only thing I would ask to change is the small U shaped insert at the bed of the heel. The moment I put it on, I could feel the stitching. Normally, I would send it back for something like this, since I have hyper sensitive feet, but I succumbed to the comfort, fit, and utter gorgeousness.

The quality of the leather is very good. I am very satisfied with their appearance. These shoes are true to size. I have a very skinny heal so I needed to add a heal pad. Not at all unusual for me. These shoes are very comfortable. I do quite a bit of walking during the day.

I have ordered these once before. They aren't wear all day comfy, but I have an extra-wide, short, flat foot and they are nice dress-up shoes that fit. As long as the event isn't more than 3-4 hours they are great.

I was looking for a classy shoe and had to be careful as I have developed a bone spur in my right heel. I found these and decided to try them. I am on my feet a lot at work and they are very comfortable for a dressy shoe. I don't even have to wear my inserts with these! I bought the metallic leaf print and they are gorgeous. The kid leather is very soft. I would say they are a tad long, but that has not proven to be any problem. I would buy this brand of shoe again in a heartbeat! I have recommended them to my friends.

It's very beautiful as it is in the photos and I like it very much, it was a little narrower than I expected and a little smaller. My feet hurt on the back on the first day after I wore them so I now need to wear socks to make them bigger till they are totally comfortable.

I really like these black pumps. These pumps are classic and will never go out of style. They were a little snug in the toes so I would get a half size bigger if they came in half sizes. Other than that, I love them!

I bought the metallic leaf shoe in 7.5 WW. They are beautiful, but hurt to wear and run a little big. I wish I would have listened to instinct and ordered a 7. But they look fabulous, so I keep them at work and wear them when I\'m away from my desk. They look great with pants or skirts/dresses. I wish someone would invent pointy heels that don\'t hurt!

Not very wide - This shoe is narrow in the toe box and wide in the heel. Not only did I have extreme slippage in the heel, but I just didn't think it would ever feel comfortable in the toe, and I do wear pointed toe shoes. :) It was also very *long* for the marked size. Not a real EE. Also, while it's a cute shoe overall, it does NOT have a 2.5 inch heel - it's closer to 2" (which is what I found listed for it in another shoe catalog later), so it didn't really have the look I was going for. Bella Vita makes some really cute shoes if they could get their sizing more on track.

Fits my wide foot - This is a good looking shoe I bought for a wedding. I give comfort only three stars, because I'm not sure how comfortable a shoe like this is supposed to be. I wore them around the house for 20 minutes or so, and my feet were a little cramped at that point. I am an 8.5 double wide, and these were wide enough. As usual, Zappos gives speedy delivery - I'm not sure who works the night shift there, but I ordered these shoes on a Saturday night and had them by Monday afternoon.

I have extremely wide feet and this is the first heel I have been able to even get my foot into let alone walk in. I still put a 3 for comfort because well, heels are not comfortable and I had to buy extra padding for the balls of my feet. I got EE width; I can only hope more designers pay attention to making cute and fashionable wide shoes.

Looks more expensive than it is! Great fit! The tip of the shoe got scuffed and a small piece of leather came off the first time I wore them, but it was easily fixed with clear nail polish. A very nice looking shoe for the price.

Although I ordered an 11W, they were much too narrow in the toe.

I liked the extra interest in the folded-over look of the front but the medium width, which normally fits, was too narrow for my feet.
