I was unimpressed with these pumps. I love that the heel was short, an I love the color. I am a 10WW, and unfortunately, these were just a bit too narrow for my foot. I usually love Bella Vita because their round-toe heels are great for wide feet, but I guess that's not the case with their pointed-toe heels.

I ordered these in the light taupe kidskin and I did not think the color was accurately pictured. I would call this color a light dove grey. Not bad, but not as I expected. This shoe was just not a good fit. The 7W felt very long for a size 7 and had no arch support. Did appear to be a well made shoe but had to return.

Needed a dressy and comfortable shoe for a wedding. This is dressy but the color did not match the dress and had to return. Rated comfort as 1 star because I didn't wear shoe long enough to judge.

At least in gray, this shoe has a real old lady look and feel to it. Something about the not quite pointy toe and the crossover wrap on top. Felt comfortable on. Maybe it would work in another color or texture (other than plain kid leather).

Not bad! The toe box was (almost) wide enough in the wide size, and insole padding was okay (though there could always be more in my book). There is no arch support to speak of. (Why don't they shape pumps so that the outsole approximates the shape of an actual instep? Then a little extra padding in the insole would be sufficient to help with higher arches.) This is a stylish shoe, but it's not as pretty (or as comfortable for me) as the Nine West Austin.

These shoes look very nice, but they are narrow and I am just not used to the narrow fit. As I find them a bit uncomfortable, I will be returning them. But for those more used to a narrow fit, they really make your foot look attractive.

They look good,and fit well. I would like to have kept them. But, they squeak terribly when walked in.

The shoe is very wide for a narrow and slightly long but that could possibly be because the shoe is wide for the size.

This is the 3rd pair of these pumps I've bought -- I have black and brown, too. Attractive basic pump that fits my hard-to-fit feet. A little long, but I use ball-of-foot pads to keep my feet from sliding too far forward.

Pretty shoe but the toes were squished even with a wide width shoe. Had to return.

I would do best with a 5.5 narrow, but because those are a rare find, I have to go up to a 6 narrow. Unfortunately, these shoes felt more like a 6.5-7 and they just didn\'t feel narrow enough, especially in the heel. I couldn\'t keep them on. I\'m returning them in hope of finding something better.

I bought these shoes last year and thought I could wear them with several different outfits. Even though I ordered my size they were too large around the heel. Instead of returning them I tried to fix the problem by buying a set of heel liners. It helped some, but the shoe still kept slipping off. I will not buy this brand again, it's not true to its size.

I liked the look of this shoe, but had to return them because they were too short and pinched my toes. I am finding that if I try on a shoe in my correct size and it doesn't fit that going up or down a half size does not make the shoe fit any better. It is then too small or too big. Zappos service is terrific, so I will try another brand and see if they fit better.

This was exactly what I was looking for - a stylish wide shoe. I have to return them however because they were too narrow. I will try a half size larger.

Way too small - This shoe was way too small, even for my medium/narrow feet, and was therefore very uncomfortable. I didn't love it enough to try to get it in a larger size, so I can't comment on how that would have been.

Waaaaaay to narrow of a toe box. Shoe also ran small. I wear an 8.5 or 9 if on the small side. These pinched my toes and were shrort on length.

I had high hopes for this shoe; I had some in the 70's that looked similar from a company called Johansan. I first ordered an 8 1/2 narrow which turned out to be way to long. So I ordered an 8, but these don't fit at all! The shoe's last is way too short in the 8's. Bummer...

I ordered my usual size, but my big toe dug into the top of this shoe at the front - the toe box is too shallow and the point too extreme. There isn't enough padding in the insole at the ball of the foot and there is zero arch support. Loved the red color, though, and the shoebox is beautiful!

These shoes have no footbed or padding. Pan on adding Dr. Scholl's pads unless you want the balls of your feet to ache when you get home. I love the style and wear them to church but these are not shoes that you can wear all day in comfort.

I ordered this shoe in white, but when it arrived to my disappointment it was more of an eggshell white, so I had to return it. It was truly a beautiful shoe but I also found it a bit snug and it felt a little narrower than normal, you may want to get a wider size in this shoe for good measure!

Great style, but too tight on the toe and metatarsal region. Severe red marks occurred on the metatarsal bone below the "big toe" within an hour of wear time. Supple leather and great red/orangish color, just couldn't recommend for comfort.

Not sure what the WOW factor is about these shoes. Sending them back. Too much toe cleavage,I know that sounds funny but its true. Also no padding in these shoes and the red is odd, kind of a pinkish red. Just not for me.
