Never thought I would find a pair of pointed toed pumps that are comfortable, but these are! The color is great too, can wear with black & brown. Heel height is great for walking. I'm very pleased and would recommend them for anyone looking for a dressy, comfortable pump.

These pumps are very sexy, but they run small. I really like them, and will try to get them 1 size larger.

Thanks for the free, rapid shipping! I ordered 2 pairs of this shoe; one in sable and the other in taupe. The sable is beautiful; never expected to find a wide shoe this pretty. Doesn\'t even look wide. The taupe is a good versatile color. This shoe comes in a nice variety of colors. It\'s good to know where to order a comfortable pump in almost every color.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I bought a wide width. While it works well across the widest part of my foot, my heel does tend to slip out of the shoe. It is very stylish. I bought the shoe for work. It does not have a soft sole, so I am ready to take them off by the end of the day. I would definitely buy these shoes again.

Bella-Vita's Wow black heels - I've been looking for a comfortable black heel that I can wear to work, and this shoe definitely is it!! I can work in these shoes and my feet don't hurt! They are very comfortable! I just wish they came in other colors.

Three strikes and I quit - I tried this shoe in three sizes. Finally the last try - 7.5 W - fit, but just did not feel comfortable. I felt my weight pushing forward toward the toes so they felt jammed. I also would have liked more padding under the ball of the foot. Definitely a pretty shoe, but not the comfort I expected after reading other reviews. Kudos to Zappos for giving me the three tries without penalties.

Wish they came in size 5 - As others have said, these are gorgeous shoes. Unfortunately, I had to return them as the 5.5 pair were just a bit too large (I wear a 5 or a 5.5 depending on the manufacturer). I would have tried the narrow, but I was worried that would have made the toe box uncomfortable--it was JUST wide enough in the 5.5. Oh well, Zappos makes returns very easy and I'm trying something else.

Wow works for me - My experience shows this style runs half a size large. I ordered a size 10 originally but exchanged for a size 9 1/2. They're perfect. The Wow looks great, especially on a big foot. The pointy toe and the wrap-around detail are very flattering. It's a good-looking shoe and is comfortable as well. I purchased these to wear for a special evening out. I had to walk about four blocks in these shoes. It has a moderate heel. No foot discomfort whatsoever with this pretty shoe. A new classic black pump that looks appropriate with a little black party dress or with jeans.

Beautiful shoe - Love the styling-simple but elegant. I bought the black suede and it's a perfect compliment to my winter dress clothes. Comfortable heel height.

Finally - a pointy-toe shoe I can wear! I've often admired pointy toe shoes on other women, but with small, wide feet could never find a pointy-toe that I could wear. I bought these in a wide and they're one of the most comfortable shoes I own. They look fantastic with skirts and pants. This is a great work shoe!

Great for work - I need a pump for business attire during the work day - this is the most perfect shoe I have found to meet the need. It is stylish without the high (over 2 1/2") heel that makes it practical for business wear. Wish it came in Taupe, Gray and Navy.

Really beautiful shoes - The picture does not do this shoe justice. It is really beautiful, height of the heel is perfect, and the shoe is very comfortable. I recommend it very highly. Great for work, special occasions, or any time you want to wear a pair of great looking shoes.

Toes pinch...heels slip - I really wanted these to work for the holidays and for symphony concerts which we subscribe to. However they are just too uncomfortable and the back of the shoe slips off my heels. Also I find the tiny heels stylish, but difficult to walk in.

Beautiful classic shoe - I love the classic style of this shoe. Perfect for work when wearing a skirt a little above the knee because they aren't too high. I normally wear a 7-7.5 depending on the shoe, but I was able to get these in a W width, and therefore the 7.5 was too big. I need to return them for a 7. Beautiful shoe, great fit, except a little too long for my foot. I'm sure the 7 will be perfect.

Classic and comfortable - I first bought this shoe in the black suede because I needed a classic black dress pump for a particular outfit. I wore them the first time to a dinner-dance and they were so comfortable, even after dancing, that I bought a 2nd pair in black leather. I usually wear a 7 1/2 D, that is what I bought and the fit was great.

Comfortable and Classic - I really like this show it's super comfy and goes with just about anything I want to wear. A great classic work shoe.

I love this shoe!!! It is so comfortable and sharp. I won't have to break this shoe in. Thanks to Zappos for rush delivery on my first order. I ordered this shoe late last night and the next afternoon I have this shoe on. This tells me that I won't have to wait 2 weeks on regular shipment. I will order Bella-Vita again and other shoes. I ordered a 10W and the fit is perfect.

"WOW" for Zappos and "WOW" for this shoe! This shoe is a beauty!! Extremely comfortable and good looking!! I love that this is a great looking pointy shoe with a low heel! However, it does fit slightly larger. I am a size 8-81/2 and I originally ordered a size 8 1/2. The back of my heel was slipping off... I just ordered a size 8 and I’m sure they will fit perfectly!

Love the shoe! I have a very narrow/slim foot and this shoe fit in the narrow size. I wore them to work all day (11 hours) and they were very comfortable. No blisters! I walked 6 blocks in them. I am very happy with this shoe. I ordered the black kidskin, and I'm considering ordering the patent as well. I'm a professional in my 30s and it's hard to find narrow shoes that look decent.

Wow is simply beautiful with comfort you can count on. Wonderful to finally find a pump that actually fits wide feet. Not only are these comfortable but they are versatile for casual pants or dressing up. I ordered the bronze and am so happy with how many things they go with. Great shoe - Very comfortable shoe. I have very wide feet and these fit perfectly. I wore them all day and my feet never hurt.

Great shoe for day or evening - I have a lot of trouble finding shoes in my size and price range in Tulsa because I wear a 9.5AA. In department stores they rarely carry narrow widths and if they do they only carry 9 or 10, no half sizes. This shoe is very attractive and comfortable to walk in.

This is a very comfortable and versatile shoe. It is extremely dressy looking, yet the heel height is functional. It can also be worn with casual looking clothes and give them that pop that having on the right shoe can do. It's the kind of shoe you want to have two of because in a black patent that looks this good, it's not going to go out of style and you'll always want it as part of your wardrobe.

Revised opinion! I was extremely happy with these shoes from the get-go, but I have extremely large feet with large bunions, hence they were a little snug the first day. However, the second day and thereafter they've fit amazing! I LOVE these shoes and wish they came in more colors because I've worn these every day since I got them! They fit perfect on my un-perfect feet!
