I had to return these and get a full size smaller in a wide width. 7.5W fits perfectly (I'm normally an 8.5W). These are super comfy and I love the mandala design on them. Since Dansko messed with their sizing they don't fit me anymore, and Klogs will become my new go-to shoe!

Love these shoes. I have wide toes, bunions, and iffy arches, and I can walk and stand in these shoes all day. I've worn them multiple times a week for more than 2 months now, and they still look just about brand new. They are extremely comfortable and lighter in weight than they look. I tried Dansko (heavier) and Alegria (didn't fit comfortably) in the same order and am glad I gave these a try. I got the Black tooled leather design and think they're very attractive - as clogs go!

I have finally noticed with the leather Naples that I need to size a half size down-7.5 because on all of my size 8's they have stretched to the point that they are too big for my feet. As far as the patent leather Naples styles they fit true to size. I have worn Klogs Naples style for years; not a huge fan of the Mission style due to the fact that the foot opening is more narrow. I used to wear Danskos constantly until i got tired of twisting my ankle; it does not happen with Knlogs I think because the heel is a bit broader.

I'll be exchanging these for the next smaller half size and cross my fingers that they fit because I LOVE these shoes--great comfort, sturdiness, and style.

I work in food service industry, my feet take a beating & I’ve tried sooo many different shoes & clogs over the years. Dansko are too hard & quality is not what it used to be ——> these Klogs are amazing!! No break in. Support & comfort is unreal! My new favorite work shoe:) All my coworkers are purchasing them now too.

I have worn the Austin Klog for years and thought I would branch out. I love, love, love the midnight apache color. Grey/silver with a hint of shine and a blue tint. However, I felt that the 7, my normal size was a 1/2 size too big. I will try a 6.5 if they are able to restock that size. I thought they were dreamy comfortable out of the box.

I had to return these because when I removed their insert and put mine orthotic inserts in my heel slipped off. The shoes are great but my inserts (I have plantar faciitis and heel spurs) are too thick at the heel. This is the second pair of shoes I have tried with no luck :( I guess I am destined to wear tenna shoes the rest of my life! The shoes themselves are really nice, and would recommend to anyone.

I love my Klogs! They could be the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. But I need to replace a very well-worn pair (and honestly, I cannot remember what size these old ones are -- I've worn them almost daily for at least three years and can no longer read any size anywhere on them) and these new ones feel a whole size bigger than what I typically wear. I first bought a size 9 and exchanged them for an 8.5. I just sent back the 8.5 -- they were also too big. I haven't worn a size 8 in years!! -- and I buy lots of shoes. I guess I will order an 8, though it seems too unbelievable and makes me nervous to do so. Don't really know what's going on with these shoes ..... But I absolutely love my old Klogs and hope I can find a new pair that fit me as well and make my feet as happy :-).

I have tried Danskos, Nurse Mate, Algeria and many others, this show by far is a better fit for my long, wife and high arch feet! Takes a few days to break in but nothing unbearable and I am on my feet a lot at a medical office.

Tried this shoe for work - on my feet all day in clinic, had good review for that use. However, if others have a narrow heel, this likely will not fit. For reference in Brooks running shoes a wear a 2A narrow and the Klogs completely slip off my heel. Wanted to like these! Great return service by Zappos as always though.

Took me three tries to get the correct size. I usually wear a 9 in shoes 9 was way too big. Went with 8.5 and they were too narrow and hurt my toes. Finally got a 8.5 wide and they fit great. Only complaint is I have a very high arch and feel like there isn’t enough support in this area may need a new insert to go in the shoes.

I purchased and had to return three pairs of clogs.They were ill fitting. I could not find one that fit properly. Klog's clog fit nicely. I wanted the comfort of a clog with a little style of the patent leather. This is exactly what I got what I got in purchasing this leather shoe. Thank you!

I am a nurse on my feet 10-12 hours and my feet never hurt at the end of day. The fitbis true to size. The tie area is wider do your toes are not squeezed together. Arch support is great. I always go fir the black textured leather style but there are cute prints. Highly recommend this shoe.

The style is nice but they seem too big as my entire foot lifts out not just the heel.

I was on the fence about ordering my usual size, which is a ten, or ordering down a half size. Reviews were mixed on the fit. I decided to order my usual size. These ended up being too big, even with adding an insole. My heel could not stay in the shoe and the shoe slopped around on my foot. I liked the looks of the shoe. It is a nice looking, well made shoe. I had ordered the Castle FG color, which is a really dark gray. I ordered a half size down, in the same color and shoe. I was disappointed however. The length of the shoe was better, and my heel did not slip out of it. I did not need to try an insole with it. However, the outside of my right big toe hit the side of the shoe, and within a few minutes, of walking on the carpet my toe was quite sore. The heel of the right shoe also pinched the back of my heel, and was very uncomfortable. My right foot is slightly larger than my left foot. This is generally my problem foot to fit. Unfortunately, these Klogs did not work for me. I have back and knee issues, and the arch support was acceptable, and didn't bother either my back or knees.

I really like this shoe for work. They have great support and hold up well during long days and lots of walking. I tried to buy another pair and they sent me two different size shoe in the correct size box. When I returned them (very easy process) they no longer have the size I need. Now what do I do? Guess that means they are popular!

This is my second pair of Klogs. I’m not especially fond of the style, per se, but I opt for comfort and protection and these definitely fit the bill. At first I was a bit worried because this particular shoe comes up just a bit higher than the last pair I had, but it’s not bad. And they were pretty much out-of-the-box good to go comfortable. I ride public transit to and from work. These shoes provide a thick sole - protection - from the weird and dangerous things (such as hypodermic needles) that I have encountered during my travel to or from the job. The sole is nicely cushioned and provides a little bounce - comfort. Also, my feet are kept warm enough (without socks) in the early morning cold. And actually someone asked me just this morning what brand they are and where I got them. I pointed her right to Zappos via my phone. It was great.

I loved these when I saw them but after 3 different sizes/width combination I returned them all. Never found a pair that my heels didn't slide out of with every step. Guess this style/brand is just not for me.

Loved the look of the leather (had a distressed look that was perfect), and the shoe was lightweight and well balanced. The arch support seemed excellent and the shoe had a cushy, comfy feel right out of the box. The problem was that the heel was raised on the inside (i.e., when I stood up straight, I wasn't actually level, but was leaning forward slightly!). It wasn't just the inserts either; I tried replacing them with others and there was still the same problem. This was my first time trying this brand, but I'm not willing to spend time trying another of the same style and I'm definitely not willing to risk wearing these, as I have ongoing problems with plantar fasciitis. So, I had to return them.

This time I bought the blacked tooled leather Naples shoe. It is very comfortable, but for some reason it is a tiny bit wider than the brown floral pair I have. I also have to say that the leather seems a bit more like rubber--it is still very attractive. I spoke with the Klogs Footwear folks and am sorry to report that they do not ever make the fun colors in larger sizes. I wear a women's 11D and have a very high arch--this Naples shoe, with its elastic pieces, is perfect. I'll just live with having only brown and black.

I saw the reviews that said these were large and wide. I liked that idea, so I could wear these with thick socks, so I ordered them in my size. I am returning them. I can't guess what size might work for me so I don't think I will try again. I suspect I would need to order an entire size lower. It's hard to gauge the width and arch support because they are so big. But, I suspect they are quite wide even with the correct size for length. I can't tell if it would be a positive thing or too wide. The felt comfy and look good, so I do recommend trying them - just order down at least half a size.

Larger than the typical 9W. These shoes were definitely well-made, but they felt similar to Dansko clogs, which are a bit too hard for my feet. I sent them back and went with tried-and-true Keens instead.
